"I have a applet communicate with servlet case and sending objects back and forth. when running at appletviewer everything looks fine, however, if i run through browser the servlet will generate this kind of error:

Running Windows 8.1 PRO RTM x64 upgraded from Win 8 PRO. Updates to 8.1 as of 17 October installed

Why cannot my servlet catch any errors?
my default-err or default-out file does not catch any erro when i run my servlet my servet is as below. i am using Jrun, on a win 2000 server.

}Well, there's the chance that it's not throwing an exception, but I assume from your post that it should be throwing one. My experience with servlet containers in general shows that one of two things (at least) may be happening.
1) The sys-out err-out is being cached and only periodically flushed to either the event logs or log files.
2) The System.out and System.err are not being directed into the default-err and default-out as the servlet container has it's own environment stdout and stderr directed there, and isn't multiplexing.
The safest way to try this out for real is to open a log file yourself and write the error log, or for a quicker, cleaner short-term solution actually write an HTML (or whatever you're returning to the client) info/error page with the error info embedded inside.

Hi Folks,
I am a bit new to SSRS.
I am using ssrs 2012 and trying to use a method from a dll file. I am loaded the assembly file in reference of the report.
Now I am trying to use a static method from the Dll. e.g. applicationName.classname.MethodName()
But while running the report I am getting "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.
For a note I am trying execute the report locally.
Any help would be highly appreciable.

"write medium error" when trying to burn a music cd
i've tried a few different times to burn a cd on my itunes and the same thing happens every time: i insert a black disk and my computer begins to make a noise that sounds not unlike grinding. the progress bar at the top of the itunes box says it is checking the songs, then initializing the burn, which it does for a couple minutes. then it says it is finalizing the burn, and spits the cd back out at me. a message then pops up on the screen which tells me that the cd was unable to burn because of a "write medium error." any help in this area will be greatly appreciated.
p.s. i also tried downloading and installing the new itunes, as well as restarting my computer, all with the same effect.

Same exact thing was happening to me and was very frustrating. I was able to burn anything on from my itunes and then for whatever reason I started experiencing the same issues you are having. Don't know why it made a difference but someone here suggested using different brand of CD's. Guess the cheaper CD's are harder to read when it comes to the laser calibration. This isn't a endorsement at all but seems I've been able to burn anything again on the "imation" brand CD blanks. I hope this helps. Also, make sure you don't burn at anything higher than 8X when you start.

i have a problem with the writeback capabilities of OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120.
After the Migration from 10g to 11g i would like to customize the write back in 11g. I go like Oracle BI Practice: OBIEE 11g Configure Writeback this, but getting an OBIEE error:
"Write Back Error
An error occurred while writing to the server. Please check to make sure you have entered appropriate values. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."
The table does not have any constraint. I would like to insert for example the value "2".
In my table properties i fill in "filling".

You must use '' at script when call some column value. (use '@1' instead of @1)
Tip.. note you can use your "WebMessage Name" (from your script, like "filling", "machine_filing") into your analisys.

Premiere Elements 11 Download - Write Disk Error
Hello,
I purchased Adobe Premier Elements 11 from Amazon.com the day before yesterday and keep getting a Write Disk Error during the download. I have tried repeatedly to download, and to 2 different computers but have gotten this error (and 'invalid checksum' which went away after the first couple of tries; I also turned off this check in the Disk Utility). In between download attempts, I move the downloader file and the incomplete Premiere 11 folder from the desktop of my MacBook Pro to trash, dump it, and restart the computer. I was able to successfully download and install Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on both laptops so the problem is not the internet connection or the computers. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

RomaNobody can know. It's most likely some indexing process/ tool or a backup like TimeMachine that all too eagerly inspects the files before they finish downloading and damges them in the process. Turn off any such stuff. You might also consider using otehr browsers. Safari is just completely awful and often damages files.

IPod won't sync, gives 'Delayed Write Failed' error.
I've had my iPod classic 80gb, for roughly a year now, and I never really had any permanent issues with it, until last week. I plugged it into my laptop and left it on over night. I wake up in the morning and all my songs and videos were gone. iTunes was reading the data as 'Other'. Overnight, without me doing a single thing, everything was gone. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and all the files were gone. Completely. Space had been returned.
I painstakingly put my songs back in that afternoon. The next day, I plugged the ipod into my office computer, and tried to sync my podcasts. After syncing about 20 files, iTunes froze. Then a yellow bubble popped up saying 'Delayed Write Failed' after which it wipes out everything I was able to sync.
I've done everything, from restoring the ipod, to re-installing iTunes to formatting the disk to straight up performing a chkdsk. As i speak right now, my laptop won't boot up after i performed the last chkdsk, which told me i had a bunch of invalid sectors or some other. For one week, I've searched the net and it seems no-one has a solution to this.
Any help? I don't have an Apple store in my country, and I don't want to believe that i have to get a replacement.1st - Sorry I can't help you.
I also have iPod Classic 80gb and have had no trouble till two days ago (11/08). I connected my iPod and it showed up as a source in iTunes but none of my music was shown. I reconnected it and same thing, I checked for update for iPod but it said it was up to date. I then used iTunes to restore my iPod to factory settings. It went through the process and restarted but after that would never show up as a source in the iTunes window.
When I connect the iPod to my PC it detects the USB Device as an iPod right way (so it doesn't seem to be a USB Driver issue) but then the "Auto-Play" window shows up and it makes my PC slow way down and then eventually I see the "Windows Delayed Write Failed" error mesage in the task bar. If I check My Computer it shows the iPod as a drive.
I've done everything listed in Apples Support Page for this, from restoring the iPod, to re-installing iTunes, clearing temp folder and old registry files, updating iPod Service in MsConfig. I have also tried to sync the iPod with my other PC and see the same error so it seems the iPod is corrupted. I don't know anyway to restore factory settings again since it won't show up in iTunes anymore. I've searched the net and it seems no-one has a solution to this. -

Actually we have 4 plants and 4 Business area i.e whenever i am doing any posting for BW01 -and Business Area BA01 My cost center BW01402 will get hit similarly for other plant and Business are Cost center has been assigned in OKB9 in Details per business Area,is it the right method or anything else has to be done.
Actually in OKB9 i have maintained that GL and in Detail per business area i have maintained cost center per business area
we have assigned the right Cost senter only i.e for different Plant and differenct business area we have asigned different cost center.

Also i am trying other method of posting Freight (unplanned delviery cost ) as well as labour charge through ACTIVATING -"Activate Direct Posting to G/L Accounts and Material Accounts"
So that for particular G/L I can Debt or credit that account,in which will doing MIRO G/L Tab gets activated ,i m entering G/L and entering amount for freight and Labor is this the correct procedure.

i.e we have 4 plants and 4 business area so we assigned 4 cost centers to 4 business area, so whenver i m postin unplanned delivery cost for a particular plant then my GL should hit with proper cost center but still it is asking for CO OBJECT
ERROR IS:

If i maintained the default Cost center in FS00 in cost element then it doesnt give error but my requirement is that for a particular plant ,and business are only cost area assigned to it should hit

"Invalid Annotation Object" error
I'm using Windows XP Pro (SP3) on a 2.66 GHz, 2 GB RAM computer, and while working in an Adobe Acrobat 9 document, I had just saved the file (CTRL+S) and the document froze and I got a Windows error box that asked if I wanted to send an error report, which I did. When I opened Adobe again, it asked if I wanted to open the last file which didn't save correctly, which I did.
Then when I proceeded to work in the document and tried to highlight a sentence I was going to delete, I got an Adobe Acrobat popup box that said "Invalid Annotation Object. OK" but no matter how many times I clicked on "OK," the box kept popping up and wouldn't go away. I tried saving a copy of the document, but the same box was in it and wouldn't go away. I couldn't even work in the document to extract pages or anything else. Huge problem!
Does anyone know what can I do to resolve this problem? (This happened on a Saturday when Adobe phone support is not accessible.)On 3/24/2015 same problems, after Adobe Acrobat 9 pro. crashed while I added text boxes.. When I opened Adobe again, Yes to open the last file which didn't save correctly, then "Invalid Annotation Object" errors on my .pdf file of 96 pages

•Click OK.
2. During the extraction, click OK in all the message boxes that appear.
3. After the extraction, look in the destination folder to see which pages are missing. Those are the pages that have invalid annotation objects.
From this point you can try to delete the objects, or simply delete and replace the pages, or implement a different solution. Hope this helps someone.
- after extract the 96-pages file into individual files into a dedicated folder, only 95 got extracted and page 1 was not/can not be extracted.
- I then combined the 95 good extracted pages into a new file name .pdf
- then inserted a good page 1 without error (from the file that was saved previous day, prior to all the changes I made on the corrupted file), re work on page 1
- delete the bad file.
Hope this helps someone. -
Adobe "Invalid annotation object" error
We recieve a specific error message on a few PDFs. Some from documents converted from 2007 Word and others out of Outlook 2007 through the PDF print function. While moving the mouse over certain comments the users has placed on the document in the PDF format, Acrobat 9.9.3 throws this error. We've tried to delete the bad refs and other times have just started a new document, print to PDF while starting over. Any ideas on why this is happining, what might be causing this and what we can do to reslove this problem. I cannot seem to duplicate the problem a few see. as for the remaining formulas they will not compile with adadmin for some reason, and you have to open each package and re-compile the packages it refferences even if they are valid.

despite that the solution in the doc id above talks only about ENGFDECN but it applies to all other packages. I've faced the same issue and now I have ZERO invalid packages, it will take sometime but it's worth a while.

if it's not problem, Can you try my way, replace '@{c1}', '@{c0}' by @1, @2...with 1,2 is a number of column in Criteria.

Installed Elements 10 on Vista 64-bit. Did not uninstall Elements 9. Now PE 9 will not load; get window Adobe Premiere Elements.exe - No Disk. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Harddisk2\DR2. Tried disk 2 of 3 from pa
