Several entries at once

Question

Good day,
I 'm looking for a way to collect a form post that allows you to submit multiple entries for the same SQL table.
Ex:
<form action="dosql" method="post">
     <input type="text" name="first_name">
     <br>
     <input type="text" name="last_name">
     <P>
     <input type="text" name="first_name">
     <br>
     <input type="text" name="last_name">
     <P>
     <input type="submit">
</form>
What i need after the form is submitted is to collect in the proper order, and to have the proper first and last names paired correctly.
Everything after I can do. just have some trouble with this.
Can someone point me to some resources where it explains a method for doing this.

I would do <%int dynamicValue=some determined value;
for (int i=0; i<dynamicValue; i++) { %>
  <input type="text" name="first_name<%=i%>">
  <input type="text" name="last_name<%=i%>">
<%}%>
<input type="hidden" name="dynamicValue" value="<%=dynamicValue%>">
<input type="submit">Then in your java handler you can doint dynamicValue=Integer.parseInt(request.getParameter("dynamicValue"));
String[] fullNames=new String[dynamicValue];
for (int i=0; i<dynamicValue; i++)
  fullNames[i] = request.getParameter("first_name"+i) + request.getParameter("last_name"+i);I have used this in production, but cannot say it is the best. I know with JSTL, there is a better method of doing the for loop with jsp, but our server does not support it.
