Server 3.2.1 update - view_all_user_groups_users_flat not found

I just updated our OS X Server app to 3.2.1 and now I can't log into the Profile Manager web page.  I looked in the log file (/Library/Logs/ProfileManager/profilemanager.log) and it is showing this error every time I try to connect:

When I checked the PostgreSQL log (/Library/Logs/ProfileManager/PostgreSQL-2014-10-07.log) from today I see the following statement:
2014-10-07 17:17:51 EDTLOG:  statement: DROP VIEW "view_all_user_groups_users_flat" CASCADE
This tells me that the migration must have dropped the view but not put it back.
This is a P1 bug!  My system is DOWN and I can't talk to my iPads.  HELP!  What's the fix?  Is this the proper place to submit this?

Thanks to mscott_mdm I think I have a solution; well it fixed my server.  Apparently, sometimes the database migration script doesn't apply correctly and fails doing something with the usage logging.  mscott_mdm provides a couple of commands (Server 3.2.1 update fail) that fix the DB and allow the migration to complete.  After running these two commands from the Terminal my system was up-and-running again like new.
It ***** that Apple released an update that doesn't work, and that they didn't officially patch it.  But at least the community came through.
