Setting multiple maxdepth levels

Hello,
This sample code seems to work fine:
find /Users/username/Desktop /Users/username/Documents /Users/username/Library -name foo -prune -maxdepth 3
but my question is how can I set a different maxdepth level for each directory?

Yes I wanted to keep it in one command because eventually I would run it using cocoa and I think it would be easier that way. I'll have to figure that out.
I assume you are going to start a subprocess to run the command. For example in Since I do not know Cocoa or any of the Mac OS X Framework APIs, I do not know what you would really be using, but using Unix speak this would be calling system(), popen(), or doing a fork()/exec().
The system() and popen() calls take the command string you specify and pass it to /bin/sh for execution. In these cases you could actually pass
sprintf(cmd_string, "find /path1 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 3; "
"find /path2 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 7; "
"find /path3 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 5; ";
system(cmd_string);
A fork()/exec() would actually need to specify /bin/sh as the command
sprintf(cmd_string, "find /path1 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 3; "
"find /path2 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 7; "
"find /path3 -name 'foo' -maxdepth 5; ";

if ( ! pid ) {
