Setup Web Documents node not visible in SPRO

Dear All,
I have refered to steps as mentioned in below link. The 'SetUp Web Documents' node was present in one of our ECC Client location. I have activated - CVAW_ENTIRE in SICF, but am not able to view the node itself in IMG for a new client (See attached). This client is on ECC 6.0 EHP6.
Please let me know if there's any additional setting supposed to be done by Basis during ECC Installation itself for the node to show-up, or if this functionality no longer exists??.

Thanks for your inputs. I see the below in the IMG Path for aforementioned:
"Business func. will remain deactivated" & for "Additional Prerequistes text" I see below text:
For this business function, there are possibly dependencies or requirements that do not yet allow activation of the business function. If you need to carry out additional activities, you will find more
information in the documentation on the business function.
Q: How do I know which Business function Set to Activate??

    Dear Experts ,
    The Test Server was refreshed around mid-June 2011 with data of
    Production Server. The follow-on documents are not visible for the
    invoice documents in MIRO in TEST server due to value in tables
    BKPF,RBKP : field : AWSYS = PRD300 .
    The newly created Purchase Orders after the refresh, the accounting
    documents can be seen for the Goods Receipt (MIGO_GR-display) and
    Invoice documents (MIRO).
    we had already raised this issue in March & got the feedback from SAP
    as shown below.
    accordingly we have developed & run the program "zzlogsys2" which
    updates the Logsys/Awsys field from PRD300 ( of production server ) to
    that of the current server i.e. TST300 as required.
    after which the FI documents for the material documents are visible in
    MIGO,but follow-on documents are not visible for the invoice documents
    in MIRO.
    we have Checked notes 781498 and 28958 to see if the logical system is
    correctly assigned , where we found that in table RBKP after entering document number, Fiscal Year , the
    Field AWSYS is "PRD300" & not "TST300" as it should be. We will take up the activity of updating table RBKP
    also as we are currently doing for tables MKPF & BKPF.
    But to have clear picture as to what we are doing is correct , pl
    advise about the following :
    1) Is it a correct process done by our SAP-Basis team , that every time
    any Server ( e.g. Test or Quality ) is refreshed with Production server
    data, the Field AWSYS in various transaction tables gets value as
    "PRD300" which then is required to replaced by running program such as
    ZZlogsys.
    REPORT ZZLOGSYS.
    TABLES: T000, MKPF.
    DATA: NEW_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.
    PARAMETER: OLD_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.
    SELECT SINGLE * FROM T000 WHERE MANDT EQ SY-MANDT.
    NEW_SYS = T000-LOGSYS.
    CHECK NOT NEW_SYS IS INITIAL.
    UPDATE MKPF SET AWSYS = NEW_SYS
    WHERE AWSYS = OLD_SYS.
    WRITE:/ 'Number of updates: ', SY-DBCNT.
    2) if the above process is correct & normal , then which are the other
    tables in a particular server ,apart from tables MKPF,BKPF,RBKP , which
    needs to be updated the value of field "AWSYS" in the same way
    replacing value "PRD300".
    3) if the process in point no. 1 is not correct , then what is the
    correct process that the Basis team can do while refreshing any target
    server with production data so that target server retains its value in
    Field AWSYS & not showing "PRD300".
    With 3 servers TEST,DEV & Quality , recently refreshed with production
    server to bring all servers in Sync for a HR patch application, we have
    this situation now in all 3 servers .

    It's hard to say without seeing the code for TreeTable. But they probably have something like an addNode mothod for the TreeTableNode which will take care of all the updates for you. If you want to do it youself, you will probably have to get the data Model (tree.getModel()???)behind the TreeTable and use one of the fire... methods on it like fireRowChanged(???) or fireTableChanged(???). I would suspect Sun would do it this way.

  • Documents are not visible with layoutset AppBulletinBoardExplorer

    Hi experts,
    I created a km navigation iview with layoutset AppBulletinBoardExplorer. I created a new networklocation on my PC to the portal repository and upload a lot of documents (becasue a multiple upload from the portal is not possible). The documents are not visible in the iview. When Is change the layout set to ConsumerExplorer the documents are visible. A reboot did not help. If the documents are saved from the portal again, they are visible. Another layoutset or to upload file by file is also not an option.
    How to solve this problem? .

    thanks for your reply!
    1. Have you tried mass upload via explorer into one KM folder then move the documents you uploaded into another area using the standard UI?
    I have moved the content via KM content option, but problem still exist.
    2. Have you checked the trace files on the portal to see if there is some error being logged that is not showing in the UI, but might give you a clue as to what is going on?
    In the log there is a warning:  user | ACCESS.ERROR"| /KM path | node_create_child. Everyone has read permissions.
    3. Have you raised an support message with SAP?

    4. Have you tried using the Portal Drive rather then just windows explorer? (probably won't make a different as I think it uses webdav anyway)
    With the portal drive the same issue :-(.
    It's something with the layoutset in combination with upload via webdav or explore. The documents are also available with a search

  • COPA document is not visible for a material document ?? Why

    When i try the same through KE4S in test run system is showing the below lines.....
    Number of billing documents read:                        1
    Number of line items to be transferred:                  0
    No. of billing doc. items already transferred:           0
    Number of billing docs with errors:                      0
    Note:- Number of line items to be transfered  0  then there is nothing to transfer to COPA.
    Please suggest.

              By this we recordniced that the weblogic.httpd.defaultWebApp property
              worked not that way descibed in the
              Weblogic Documentation. You have to write the path to the WebApp not the
              name!
              So we have the following Entry in the weblogic.properties:
              weblogic.httpd.defaultWebApp=i:/if_home2/web
              This works fine. The Server starts and serves the WebApp the way we
              expected. But wenn we start the Weblogic
              Console the WebApp ist not visible in the "myserver/HTTP/Servlet web
              applications" folder. This one is empty
              now! Previously the "General" Entry for the Implicitly Defined Default
              Web Application was shown here, which
              showed our Servlets and JSP's and their hit count and parameters.
              So there is no chance to monitor the Servlets and JSP's of the default
              Web Application.
              I tried to deploy our WebApp a secound time with
              weblogic.httpd.webApp.OurApp=i:/if_home2/web
              but this create a second independent WebApp. OurApp is shown in the
              Weblogic Console but it does not monitor
              the hits to the default WebApp. So this is not a solution!

    in my development environment i checked in site collection feature, it isn't available in site collection feature but still i am getting those web parts in web part gallery while adding it on page.
    Also, in Production environment, feature is available in /templates/features folder after deployment, but not available in web part gallery while adding it on page.
    I tried with uploading .webpart file which is available in /templates/features production environment as i mentioned, is running for one web part. Not for second web part and giving me security error.
    As, uploading .webpart file is not feasible solution, please tell me how could i do that with .wsp file?
    please tell me what could be another workaround.

  • Some Media Card folders within 'documents​' folder not visible in Windows XP Pro SP3

    I have tried renaming these folders on the device (eliminating '.'s and generally shortening the folder names) and then connecting to a Windows machine again afterwards, however, I have two problematic folders (within the 'documents' folder) that are still not visible in Windows.
    One thing that is kind of troubling is that I thought I noticed that when I was moving files out of the 'documents' root directory (only place I can put files from the Windows machine [while connected] because I can't see the target folders in Windows) on the device to one of the problematic folders (again, because I cannot accomplish this in Windows), the original full-length folder name was still being referenced in the path displayed in the intermediate confirmation dialog.
    Does it matter whether the folders are created within the (connected to) Windows environment or done on the device?  Are there folder name length considerations or illegal characters?
    I have created (in the Windows environment, while connected) some rather long folder names (including ''' & '.' characters) within the 'pictures' directory and have no trouble seeing them later in Windows.
    What could be going on here?

  • Web Part is not visible in Web Part gallary

    Hi,
    I have developed a project in sharepoint having two web parts inside it.
    Initially, when there was only one web part in my project it was working fine. But suddenly when i added a new web part, it is not showing me web parts in a gallary. Event it is not available in web part list under Web Designer Gallaries.
    I tried with old .wsp to deployed, but still the same problem.
    On my development machine it is working with two web parts very good. but when i try to deploy that wsp on production site, it is not showing me anything in web part gallary while it was when i was working with one web part only in my project.
    Please, direct me where i am doing wrong, any possibilities?
    I did workarounds as
    1.  Check for the custom webpart feature folder under 14\TEMPLATE\FEATURES ----- Yes it exists there
    2. If the feature Scope is Site
    3. The webpart dll is deployed to GAC with Stsadm command
    4. No web part(My Custom) found here Site Action > Site Settings > Galleries > Web Parts

    I'm having a problem, I think is isolated to Internet
    Explorer 6.0. A few people using this version of the browser have
    reported that the contents of my main page are not visible unless
    you scroll down quite a ways. Any ideas what could be causing this?

  • All document types not visible in SAP EasyDMS

    Hi,
    We have configured a no. of  document types in DMS ( in SAP R/3). But  only a few of those are visible in the SAP EasyDMS ( Web GUI). We are not able to figure out how to make those visible. I am completely new to EasyDMS. Can anybody help?

  • Node not found in SPRO IMG

    Hi All,
    In SPRO transaction Time Management-->Web Applications->leave request(new)-> node text not found
    I am not able to find all the three subnodes under the node leave request (new)
    It is displayed as node text not found .whenever we execute these nodes it gives out an error as "there are no executable transactions assigned to this node".
    These nodes are available in the development server  but not available on test server.we have already activated the BC sets through SCPR20 and found the activation log successful for all EA-IMG, EA-AKH,EA-MENU.
    Also activated the switch EA-HR.and ours is not an upgraded system(.4.7)
    Please Help  to the earliest possible as it is very urgent for us.

    Check this note :
    Texts of hierarchy enhancements not transported
    SAP Note Number: 204433
    Symptom
    Enhancements were added to a hierarchy (for example area menu) whose language is not the original language of the hierarchy. In the system in which the enhancements were added, all entries are displayed correctly. After a transport to a different system, the texts of the added enhancements are missing in this system. In the display or maintenance of the corresponding hierarchy the message 'Node text not found' is issued. In the Easy Access no message at all is displayed.

    Cause and prerequisites
    Due to a program error, the texts of a hierarchy are only transported in the original language even if enhancements were made in other languages.
    Solution
    Implement the attached correction.

How can I make them visible, when I create a webgallery, they are not there when I create one. I thought it should be in the galleryconfig.xml the option
