Set tree view item image

Hi,
I am trying to initialize tree view. I am manually adding tree view items. My code looks like bellow:
   NODE-RELATKEY = c_nodekey-root.
   NODE-RELATSHIP = CL_GUI_SIMPLE_TREE=>RELAT_LAST_CHILD.
   NODE-HIDDEN = ' '.
   NODE-DISABLED = ' '.
   NODE-ISFOLDER = ' '.
   NODE-N_IMAGE = 'ICON_EXECUTE_OBJECT'.
   APPEND NODE TO NODE_TABLE.
The problem is that I am not able to set item image. The code like describe above does not work. In some example codes I saw just:
   NODE-N_IMAGE = icon_execute_object.
But, this code is not valid, when I write it in this way, compiler shouts error
Field "ICON_EXECUTE_OBJECT" is unknown. It is neither in one of the specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement. .
How to do it? I need to insert ICON_EXECUTE_OBJECT image to tree view item.
Thank you in advance.

Resoved.

  • Tree view control font size

    Hello,
    (LabVIEW 8.0): I have found that the font size of the tree view items can be set at design time from the drop down list on the menu bar.  However, is it possible to make each "level" (i.e. parent = a level, child = different level, grandchild = still another level) have a different font size to clearly differentiate one level from the next?
    Thanks,
    Chris

  • Firefox 4.0 is my default browser, and I am receiving a script error message when I try to view online images in Family Tree Maker 2011, a genealogy program. Have not had problems until Firefox 4.0. Can't seem to find a setting in Firefox to fix this.

    Error is as follows: Line: 63 Char: 4344 Error: Unable to get value of the property 'offsetHeight': object is null or undefined Code: 0 URL: http://yui.yahooapis.com/combo?2.8.0/build/yuiloader-dom- event/yuiloader-dom-event.js&2.8.0/build/dragdrop/dragdrop- min.js&2.8.0/build/stylesheet/stylesheet- Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Y/N buttons."

    I see. Well, I just tried to make IE my default browser, but it did not solve the problem. I receive the same script error when I view the image. (I may not have explained this thoroughly enough at first - I do get to view the image after answering the error message, but the print button embedded in the window doesn't work. Before, I never had a problem with viewing or printing.)
    I imagine that at this point I will either need to communicate this to the IE people, or possibly revert to an older version of IE.

  • Tree view Layout set resizing when accessed by URL

    Hi,
    We have a problem when we try to display a KM folder through the the ConsumerTreeList Layoutset. The height of the tree view is set based on the content in the right hand side, and ignores the left hand side of the tree. So for example if we have 5 items in the tree on the left hand side, and only 1 in the right hand side then the height of the tree view is really small (approx 1-2cm) and we have a scroll bar on the left hand side.
    This does not happen through a km navigation iview and never used to happen prior to us installing SP18.
    The URL we are using is below. Has anyone experienced this or know of a work around when using a URL? The same sizing issue occurs when previewing the layoutset through the User Interface --> Settings menu where you create layoutsets.
    /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.navigation/AMPS/Documents/Corporate?ConfigFileName=Navigation.xml&StartPage=NavigationPage&Validate=false&rndLayoutSet=ConsumerTreeList&layoutSetMode=exclusive

  • OER - Asset  Editor Tree View unfiled items

    I am using OER 11.1.1.5.0 and in the Asset Editor Tree View I can see general categories of 'Unsubmitted', Submitted' and 'Registered' with various sub-categoreis under each main category. I am puzzled why an Asset which appears in the Tree View initially as as Submitted / Pending Review / DAC Interface / CB Interface should, once all the submission, acceptance and registration stages have been completed, appear under Registered / Unfiled / CB Interface whilst another Asset should appear initially as Submitted / Pending Review / DAC Product / DAC Product - Portal appears, having undergone the same registration processes, as Registered / DAC Product / DAC Product - Portal.
    I cannot find any information in the documentation regarding 'Unfiled' assets nor can I see any difference between the Asset Types for these two assets which might cause this to happen.
    Can anybody shed any light on this issue ?
    Thanks
    Chris

    It works for me after I did a small tweak by as mine is a demo install.
    Idea - is to make an security exception for the OER url in Java control console
    Steps to do that :
    1.Go to the control panel and uninstall the 64 bit version of Java
    Open Programs and Features and select the 64 bit version of Java and select Uninstall.
    2.Open up the Java Control Panel
    Found as an option in the standard windows control panel
    3.Check the version by clicking on the About Tab
    If this is not what you expected you can go to java.com and download the latest version.
    4.Click on the Security Tab in the Java Control Panel
    5.Click on the Edit Site List button in the lower RH corner of the control panel
    6.Add your URL to be allowed
    Enter the full path that you use to access this such as https://myequallogics.com or the IP address if that is how you access it (as in http://192.168.0.100 - Https is recommended by Oracle.) Once complete hit OK. You should now see the exception on the security page.
    7.Close out of the control panel.
    8.You can now acess your site through the browser window.
    Thanks to Java error: Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar - Spiceworks for letting me know this.

  • Tree View with BLOB

    Ive displayed some workers with their departments in a tree view, but does somebody now how to put in their BLOB picture instead of their name into the tree view.
    i thougt that i just rewrite the tree views "Node Text Template" but therefore i will need the image src??? so how to get the src from the BLOB picture from the table???
    <tr>#INDENT#<td colspan="#COLSPAN#" valign="CENTER" class="tiny">#NAME#</td>
    <td>
    <img src=???????????? /> // it could be the worker number or something to get the blob src.
    </td>
    </tr>
    Please help me.
    thanks.

    807703,
    Can you set your name on the forum settings?
    Ok, the item name is just an example, your just using it as a placeholder to pass the key to the picture you want to receive, if your tree is on page 3, create the item called P3_EMP_NO for example.
    Your then setting the value of that item through the image source URL, and the application process can use it to present the right picture.
    If you want to see a sample of this working in 4.0 take a look at my app on apex.oracle.com.
    http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=9660:200 (tested in chrome only - should work on all browsers though)
    Edit: Just checked compatibility - it works in IE and chrome but not firefox! Not immediately apparent why.
    Page 200, login demo / demo2. (account has developer access so you can take a look at the page definition. There are only pictures for 4 photos).
    Note the css in the tree view region definition to change the picture and line size.
    'm guessing you're on 3.2 from your first post, I don't have 3.2 so I can't see where the img tag should go there (on 4.0 I put the url in the icon part of the sql query).

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you want to custom action for context menu in "Site Content and Structure" in SharePoint 2010.
    In "SiteManager.aspx", SharePoint use MenuItemTemplate class which represent a control that creates an item in a drop-down menu.
    For example, to create or delete the ECB menu for a list item in
    "Site Content and Structure", we can follow the steps below:
    To add the “My Like” menu, we can add the code below:
    <SharePoint:MenuItemTemplate
    UseShortId=false
    id="OLListItemLike"
    runat="server"
    Text="My Like"
    ImageUrl="/_layouts/images/DelItem.gif"
    ClientOnClickNavigateUrl="https://www.google.com.hk/"
    />
    To remove the “Delete” menu, we can comment the code below:
    <SharePoint:MenuItemTemplate
    UseShortId=false
    id="OLListItemDelete"
    runat="server"
    Text="<%$Resources:cms,SmtDelete%>"
    ImageUrl="/_layouts/images/DelItem.gif"
    ClientOnClickScript="%SmtObjectDeleteScript%"
    />
    The result is as below:
    More information:
    MenuItemTemplate Class (Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls)
    MenuItemTemplate.ClientOnClickScript property (Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls)

    thanks I am working through that example unfortunately I ran into a problem
    previously (in my real application) I was using bind parameters and my query had the following where clause.
    ( I did this to turn a comma separated list into an in statement)
      WHERE    :Bind_Batch_NM_Comma_Sep_List IS NULL
             OR batch_nm IN

                                              LEVEL)
                                  batch_nm
                          FROM DUAL
                    CONNECT BY LEVEL <=
                                    REGEXP_COUNT (:Bind_Batch_NM_Comma_Sep_List,
                                  + 1)however in the example presented you are to create view criteria and there is a panel on the right called view object where clause but I can not figure out how to type into it directly
    and I find it unlikely I can recreate this where clause using the add item button.
    is there a way to manually type the where clause in the view object where clause box?

    Hi ViswAmmu,
    >>Please help me out to get transparency for path in canvas to view background image in canvas.
    If I'm not misunderstanding, I think you just need to loop through all Canvas.Children and set Opacity property for them:
    private void Image_MouseLeftButtonDown_1(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
    //Loop through all children items
    foreach(UIElement v in CanvasPanel.Children)
    v.Opacity = 0;
    op.Title = "Select a picture";
    op.Filter = "All supported graphics|*.jpg;*.jpeg;*.png|" +
    "JPEG (*.jpg;*.jpeg)|*.jpg;*.jpeg|" +
    "Portable Network Graphic (*.png)|*.png";
    if (op.ShowDialog() == true)
    ib.ImageSource = new BitmapImage(new Uri(op.FileName));
    imgBackground.Source = new BitmapImage(new Uri(op.FileName));
    CanvasPanel.Background = ib;

  • How do I see the TOC when I "View Item"

    Hello,
    I know this is simple, but I am a total Robo newb.
    I have created the TOC and pages and then linked those pages to the TOC.
    When I click "View Item", all I see is the page without any TOC.
    What preview option should I use that will show me the TOC along with the pages that are linked to it?
    Thanks!
    Jeff

    Hello again
    Wow... lots of questions! I'll do the best I can to respond to these.
    I don't know what we are publishing to yet.  I think we are going to design our FAQ with Robo and then place that HTML on one of our web pages.  Is that possible and which view option is best for this purpose?
    Certainly a FAQ is possible. However, that would sound more like a single page. RoboHelp can certainly create a single page that you could copy and splice into a larger web site, but I'm not sure why one would want to do that. Tools like RoboHelp come into their own when creating a large body of information that needs to be organized using a Table of Contents and information easily found via an Index and by searching.
    Unfortunately I'm unclear on what is meant by asking which view option is best. Perhaps you aren't 100% sure about why folks use RoboHelp and what it does. Apologies in advance if you knew any of this, but here goes.
    You use RoboHelp to combine many ingredients (HTML Topic pages, Images, etc) into a "dish" that is served to users. That "dish" may be in the form of a system known as WebHelp, FlashHelp, Microsoft HTML Help, Multiscreen HTML 5 or other. What you create depends on what your audience needs or wants. If most are using iPads or Android tablets, you likely want Multiscreen HTML 5. If most are using Desktop or Laptop PCs, you may want WebHelp. But again, if all you are wanting is a single HTML page that presents a list of FAQs, RoboHelp is definitely overkill.
    Frankly, I prefer the look of the WebHelp view because the Multiscreen HTML 5 view has strange colors.  I don't see any color or skin options for Multiscreen.  How can I change colors in Multiscreen HTML 5?
    Well, that one is a bit tricksy not only to answer, but to pull off once you know how! To begin making changes to the Multiscreen HTML 5 layout, you need to click View > Pods > Project Set-up. Then expand the Screen Layouts folder. Then expand the layout of interest. You should see a layout for the Table of Contents, the Index, the Glossary, etc. Right-click and choose Edit. And that's where the REAL fun begins. (cough)
    Bottom line is that this area is most definitely NOT for the faint of heart or for folks unfamiliar with CSS and whatnot. In other words, editing is a wee bit on the daunting side. I'm so so hoping that it will be easier in the next version!
    I have a few test projects open for testing purposes.  For one project, under "Single Source Layouts", when I right click Multiscreen HTML 5, it shows a "View with Browser" option, but when I do the same thing on another project, I do NOT see "View with Browser" option under Multiscreen HTML 5.   Why is this happening?
    Well, it's unfortunately difficult to say what may be going on without seeing the projects first hand. As I indicated earlier, Multiscreen HTML 5 is the new kid on the block and as such, is a bit convoluted. For example, let's say you managed to sort all the colors and icons and whatnot for one layout. Before you generate your output, you must now ensure you edit the properties of the Multiscreen HTML 5 layout and map the layouts to the profiles. So possibly this bit is missing. I'm not sure.
    Lastly, when I view view the project the first book is always open by default.  How can I make all books closed by default when viewing?
    In any given project, there is a topic that is known as your Default Topic. It's quite simply the first topic presented to the user when the help system is opened. Typically, topics presented in the Topic pane also synchronize to the Table of Contents. So if your Default Topic is inside a book of the TOC, POOF! The book will be expanded showing where the matching topic is. One way to ensure the books are closed is to nominate a topic that isn't in the TOC structure as the Default Topic. You do this by manipulating the properties of the Single Source Layout.
    Hopefully that was both understandable and helpful... Rick

    Hi,
    Is there a "elegant" way to make blink a treeview node?
    I am thinking to use a timer with the collection of nodes that I want to make the blink effect, and update the icon ...

    Hi,
    You can develop your custom control for this purpose. The logic you mentioned was correct. Here is a sample control that I developed by the logic you mentioned.
    public class BlinkingTreeView : TreeView
    private Timer t = new Timer();
    private List<TreeNode> blinkingNodes = new List<TreeNode>();
    public BlinkingTreeView()
    t.Interval = 1000;
    t.Tick += new EventHandler(t_Tick);
    bool isNodeBlinked = false;
    void t_Tick(object sender, EventArgs e)
    foreach (TreeNode tn in blinkingNodes)
    if (isNodeBlinked)
    //update Icon
    tn.Text = tn.Text.Substring(0, tn.Text.Length - 1);//to test
    isNodeBlinked = false;
    else
    //update Icon
    tn.Text = tn.Text + "*";//to test
    isNodeBlinked = true;
    public void AddBlinkNode(TreeNode n)
    blinkingNodes.Add(n);
    public void RemoveBlinkNode(TreeNode n)
    blinkingNodes.Remove(n);
    public void ClearBlinkNodes()
    blinkingNodes.Clear();
    public List<TreeNode> BlinkingNodes
    get { return blinkingNodes; }
    public int BlinkInterval
    get { return t.Interval; }
    set { t.Interval = value; }
    public void StartBlinking()
    isNodeBlinked = false;
    t.Enabled = true;
    public void StopBlinking()
    t.Enabled = false;
    just show me how to use BlinkingTreeView class. i will have tree view which will have few node and few nodes may have few child nodes. now how to achieve by this class BlinkingTreeView and show me how to blink few specific node not all. thanks

    better to come with code. first populate tree view with some dummy node this way
    Root
           Child1
                    Child1-sub1
                    Child1-sub2
           Child2
                    Child2-sub1
                    Child2-sub2
    now blink Child1-sub2 & Child2-sub1. please come with code. thanks

  • A tree-view in HTML page with nodes generated with java script in run time is not visible in the UI Automation Tree. Need Help

    I have a HTML page with an IFrame. Inside the Iframe there is a table with a tree view
    <iframe>
    <table>
    <tr>
    <td>
    <treeview id="tv1"></treeview>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </iframe>
    In UIA, i am able to traverse till the tree view but not able to see it.
    I have used the TreeWalker.RawViewWalker Field to traverse the node from the desktop Automation.RootElement.
    I tried to use AutomationElement.FromPoint method to check whether i am able to get that element. Fortunately i was able to get the automation element.
    i tried to get the path to root element from the node element using the TreeWalker.RawViewWalker. I was able to get the parent path to the root element.
    But trying the reverse way like navigating from root element to tree node, was not getting the element for me.
    Please help me with suggestions or inputs to resolve this issue.

    Thanks Bernard,
    It works fine with JInitiator but not working with
    the JPI. For JPI what settings I need to do ??hi TKARIM and Bernard, i am having similar problem even with the Bernard's recommended setup. could you post the webutiljini.htm (i presume you are using config=test) ?
    i am actually using jinitiator 1.3.1.28 with Oracle HTTP Server of OAS 10gR2) calling Forms Server 6i (f60cgi). After setting up according to Bernard's recommended setup steps, the java console showed that it loaded the icon jar file when it could not read the form, but it skipped the loading of the icon jar file once it read and started the form. How do we specify in the form to pick up the icon from the jar file instead from a directory ? Or do we need to specify ? Any ideas ?
    Thx and Regards

  • How to populate list in tree view  dynamically

    Hi,
    I am new to  Indesign Plugin creation.
    I want to create list in tree view dynamically.
    I tried wlistboxcomposite sdk sample in indesign cs4.
    I have some doubts in this.
    1. Can i write my own method in  WLBCmpTreeViewAdapter class because it's implements ListTreeViewAdapter
    If it's possible how can i call this method.
    2. In this example they populating static string in constructor like this
    WLBCmpTreeViewAdapter::WLBCmpTreeViewAdapter(IPMUnknown* boss):ListTreeViewAdapter(boss){
    K2Vector<PMString> lists;
    for (int32 i = 0; i< 12; i++){PMString name(kWLBCmpItemBaseKey);name.AppendNumber(i+1);name.Translate();lists.push_back(name);}
    InterfacePtr<IStringListData> iListData(this, IID_ISTRINGLISTDATA);}
    and this list is populating on loading time but my requirement is i have one button "get list" after clicking this button i have to populate the list, how can
    i achieve this.
    Pls do needful.
    Thanks
    Arun

    The TreeViewAdaptor is responsible for mapping your custom data to the tree view itself.  I almost always start by making it return some fixed number of objects with names "item 1" etc. That way you get the tree view working first.
    Then, after you get it laid out and displaying properly, you can worry about using real data.  At that point, you have your adaptor return the actual number of items in your list and each individual item.  Then you can populate your list when you push your button and then invalidate the IControlView of the tree view widget to cause it to redraw.  At that point your adaptor will get called and your data should appear.

  • SharePoint 2013---How to convert current left Navigation into tree view

    Hi All,
    I want to convert current left navigation into tree view in SharePoint 2013. When we click on Modify Navigation and set headers and links; I need that should be convert into tree view. All headers should be expandable to thier links.
    I just want tree view on navigation headers and links. not for all site and subsites which we can enabled from site settings --> Modify All Site settings --> Tree view
    Please help me Master Page editing on Navigation Generation.. Thanks in advance!
    Regards,
    Anna

    Hi Anna,
    If you want to replace the Quick Launch part with the custom treeview web part in master page, you can comment out or remove the quick launch code block "<!--SPM:<SharePoint:SPNavigationManager id="QuickLaunchNavigationManager.....>....<>-->",
    then insert the custom web part snippet code in proper location in seattle master page, then all pages inheriting the seattle master page will have this web part.
    Note, please back up the master page before customizing the original master page for recovery.
