Several errors lead to an unsuccesfully termination of instalation (3.0.1)

+ Versions
o apex 3.0.1
o Oracle 9.2.0.6.0
+ Several compilation errors during the instalation make this process to finish without succes.
+ The first error is this one:
...wwv_flow_sw_parser
Warning: Package created with compilation errors.
+ Trying to figure out why this first error happens I've seen these things:
o The error encountered is "Compilation errors for PACKAGE FLOWS_030000.WWV_FLOW_SW_PARSER Error: PLS-00201: identifier 'WWV_FLOW_FILE_OBJECTS$' must be declared"
o I see the table FLOWS_FILES.WWV_FLOW_FILE_OBJECTS$ exists, and there are grants for the user FLOWS_030000, but there is no synonym, wich I think is needed since the line in the package with the error says:" g_file wwv_flow_file_objects$%rowtype;"
o If I create a public synonym on my own for this table, this error disappears and now I get this other one "Compilation errors for PACKAGE BODY FLOWS_030000.WWV_FLOW_SW_PARSER Error: PLS-00707: unsupported construct or internal error [2603] Line: 1 Text: create or replace package body flows_030000.wwv_flow_sw_parser wrapped" which I believe that I get because it is wrapped , but I ignore it.
QUESTIONS:
Why am I getting this first error which seems to be indicating the luck of a synonym?
Am I missing something here?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

i cannot update to service pack 2.  In short, nothing from microsoft is installing.
it is asking me to authenticate microsoft windows installer
i have a Windows requries a digitally signed driver
Those symptoms are consistent with restoring to a drive with advanced-format technology. See my post here.
Is this a replacement drive? If so, what is the make and specific model?
this is not a hardware issue.  
If this is the trouble, I would certainly call it a hardware issue.
