Dear All,
My company is using Service master. In Wo  we use use same service code in two line. We want to see excuted qty through t code ME2S.in this report  both line item qty add . Please suggest.

    Use tcodes CO24. First you need to activate that report PPCOXPR1 in SE38 enter report name and execute
    In COOIS select list components you can be requirement qty and withdrawn qty , here you can find out open work orders also

  • SSRS 2008 Work order report , in sub total donot want to add the 0 level in ( how to add the expression )

    working in Work order report, this report has different level , for example
    0 level transaction
    1 level transaction
    in subtotal don't want to add 0 level transaction,
    when I did the sub total it added all the level , so in sub total amount double up because of that
    how to add the expression so I can the level 0 take out from sub total , so it does not include in sub total

  • WIP Work Order Report pulling wrong customer

  • Work Order Reporting using I_BEGRP as a selection criteria

    Hello all,
    I am having a small problem regarding the authorization object I_BEGRP, which appears at general data informed tab at equipment level. The situation is as described below:
    Our client has several subcontractors working with Maintenance Work Orders in the system, and in order to control that each subcontractor does only access to their own data (equipment, work orders, etc.) different authorization group has been used to assign each of the equipment.
    Problem is now when the client needs to be able to know the list of MWO per subcontractor.
    The need is clear: for a user that is not restricted by this authorization group, it cannot be usedas a selection criteria to obtain a list of WO of a certain subcontractor.
    I have seen that it can be shown in the equipment standard report IH08, but only as exit data, but not as entry selection criteria, but neither for MWO (IW39) nor for notifications (IW29) it can be used as an entry selection criteria.
    Can someone help me with this issue? is the only solution to make a custom development, and to copy program RIAUFK20 in order to allow this field as an input?

    Hi,
    the only workaround I can think of is to use suitable search help for equipment. So the process would be to run IW29, open search help for equipment that allows you to specify authorization group (I think Equipment by Equipment list should work), then select all equipments from the auth. group and then run IW29 restricted by equipments. It's not nice but it allows you to select all orders that have equipments assigned to some specific authorization group. Otherwise you need to enhance standard reports to allow authorization group as one of the select options.

    I found a SAP note 2030049 that is relevant to the problem: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2030049
    But when attempting to implement the note, it showed a syntax error.
    Will likely log this with SAP for resolution.

    You could temporarly adjust the CUNI definition for TST so that it can be converted to seconds. Adjust the notifications to set a valid unit of measure.
    The alternative would be to update the field MAUEH in table QMIH with a valid breakdown unit of measure.

  • Release service work order

    HI everyone,
    I have a scenario where when the user creates a work order and hits on save, I need to assign workcenter based on control key of the first operation maintain in Z table and if assigned succesfully need to auto release.
    Now that I m assigning the workcenter in userexit "PPCO0001" since I get the workorder and operation data here. but im running out of options to release this.
    I created a standard task to release and triggered the event from user exit but it didnt work
    used FM "ALM_ME_ORDER_RELEASE" and couple more but it gives dump as there are nested commit
    Please let me know a solution to this so that i can release teh service order when the user hit on save and assign workcenter as well for the 1st operation.

  • Service Work Order & Service Entry - quantities for services

    Hi,
    I have a work order, the item category for item 10 is set as "Service". A service is inserted in the "Services" tab of item 10 with quantity 100 EA. Service entries were entered.
    But when display the details of the service (either in ME23N or ML81N), the "Actual Quantity" in "Statistic" tab does not tally with my actual total quantity entered.
    For example, the Actual Quantity may display 100 EA. But the total quantity of all the service entries may only be 90.
    Did I missed out anything? Can anyone enlighten me?

    thanks for your reply.
    I have added quantities added for all my service entry sheets. The total does not tally with Actual Quantity field.
    In other words, my total quantities for all the service entry sheets is 90 EA. But the Actual Quantity field is showing 100 EA.
    I have used t-code MSRV6 to display the list of service entries for the service. It is showing me all the service entry sheet for the WO/PO. The total quantity is 90 EA, but Actual Quantity field is showing 100 EA.

    As per my understanding, after you add Item field to the report, it does not calculate total of matl group, right? If that is the case, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
    Modify the dataset used to retrieve data, delete the fields will not be used in the report.
    Run the query in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to make sure that there is data for matl cost group.
    Make sure that row group and totals are correctly added.
    In addition, do you want to add Finished date to page header? If that is the case, we can use ReportItem to achieve the goal. Please refer to the following steps:
    In design surface, right-click the report and click Insert, then click Page Header.
    Drag Text Box from Toolbox to page header.
    Right-click inside of Text Box, then click Expression.
    In the expression text box, type the code like below:
    =ReportItems!FinishedDate.Value
    If the problem remain unresolved, please provide the screenshot of the report in design view, the following screenshot is for your reference:

  • While saving service work order Update termination

    Hi Friends,
    We have a service order integration with Notifications. First we create a Notification and in turn create as service order.
    When the order is saved it goes for a update termination and the error message is " 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL "  for IW52 transaction. Actually when we save it provides the order number but never gets updated in the data base.
    Again when we create the order from Notification for the second time, order gets created by skipping a number. For example when we save the order if the ordewr number is 902345 where it is not created , then when we create again the order number is 902346.
    Have any one come across such terminations in IW52 for IW32?

    At last my problem was resolved as it was escalated to SAP and SAP analysed as below,
    This problem is caused becuase of the error in database interface. As the database server and the application server is a mix of platforms with different internal character data representations, this error occurs,
    The work around solution as narrated below,
    " For this we need to set the following parameters on the Default and Instance Profiles:
    Profile Name                            Parameter name         Current Value     Recomm by SAP

    Inorder to reflect all the changes, System CRH-202 needs to be restarted. Basis have done the above changes through T.Code: RZ11 and CRH indicates the Quality client.
    So the profile paprameters will be different in each of SAP systems.

  • Error Message while assigning resource to work orders

    Hi All,
    We have the MRS tool integration with service work orders for scheduling. When we assign the resources with 9 hours as duration there is no error. When we allocate more than 9 hours for some resources, not all, we receive the error message as
    " Duration    29,160 S is not a multiple of 15 minutes " .  These duration of secs varies when the duration is varied > 9 hours.
    We have checked the planning board profile configurations but nothing seems to be visible. In customising we have the following settings,
    Time Granularity                 : 15 mins
    Min duraiton of assignments: 15 mins
    Automatic Assignment Splits
    Min duraiton           : 2 hours
    Max overtime hours : 2 hours
    Max Ratio is %       :  75
    Can anyone throw some light on this?

    Hi Anil Satya,
    The MRS is integrated with Service Order types and the operations are selected for each order then the assignment of hours takes place in MRS.
    If the assignment is done for 9 hours then there is no such error. These errors are very specific to some personnel numbers ( not for all )  where the duration is more than 9 hours.
    Is there any availability of resources for this operation / job through configuration settings? Why such a question is some resources even when 15 or 20 hours is assigned , no errors exists.

    my customer is using EAM and in the Work Order Search page the customer can select a work order and press the button "Print Work Orders". The standard work order (BI Publisher report) print is submitted.
    Their request is to submit the Customized version of this concurrent program.
    Can this be done and how can this be done?

    Hi,
    Can you please check that what is the Template of Standard Work Order Report.
    It comes from the setup for Document Types in Oracle. Most probably the template will be
    XXL-FO. And if yes, then you need to have the customized report also, in XXL-FO Template and then in Document Types just give the name of the customized Template Name (Register the Template and Data Definition in Oracle first). Save it
    and then run the page again to see if now it picks the template of your customized report or not.

  • Error in servcie work order Settlement

    We have tried to process the Settlement for FCOs Service Work Orders and Warranty Contracts but we get the following error message
    "Account 6810100 requires an assignment to a CO object".
    I have detected that this GL account has been created as cost element from January 2010, but as far I know the GL accounts that belong to settlement process must not be created as cost element.
    Now pls help how to resolve this problem

    I checked cost element  6810100  user made following change ,
    In cost element master from 01.01.2010  to 31.12.9999     .- Cost element category is- 1  Primary costs/cost-reducing revenues and earlier  from 01.01.2000 to  31.12.2002 Cost element category is- 22 External settlement  and also in default account assignment cost center is not assigned.
    I just want to know error is coming because default account assignment is not given  and also  because of  change in cost element category

    user allready created Po for 1st vendor (60% Quantity).
    Now system showing error " Quantity is allready full for reference PR"
