Setting file name of captured file in DVRcast application

I've looked through the scripts in the scripts/ directory, but haven't seen anything obvious.
I would like to be able to specify the file name to capture the stream to. At present, the capture file is always named the same as the stream, which means if I stream for a bit, stop, then restart, the originally captured file gets overwritten. I'd like to be able to incorporate something, i.e. the stream start time, into the capture file name.
Pointers to where I can do that?

For me, the best always is to go for mp4 format irrespective of the encodings. MP4 can support VP6/H264/MP3 and AAC.
And for FMS to record a file in mp4/f4v format, you need to prefix a mp4: to the stream name while publishing and/or recording. This "mp4:" mentions the FMS to load the mp4 module and all the stream actions are now under its control.
It is a general usage that for VP6-MP3 we go for FLV format (for which no prefix is needed) for H264/AAC , we go for MP4. But as I said, MP4 can serve all your purposes.
There are no APIs as such on FMS that I can think of , to do this. All you need to do is to add the prefix or not. It can be controlled either through a good client logic or , can be totally eliminated by having a singular structure.

I am using Lightroom 5 with OSX 10.9.2 and the sorting feature is not working properly. When I try to sort my library by file name or capture time, it does not sort properly. The order of images is mixed and stays that way, even after reboot. The file information is correct, the sorting is the only issue. The library is approximately 6,000 images and I am also using a plug in with the Publishing Service feature. Thanks! I'm trying to sort by capture time or file name, and neither sorts correctly. file names 3450, 3451, etc. before files 0234, 0235, etc. It makes no sense. Same with capture time. Times are accurate in meta data, but sorting is just wrong. I'm using a ShootProof plug in that is only used for uploading files to the web. The issue is in the main library folder, so I'm not sure the plugin has anything to do with it. Any sort I seem to choose: capture time ascending order, file name descending order, whatever, yields a different yet inaccurate sort. The below sort is flagged, by file name ascending order. This is the bottom of the list where it goes from file brigitte_terry_w6408... to brigitte_terry_film_0039... to brigitte_terry_w2825... Regardless of the 'film' file, the w2825... files should be displayed above w6408. Thanks for any help!

Java mapping - Setting the name of the file dinamically

Problem: I know how to set the name of the file in an Idoc to file interface if I'm using a message mapping, but not if I'm using a Java mapping.

Here is a complete project to copy all the files with the added "ABL," at the start of each line. You need to start a new Project with a BLANK default Form1, and replace all of Form1 code with the code below. When you run this project, you

How to retain numerical order (Of file names) when combining files in Acrobat (9) Standard, please see the attached screenshot for a clearer explanation.
I understand that if we prefix all files with leading zero's this will probably resolve the issue but I just wondered if anyone new the answer. The ironic situation is that version 6 has no problem.
I have spent over an hour with techincal support who were unable to provide me with an answer

It is not clear how you are trying to do the order. Have you tried to select a set of files and then use the arrow buttons to move them in the list? If you select the heading, that will typically reorder the files by that heading and undo everything you had done before.
You should be able to select groups of files and move them up and down in the list. All of those options appear on your view, so what is the real question?

Date part in file name of backup file

i want the datepart to be included in the file name of dump file which is a backup file of a schema. what i need is i want to know the approriate dos command which can be used in export utility , such that the file name should contain date part
when i tried to do this by running the script

the dump is created with filename toniknvtest_wed where as i want "toniknvtest_wed_8_2_2006."
pls correct the date part in the export command

My original external has an error and needs to be reformatted but I dont want to lose this informations its my entire Itunes library.

Sounds like the source drive is formatted as case sensitive and the destination drive is not. The preferred format for OS X is case insensitive unless there is a compelling reason to go case sensitive.
Why can't you change the filename? Is it because the source drive is having problems? If so is this happening with only one or two or a few files? If so the best thing would be to copy those over individually and then rename them on the destination drive.
If it is more then you can do manually and you can't change the name on the source you will have to reformat the destination as case sensitive.
Btw this group is for discussion of the Support Communities itself, you;d do better posting to Lion group. I'll see if a host will move it.

I need to create a file chooser with save dialog type, how can I add a highlighted default file name into the File Name textfield? As in Microsoft Word, when you want to save a document, a default file name Doc1.doc will appear in the File name text field of the file chooser even when you change to other directories.

To retain the same file name in target(File) that coming from source system(AS2).

I have a requirement to send the two file from the third party system(GXS) to SAP ECC via SAP PI(version - 7.4). We are using AS2 adapter at the sender side to pick the file and using File Adapter to place the file in ECC.
Its a pass through scenarion(No ESR part is used).
Requirement:
We are going to get 2 files ->Example: one from Axis and another one from ICICI -> each bank file will have a file name ->
We have to post the file at the target system with the same name as source file name, the source file name could come dynamically(with diff time stamp).
Please let me know, Is it possible to achieve the above requirement(we have to retain the file name in target that coming from source system) with Sender AS2 adapter, If yes then please suggest the best approach.

2. Another solution we can use the graphical mapping and need to use the dynamic config UDF at mapping level to acheive this requirement but here is one drawback - we need to do content conversion is this case.
In case of Java mapping, no need to play with source file.

Logical File name of Transaction File

I am using FILE_NAME_GET function module to get the Physical file name based on logical file name.
But here i am not getting total file name, i maintained Physical File name as ZDM\INTB18\<PARAM_1>.
Transaction File is stored in application server and it's name is ZDM\INTB18\RMCB18_DATETIME.

Could not save as (file name) because the file could not be found

When i try saving sothing it comes up with could not save as (file name) because the file could not be found and need to save this file. i could save stuff before but not anymore if anyone could help i would be grateful

We cannot know. These kinds of things are operating system errors with stuff getting blocked due to insufficient permissions, security tools interfering, network errors or whatever. Since you mentioned none of that, it's an "Ask your mom..." thing at this point, but if you provide more details, someone might be able to figure it out.
