Set the number of iterations for Code-UI tests

Hi,
I want to run a Code-UI test numerous times.
Is there a property which allows this?
Look forward to your reply.

Hi
NewbieVSTSTest2013,
According to your description, I suggest you can try to create a load test by right-click the Coded
UI test project->Add->Load Test.
In
the New Load Test Wizard, first of all, you can add the coded UI test in the Text Mix tab.
Secondly, you can set the number of Test iterations to run the coded UI test in the Run Setting
tab from the New Load Test Wizard.
For more information about how to create a load test, I suggest you can refer the following MSDN
document.

    hi, how to set the number of rings for the agent phone rings?  before it get the not prepared state.
    thanks

    The following assumes that you are using ICM with an IPIVR etc (not using CVP), as the answer is different for CVP
    What you are looking for is called "Ring no answer time".  It is set in the Agent Desk Setting List tool.

  • How to set the number of sockets for batch processing at runtime?

    Hello all,
    I need to change the execution model at runtime. I have achieved this by setting the 'ModelPath' property of the sequence file at runtime. When I set the sequence file model as batchmodel, i need to set the number of test sockets also dynamically. How can this be done? Once i set the number of sockets, i would also have to set the UUT serial number for each socket. Please help me out in solving this.
    Thanks and Regards
    Madhu Srinivasan.

    Hi Madhu,
        You can do this by inserting a sequence file callback into your main sequence and choose the ModelOptions callback. You can then use the expression step to set the "Parameters.ModelOptions.NumTestSockets" value to whatever you want. If you then use the Test UUTs execution entry point you will be prompted for serial numbers automatically. You could also use this same procedure but alter the ModelOptions callback in the process model directly, either way works just as well but I think that using a sequence file callback gives a bit more flexibility in the system.
    Hope this helps,

  • How to set the number of averages for doing octave analysis

    Hi
    I am using a 4472 DAQ for continuously acquiring time domain signal and doing octave band analysis using Sound and vibration tool kit. How can we set the number of averages while doing the Octave analysis. All  the other FFT vi like FRF, Auto Spectrum, Cross Spectrum have an option for setting the number of averages and then the vi runs for those many averages and it stops. How this same logic can be applied while doing octave analysis.
    Regards,
    Ankit

    Hi Ankit,
    You may want to consider using the VI in a for loop.  By wiring the "number of averages you wish to complete" to the count terminal ("N'), you can control how many times the VI runs.
    Hope this helps,

  • How do I set the number of columns for JTextPane

    I only found a method setSize() of JTextPane class. How can I set the number of columns in a JTextPane? Each column can be written one letter.
    Thanks.

    You're not going to use FontMetrics to change the width of the characters; you're going to use it figure out how wide a single character is. Then multiply by the number of characters you want to have in a line, and presto! You know how wide to make your JTextPane.
    Unless I've misunderstood your problem, of course.

  • How can i set different number of iterations for different scenario profiles that we add to "AutoPilot" in load testing of OATS

    Hi,
    I have few set of load test scenarios, I would like to add each of these test scenarios to "AutoPilot" and run each different scenario profile at different number of iterations.
    As in Oracle Load Testing the "Set Up AutoPilot" tab I see  a section like this "Iterations played by each user: ", which says run these many iterations for every virtual user of all profile added under "Submitted Profile Scenario". So is there any thing like that to set different iterations for every scenario profile added in Autopilot.
    Thanks in advance

    It's not a built-in feature to override a page's styles on a tab-by-tab or site-by-site basis, but perhaps someone has created an add-on for this?
    It also is possible to create style rules for particular sites and to apply them using either a userContent.css file or the Stylish extension. The Greasemonkey extension allows you to use JavaScript on a site-by-site basis, which provides further opportunity for customization. But these would take time and lots of testing to develop and perfect (and perfection might not be possible)...
    Regarding size, does the zoom feature help solve that part? In case you aren't familiar with the keyboard and mouse shortcuts for quickly changing the zoom level on a page, this article might be useful: [[Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages]].

  • Setting the number of consumers for a topic

    Hi,
    I have a topic connection factory from which I can creating 2 topic connections and setting different clientids for each connection to one topic.But I get a error com.sun.messaging.jms.ResourceAllocationException: [C4073]: A JMS destination limit was reached. Too many Subscribers/Receivers for Topic : usmTopic user=guest, broker=localhost:7676(4227).Is there a limit on the number of subscribers I can have for a topic?..I could not find any configuration for this?..Or can I have only 1 connection to a topic?
    Not sure I understand what is happening?
    Thanks
    Reshma

    Yes, using multiple connections is more resource consuming. And from the description below, it looks like it wouldn't help. A small info first. The Client ID in topics is used to keep the messages for the consumers when they are disconnected (hence durable subscribers). For this, if consumers were to be able to share the same clientid, the broker wouldn't know which consumer has consumed the messages and which has not. So for this, each consumer has to have a distinct client id. Usually, I provided the client id programmatically, but because of your problem, I saw that there is another solution. Read on...
    From the 3.6 admin guide (must still apply with 4.1):
    If multiple clients obtain connections from the same connection factory object, set ClientID for a connection factory. Message Queue can then provide a unique ClientID for each connection obtained from that factory.
    So, this is what you have done. Here is the rest of the instructions....
    +To ensure a unique ClientID value, set the imqConfiguredClientID attribute using the following format: imqConfiguredClientID=$string. The ${u} must be the first four characters of the attribute value. If anything other than u is encountered, a JMS exception occurs upon connection creation.+
    Sounds like what you are seeing no?
    +The value for string is any value that you want to associate with a connection produced by this connection factory, such as Xconn. During the user authentication stage, Message Queue substitutes u:userName for u. For example, if the user associated with the connection is Athena and the string specified for the connection is ${u}Xconn, the ClientID will be u:AthenaXconn. This scheme ensures that each connection produced by a connection factory, although identical in every other way, will contain a unique ClientID.+
    The following may also apply to you, based on the exception you provided...
    +There is one case in which this scheme will not work: If two clients obtain a connection using a default user name such as guest, each will have a ClientID with the same ${u} component. At runtime, the first client to request the connection will get it; the second will not because MQ cannot create a connection with a non-unique ClientID.+
    So from this:
    1. Use the {u} in your connection id.
    2. Use different users than the default. Unless you are using an external ldap provider, you probably need to use iqmusermgr. This will be in the bin directory of the Sun MQ installation.

  • MN05: setting the number of printer copies for the whole range of vendors

    Hi all,
    by t.code MN05 I can set the number of copies of the MM documents printed the FIRST TIME. I can do it for doc.type or vendor.
    I can't set the number of printer copies for the whole range of vendors. Should I do it for each one of them?
    Thanks
    Gandalf

    Unfortunately,
    setting for document type, it doesn't work for all range of vendors.
    Setting for document type, in the field "PartF" I've put in "OA". Could it depend on it?
    you do for document type and then it will cover all range of vendors.
    If you want prints for a specific vendor then set condition recrod for that vendor only.

  • How to set the number of rows per page dynamically

    Hello all,
    i urgent need the option to set the number of rows per page dynamically.
    I've got a parameter.
    In dependence of the value of this paramter i want to set the number of rows per page of a repeating frame.
    The Reports Builder version i use is 10.1.2.0.2
    I defined a report trigger.
    My code so far:
    function R_G_BEMERKUNGFormatTrigger return boolean is
    begin
    if :vYN_Display_one_per_page = 'Y' then
    --what i've to write right here??
    return (TRUE);
    else
         return (TRUE);
    end if;
    return (TRUE);
    end;
    Can anyone help me please??
    Best regards
    Florian

    Do you just need to change back and forth between 1 and some other number? If so, you can create two identical layouts, one with the "number of rows per page" preperty (on the repeating frame) set to 1 and the other layout set to whatever. You would have to have duplicate layouts for each group you wanted to do this with. Your format trigger on the outermost master group frame where num of rows was 1 would look like:
    function M_G_ename_GRPFRFormatTrigger return boolean is
    begin
      if :vYN_Display_one_per_page = 'Y'  then
        return (TRUE);
      else
        return (FALSE);
      end if;
    end;Your format trigger on the outermost master group frame where num of rows was whatever would look like:
    function M_G_ename_GRPFR1FormatTrigger return boolean is
    begin
      if :vYN_Display_one_per_page = 'N'  then
        return (TRUE);
      else
        return (FALSE);
      end if;
      return (TRUE);
    end;

  • How to set the number of records displayed at run time

    Is it possible to set the number of records displayed block property at run time? The built-in 'GET_BLOCK_PROPERTY' can retrieve the number of RECORDS_DISPLAYED. But I can't find SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY to set this property. Is there anyway I can set this property programmatically? Thanks for any suggestions!

    Bookmark Go to End
    goal: How to vary the number of records displayed in a block
    programmatically
    fact: Oracle Forms Developer
    fix:
    Block property 'Number of Records Displayed' can not be changed during runtime
    using SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY. However, it is still possible programmatically change
    the visual appearance of the form so that it creates effect of changing this
    property. To achieve such an effect follow these steps:
    1. in Forms Builder, in the multirecord block define the new set of items.
    The simplest way is to copy/paste the original item and rename created item.
    2. set properties of these new items so that they are the same as the properties
    of the original items. If these new items were copied from original items
    then properties are already the same. Modify following properties
    'Database item' on new items to value 'No'
    'Synchronize with item' to the value of the original item
    'Number of Items Displayed' to desired value.
    'Visible' to 'No'
    In other words, these new items are mirrors of original items.
    3. code event, which is meant to trigger the change in block appearance.
    This code should use SET_ITEM_PROPERTY built-in to set properties
    like 'VISIBLE', 'ENABLED', 'NAVIGABLE', 'UPDATE_ALLOWED' and others
    to desired value for items which are about to be displayed, then
    move cursor to one of these just displayed items with GO_ITEM built-in
    and then hide the previously displayed items.
    Example:
    Assume that the block is built on SCOTT.DEPT schema. Following will
    change the set of displayed items
    set_item_property('dept.mdeptno',visible,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdname',visible,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mloc',visible,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdeptno',enabled,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdname',enabled,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mloc',enabled,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdeptno',update_allowed,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdname',update_allowed,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mloc',update_allowed,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdeptno',navigable,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mdname',navigable,property_true);
    set_item_property('dept.mloc',navigable,property_true);
    go_item('dept.mdeptno');
    set_item_property('dept.deptno',visible,property_false);
    set_item_property('dept.dname',visible,property_false);
    set_item_property('dept.loc',visible,property_false);

  • How to set the number of elements dequeued?

    Hello All,
    I am relatively new to LabView. I use LabView 8.2 to detect Joystick movement using a set voltage threshold. Totally, I have 6 channels of analog input. The sampling rate is 2 Kilo Hertz with continuous sampling mode (buffer size set to 10 Kilo Samples). I show a visual stimulus on a computer monitor. Within  3 seconds from stimulus onset, the subject has to press the joystick. So I use a while loop that runs until the subject moves the joystick in any direction as detected by crossing of voltage threshold. The while loop was intended to run for a max of 3 sec if joystick was not moved. My intention while using the vi (see below) was to continuously monitor the voltage signal by means of removing voltage data points from the queue by the labview function/vi - "dequeue element". When I dequeue from inside the loop, the dequeue function removes about 100 msec worth of voltage data points ( = 198-201 points; sampling rate -2Khz) from each of the six channels. This creates problem for me because a single dequeue operation takes 40 to 85 msec during which the loop cannot be stopped. This results in miscalculation of the actual time when the joystick was moved.
    Is there a way to set how many data points the dequeue function removes? My goal is to remove about 1-2 msec worth of data points so that the loop can exit within under 5msec of the joystick movement.
    I have attached the screen shots of the subvi's I am using.
    Acquire Response.jpg - the while loop that has the subvi: Access Analog Data Queue
    Access Analog Data Queue.jpg - front panel of the subvi that has the 'dequeue element' function.
    Remove Element.jpg - a case of Access Analog Data Queue.vi showing the 'dequeue element' function
    Sorry for the long message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Mani

    Hello Lynn and tst,
    Thanks for your suggestions. I have attached a screen shot of a vi that has the enqueue function. As Lynn pointed out, it was the enqueueing size that was reflected in the size of the dequeueing. I tried various ways to control the enqueue element size in order to control the dequeue element size. Many of my tricks failed. I had set the data acquisition to be continuous at 2kHz with 10Ks buffer size. You may want to look at the attached image of the subvi "Analog Acquisition" while I explain my attempts. The first thing that I noticed was the 'dt' value in the input node of the timed loop which had been set by somebody to 100. I thought that was part of the reason why my dequeue size was always worth 100msec data points. So I changed it to 1 msec. This definitely made a difference in the chunk size of the dequeued element. Now dequeueing removes only data points worth 1 - 5msec. I also noticed that my data reading timer loop(the while loop in "Analog Acquisition" picture) takes about 20 -25 msec instead of the set 1 msec.
    Why does the loop take so long? I have set the 'number of samples per channel' to -1 so that DAQmx read.vi (see it in Analog Acquisition subvi block diagram) can grab whatever data is available currently and put that into the queue. Can this be a reason why the loop takes more than 20 msec? I also tried to set the number of samples per channel to 2. I reasoned that with the sampling rate of 2KHz, 1ms loop should be able to pull 2data points and enqueue them. But it gave me the much-often-seen error code ":Error -200279 occurred at DAQmx Read (Analog 1D Wfm NChan NSamp).vi:1->Timed structure(s): DAQ Loop". I tried various combinations of loop time and number of samples per channel. I get Error-200279 very often. Note that I have several state transitions and only in a couple of them during every cycle of state transitions, I remove elements and flush the data queue (one place where I remove elements is shown in my original message in the picture-'Acquire Response.jpg').
    How do I set the data acquisition loop to enqueue elements for exactly 1 msec or n msec so that I can control my dequeue size?
    Thanks a lot, I am getting really tired of fixing this problem. Please help.
    Mani

    Well, call forwarding is a feature provided by your carrier -- it is not a function of the device. However it works for your carrier is how it works. Actually, from what I understand about call forwarding, it normally is an all-or-nothing circumstance...calls forward to the number you've asked them to be forwarded to, keeping you in a DND status. Regardless, though, if your carrier tells you how it works on their system, there's nothing that the device can do to override that. Unless there is some kind of 3rd party app that would do it, bypassing (somehow) the carrier network CF feature...but I've never heard of such a thing.

  • Setting the global Font color for an application

    Hi,
    Can anyone tell me how I can set the default font colour for an application. I understand it involves using the UIManager class to somehow get/set the defaults but im stumped after that.
    Thanks in advance

    Since you really need to change foreground and etc. Use the following code to list all the resources that may set the font colors you want (the example only excludes background color resource, so it may set more than what you want, you need to pin point specific color resouces from the print out to suit your own need).
    UIDefaults defaults = UIManager.getLookAndFeelDefaults();
    for(Iterator i = defaults.keySet().iterator(); i.hasNext();) {
    String name = (String)i.next();
    Object value = defaults.get(name);
    if (value instanceof ColorUIResource && !name.endsWith("Background")
    && !name.endsWith("background")) {
    System.out.println(name);
    UIManager.put(name, new ColorUIResource(Color.red));
    }
