Setting Reason combo in crmd_order
Hi All,
I am passing a parameter IT_SERVICE_OS to function module 'CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN' in order to set the reason for status i.e. the result combo.
While creating the order I have set mode as A, that works.
But, while changing the order I have set mode as B, that doesnt work i.e. the new value doesnt get set in the result tab.
How do I solve this problem ...... whats going wrong ????

Hi,
Funtion module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN is also used by CRM online transaction for Opportunity tcode: CRMD_BUS2000111. You can set a break-point in that FM and then try to create/change opportunities. This way you can observe all FM parameters and code accordingly.

Use field REASON_REJ ad pass the reason code to item structure and set the flag for the item in ITEMX table.
For more info, look for the where used list of the BAPI 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE' or search the forum.

Hi, I am building an AIR application that reads in XML to set
up a form for editing and saving back the XML. I am using the
standard flash components including the combo box. I am trying to
set the combo box value to a value in the XML, say for instance
alignment which only has the possible selection settings of "left",
"center" or "right". I have looked through the documentation but I
can't seem to find the right code that will set an existing combo
box to the desired selection. I know my paths are correct as I can
call the open() method to open the combo box. Anyone able to help.
If I get this sorted and my application is as good as done.

BDC Program to Set Reason for Rejection in VA02 in Sales Order Change
Hi i have a requirement i have to set "reason for rejection" in random line items of Change mode of sales order VA02.
I have to develope BDC for this task and i have the list of all open line items which displays in VA05, can any of them can guide me how to develop BDC which will randomly select line items and set reason for rejection in VA02 Sales Order Change transaction.

As mentioned in the previous reply, you can use the FM:SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE and set the reason code for the line item like for eg: move '03' to IT_INPUT-REASON_REJ. and also set 'U' for update flag in the header structure,
move 'U' to HEAD_INPUT_INX-UPDATEFLAG
this will be best and easy method.
for this, FM,you need to pass the below parameters:
CALL FUNCTION 'SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE'
EXPORTING
salesdocument = old_order
order_header_in = head_input
order_header_inx = head_input_inx
TABLES

item_in = it_input

How can update the "Reason" in tcode CRMD_ORDER

I've done the below customizations to change the "Reason" for the service ticket status:
1. Define Catalog:
IMG > CRM > Basic Functions > Catalogs, Codes and Profiles > Define Catalogs
2. Define Code Groups and Codes
IMG > CRM > Basic Functions > Catalogs, Codes and Profiles > Define Code Groups and Codes for Catalogs
3. Define Code Group Profiles
IMG > CRM > Basic Functions > Catalogs, Codes and Profiles > Define Code Group Profiles
4. Define Subject Profiles
IMG > CRM > Basic Functions > Catalogs, Codes and Profiles > Define Subject Profiles
Also, assigned the Subject profile to the status profile.
But i'm not able to update the "Reason" for the service ticket status in the transaction code CRMD_ORDER.
Can any one let me know what is the BAPI / FM which will do this?

Yes, I did so.
In the transaction code, CRMD_ORDER, when i enter a transaction no.
There's a label called "Reason" which has to be updated with the correct reasons as per the status.
Example: For the service ticket status, "New Message", reason status must also be updated whenever a new mail arrives.
I think there must be a BAPI / FM which would definetly update this?

Problem when setting Reason of Rejection for a sales order using IDOC
Hi All,
I am working on a requirement where i need to put a reason for rejection as 'Item Cancelled' for a sales order via IDOC 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDCHG' in a third party scenerio where the PR is created automatically from the sales order . When the IDOC is run in the foreground I get the information message Subsequent function " 'Purchase requisition from sales document' not possible Item & was rejected "(Message V1579) and the IDOC results in a error when run in the background mode because of the same information message. The message should not appear when a sales order is being processed in the background but still the message is being displayed . Is there any way the message can be suppressed ? Thanks in Advance.

To set reason for rejection for 3rd party order materials
Hello,
I have created the sales order with normal and 3 party materials, with reference to this order i have created the purchase order and delivered normal materials. after some period i am trying to put the reason for rejection code for 3 rd party materials. but the system is showing the error like " subsequent documents already exist for item xyz". then i deleted the purchase requestion and purchase eventhough system is showing the same message while i am trying to put the rejection in the Sales order.
Could you plz let me know the reason why the system is not accepting to put the reason for rejection in the sales order after deleting the PR and PO????

Getting a set type data to CRMD_ORDER
Hi Experts,
I have created a new settype which has 2 attributes .I need to show these attributes in Sales Order Line Item level.
I know there is a BADI CRM_CUSTOMER_I_BADI which gives me the freedom to show my own screen in the sales order screen(additiional tab).
I need to show the details in an existing tab. Is there a way to acheive this?

For Example Enhancing product workbench Commpr01 in CRM for any Product category or somthing, we will use set type concept in CRM,for creating set types we need to go EEWB workbench and create .while creation of set types in EEWB itself it will have one option "Create BW extractor".So just we need to select that option system will create set type data source for the same.Delta will be based on Change pointer and it will use push technology.so just u need to ask your CRM IT team to select that option .u dont need to create data source in RSO2.

Setting value in input combo box list of values programmatically.

I have the following requirement.
I have a combo box LOV defined in the column of application table. Whenever the user is trying to change this value, I need to check for a condition and invoke a warning popup with yes/no button and allow the user to change if dialog outcome is 'yes'. If the outcome is 'No', then i need to reset the combo box to its original value. To do this, in the valuechangelistener of LOV, I am invoking the warning popup and control will coming out of the valuechangelistener and dialog listener will be called.
How do i set the combo box value in dialog listener ? and How do I retain the existing value of the LOV if user clicks on 'No' button.

HarishYou could, for example. store both of them (old value, along with new one) in the pageFlowScope. You can do that in the valueChangeListener (before calling popup), and use them in the dialog listener...

How do you set an array of combo boxes to a specific value?
I have an array of combo boxes that I would like to set to a specific value. When I tell my program to set them it only sets the combo box that I most recently changed and none of the others.
I've attached a small vi that demonstates the problem.

If you want to change all of them then either follow previous suggestion or create a property node for the array and not just one of the combo boxes. -
Problem in refreshing the combo box on selection of an item in another comb
I have a situation where values to be displayed in 2nd combo box depends on the selection of an item from the 1st combo box.
Problem observed:
The 2nd combo box is not getting refreshed if the selected item from the 1st combo box has mapping to more than 10 items.
for ex:
A - AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF
B - BA, BB, BC, BD, BE, BF, BG, BH, BI, BJ, BK, BL, BM, BN, BO, BP
C - CA, CB, CC
D - DA, DB, DC, DD

If the value selected from the first combo box is A, C, or D then 2nd combo box refreshes with repective values. But when the value selected is B, then 2nd combo box is not getting refreshed with respective values.

Payment Difference by reason code charge to separate GL Account
Dear All
We have set reason code for payment difference with indicator charge to separate account. Also we assign separate account for each reason code in OBXL. When we try to post incoming payment with difference and assign the reason code system ask to do the account determination for Transaction ZDI. We already have settings for ZDI with reason code. When we enter one more entry for transactions ZDI without reason code system charge it to the account but in this way we cannot achieve our objective to post the difference to different account according to reason code.

You need to set up an account assignment reference for the different portfolios (IMG activity "Define Account Assignment References").
Then you need to set up the determination logic for assigning the account assignment reference to the transactions based on portfolio (IMG activity "Define Account Assignment Reference Determination (OTC Transactions)" or "Define Account Asst Reference Determination (Securities/Listed Derivatives)", depending on product type.)
Finally, you need to set up the account determination to assign the GL accounts to the different account symbols for each account assignment reference (IMG activity "Define Account Determination").

I generate an HTML page with a Servlet and I have a combo box that lists numbers 1-20. Depending on a parameter that is passed to the servlet I want to set the Combo box to be initalized to (display) a certain number.
Does anybody know how I can do that? (I would prefer to have the Combo Box entries remain in order)

What Yatsea meant was, you set your item position relative to another item.
her example shows you to set your item's Left Coordinate to the Left coordninate of Item 16.
And the your items top coordinate to Top coordinate of Item 17.
Both this item 16 & 17 are some items on the form.
Now in your case,
