This exception i am able to reproduce while bulk testing like 100
users hitting for 1 hour. If i surf my application manually i am not
able to get this exception. Is this place (onAfterRequest) is the
right place to have some session related stuff. If not, where can i
put the code. Here i am setting some of my object in the session for
subsequent request usage.

ICal error "There was a problem receiving this event invitation"

Whenever I try accepting an event invitation I get a dialog prompt that says
*There was a problem receiving this event invitation*
Someone invited you to an event using an email address that isnt on your "me" card in Address Book. Find your email address in the following list and add it to your card in Address Book
Problem is I've done that, my vCard is up to date. It was working fine, I cant recieve any invites anymore, wether they come from OSX or Windows. Can anyone help?

I ran into this same issue. To resolve this, go into the Address Book application. Select the vCard that is "your" card. Now in the menu bar, go to "Card". On the drop down menu, select "Make this my card". You should now be able to accept iCal invitations without any issues. When I upgraded to 10.5.1 the issue came back and this method seemed to resolve it.

props.put("smtp.gmail.com",host);I doubt javamail recognizes the 'smtp.gmail.com' property. I think it expects 'mail.host'. Of course since it cannot find a specified howt it assumes by default localhost

How do I identify a problem in an event?

Friends,
I've updated to FCP X 10.1. An event that I created after updating and for which I created a project suddenly displayed a yellow hazard symbol next to the name of the event. This suggests that there is some sort of problem with the event or project. How can I identify more specifically what the problem is? Everything looks good when I look at the event and enclosed project.

It means at least one peice of media is offline, and needs to be relinked.
Select the Event, go to File > Relink Files, then swith from All to Missing Files. You can then relink anything that is offline.

Session problem in jsp application

I face a session problem. I setting everything in a session and when pass back to a main page, the value is not display in the screen. But after refresh the value will display in the screen and this kind of problem only come out very few time and i dun knw how to solve this...
Anyone here can give me some idea and suggestion or the way to solve this kind of problem!!!

1) You have 2 different PCs and it's using the same session ID for both? I doubt this. I think the server is advanced enough not to use give a session ID that's already been created.
2) You have 1 PC and are using IE or Netscape and using File > New Window to open a new window and connect again. This you can't fix without using only URL rewriting to manage session, because the different windows will share the same session cookies.

Problems with close event scripts and closing Photoshop

Hi!
We are having problems with close event scripts ("Cls ") when closing/quitting Photoshop.
The close event scripts are working without problem when closing an image. But when quitting Photoshop without having closed all images we are observing the following behaviour:
with CS2 the close event scripts are not triggered at all
with CS4 the close event scripts are triggered and executed correctly. But after that the Photshop process freezes. No visible GUI, you have to kill the process with the task manager.
I can reproduce this behaviour even with a small script consisting of a single alert('hello') and even an empty script. Is this an known bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Rajesh,
The "problem" is the logically grouped set of the exception events which have the identical hash calculated over several fields as "Stack", "Source", "Failed Function" and so on... So, even if exceptions are different
in the other properties but hash matches over the considered properties - then all those exceptions go into the same "problem group".
So, event is an instance of the problem. One event contributes to one problem but one problem might have a huge event count if you have a repeating issue.
The logic is similar for the performance analysis report, only fields that go into the "problem" hash are different. e.g. "Stack" is not used in hash for perf events...

while i develop a java application i get problem posting ana event to the EventQueue using postEvent method.Here is the problem.i have a menu which have 3 menu items (Load, store, hide).i want when the user click "hide" the code in "store" option excuted plus extra code in option "hide".i tried to implement this using the postEvent of EventQueue. i simlate this by tring to post ActionEvent to simulate user cliks option "store" but this didn't work. can anyone tell me what's the problem.thanks

try JMenuItem's doClick(). that simulates the user clicking on your menu item.

Session problems on Windows

Hi There,
I'm using zend framework for doing the app which I developed on Mac but had to switch back to Windows 7. I tried to move the application as far as I can, but I'm not able to solve one big problem. This situation is as follow:
-> I login with normal php / html site and placing a Zend Auth object into session (Normal Zend Framework mechanism)
-> After detection of what kind of user logged in I redirect the site to given html site which contains the flash file for the user kind ( all within the same domain )
-> I check on every RemoteObject request the user credentials existence in the session, if not present or timed out I send back an Event to get the flex application to log out
-> In normal case ( on the mac and production site ) it works great, but in Windows 7 I always get logged out directly after login and loading the flash site.
After further debugging I found that the requested site get's a new session id in flex's RemoteObject and after logging out the same session id is used than on login. On the Production Site it's still working great even on Windows.
How is this possible? Is there a way that Flash in Windows uses the same session accross the same domain? Where else should I look? Nothing has changed in php code nor server settings, except 1 thing mainly I use now virtualhost on windows rather than a simple localhost/project url.

Thanks jbf00 for your info, I'm doing this almost 4 days and no solution in sight. The only thing that I come a bit further is that the first check on the login credentials goes well (authorization check) but the next RemoteObject request get's a new session. The current situation is:
-> login via PHP / Zend Framework
-> redirect to an html site with Flex content
-> request Authorization confirmation via RemoteObject goes well ( with authorization test )
-> request Data via RemoteObject fails on authorization test
according to the Network Monitor I can see that the last request gets a new session_id and I don't do any session_regeneration
I did installed a new debian server to test the issue on Linux based system as well, but had no effect so, even the last working example has been recompiled with Windows FB4 instead of the Mac one.
the only things I can think of is that the Windows version of the FalshBuilder 4 (trial) doesn't work well somehow
If anybody has some other suggestions I will cover that as well.

I was completely wrong, I had a minor bug in the Authorization confirmation method, but the problem still remains so after login and redirection the first request has a wrong session_id

Inbound data exchange session problem

Hi All,
Is there anyway to update an alert in OEM using the inbound data exchange session rather than through the web console?
I have managed to create a new alert/event in Enterprise manager 10.2.0.3 using the inbound data exchange session as detailed in the OEM Integration guide 10g release 3. This alert can be seen in the OEM web console.
My problem is that i also want to be able to close or update this alert through the inbound data exchange session and not through the web console.
Can anyone help?

Problem with Embedded Event Manager and Object Tracking

I have a 2801 running c2801-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T2.bin. It has the following configuration:

My problem is that after the tracked object number 300 transitions from an up state to a down state, nothing happens. It seems like the applet doesn't work with object tracking. Here's what I see in logs:

Today I added the router into the tacacs server database and the applet started working just fine by using my login name. So the working configuration looks like this:

So I guess this problem arises when you have command authorization enabled and the tacacs server is not reachable or something like that. I have tried to find a way to use the local database instead of using the aaa server but didn't succeed. Although I have found an interesting workaround. Here it is:

Workaround found after reading the "Executing IOS commands from Tcl shell" from the "Tclsh on Cisco IOS tutorial".
On the above article it is mentionned that the ios_config command is executed inside the context of another VTY line (also found with the AAA debug). The workaround is to define the FIRST VTY line with "transport input none" to prevent ssh or telnet to grab it and to configure the aaa authorization without any command authorization for this line.

The problem is easily fixed by adding some closing braces.
And I can confirm the problem. Tested also with onMouseEntered (and a bigger font) in case it was like Text, reacting only on click on the shape of letters.
At least it reacts to key events...

False authentication sessions problem

Hello,
I observe undesirable behavior of my Cisco 3560 switches, which keep authentication sessions for devices that are currently not connected to the network.
To be precise, I mean the sessions relating to the devices that haven't been successfully authenticated and as the result the switch is trying to re-authenticate it. The problem shows up when the device is no longer connected to the network, but switch is still keeping that authentication session (ineffectively trying to authenticate the device that is no longer connected).
For example - int fa0/37 - on that interface is connected 6 devices, while current authentication sessions are 36:

Could anyone tell me what is the reason of that switch behavior and what needs to be done to prevent that kind of situation?
I also use Identity Service Engine 1.1.1 and 802.1x authentication. "sh dot1x interface fa0/37 details" in attachment.
