Shipping Option (UPS,FedEx, Etc.) Listed on Invoice

Is there a way I can take the shipping option the customer chooses when checking out with the BC shopping cart (UPS Ground, Overnight, FexEx, etc) and list it on the emailed invoice? I can't seem to find any tags or see a way to do this, although it seems like a basic option so I'm probably completely missing something
Thanks

I would like to also find an answer for this and does sound like a basic option. I like to use the emailed invoice as a working order but will be useless unless it states the shipping option. I wouldnt like to have to go into the admin for each order just to find this information. Any ideas's anyone?

  • Any option to get the list of Invoice with respect to Sales Area

    Dear All,
Is there any option to check the list of Invoices with respect to the Sales area.
Because, in VF05, we are getting the list either for a Payer or a Material.
I want to see the list of Invoices for a Sales area. I mean, it should be similar to VA05, where we can get the list of Sales Orders even without providing the Customer and Material information.

  • Redundant Shipping Option DropDown

    Hi
In the store's shopping cart layout there is the shipping option dropdown that shows all the options available to the user.
This dropdown has the words CHOOSE SHIPPING OPTION as the default listing, but then right above it, it says CHOOSE SHIPPING OPTION, leaving us with an unwanted redundancy.
Any way to remove it? Also, I would like to have it say CHOOSE DELIVERY REGION instead.
    Possible?

    Hi,
Think you are looking for some JS to help customize this a bit.

  • FedEx - auto-select and hide available shipping options

I'm looking to change some of the default shopping cart UI/UX functionality, and I'm assuming this can be done with jQuery - but I figured I'd check here first to make sure as this is a live site and I'd rather not play around too much.
This particular store uses FedEx for shipping, and our feedback so far has been that the fact that a final shipping option turns up at the end is an issue for customers - they usually miss it, and it's just clunky and cumbersome overall.
So I'm hoping that I can somehow have it automatically selected with jQuery and hidden, to show the final shipping amount only. Something like the right-hand side below:
This would then alleviate the need for a pop-up and the extra step checking out.
Has anyone completed this successfully? Is it possible? Would using (.shippingCalc input) as a selector work?
Furthermore - separately - has anyone enabled a zip lookup so that state can be pre-selected for tax calculations?
    Thanks.

Yes drop me a line, I've re-written nearly of this Javascript to auto select based on 1 input. Not done it for Fedex but have done it for the Australia post but the code and UI interface is the same.

  • Can you export shipping docs (packing list and invoice) into a doc file?

    Hello Gurus,
Is there a way to save ZRPL packing list and ZRIN ROSA Invoice into a file instead of printing?
For example going to VL03N > outbound delivery > issue delivery output > select ZRPL and instead of printing a hardcopy, can it be exported into a file? I need to do this operation to more than 100 packing lists and invoices. I want to upload it to a sharepoint and save some paper.
Thank You very much for your responses!

create another comment field that doesn't use 'appending', and through SP Designer change workflow keep
updating that field with the new comments  (prepend the field with date/username/new comment). Hide the field on all forms, but put it in the view you need to export to Excel.
Please refer few more links: Hope they will help

  • Shipping Options Packaging Type ? Can I customize my options for package sizes?  Tied with UPS but use own package sizing.

My shipping department uses their own packaging for our products.  Currently I cannot find an option in the shipping options to tie in my package sizes to the shipping packaging options.

  • Can not print shipping labels on FedEx with Firefox 4

I print shipping labels from FedEx's website using their ship manager online. Now with Firefox 4 I can not get shipping labels to print with any of my printers. I had to use IE to get it to print a label. I spent almost an hour with FedEx tech support and could not get it to work until I tried it with IE. I have had no problems with previous versions of Firefox.

If you use Quickbooks software, you could try the fix mentioned on the [http://community.intuit.com/posts/cannot-print-shipping-labels-from-ups-or-fedex-shipping-applet Intuit forum] It's the 4th post down.
The Fedex shipping label app was written by [http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/add_ons/shipping_manager.jsp Quickbooks], so it might work.
Alternatively, maybe one of the Add-ons listed here will work: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=print&cat=all&x=0&y=0 Print Add-ons]

  • Customizing the shipping options in the cart?

    Hey Everybody,
I've got a client that just ABSOLUTELY does not like the way that the "integrated" shipping options are displayed. Currently if you have USPS and FEDEX both as shipping options. A user would have select one of the two from a dropdown, then enter the zip code and then select an option from a radio button. If  the user does not like those shipping options then they have to go back to the drop down - select the other option, then re-enter their zip code and look at the other shipping options.
What I am wondering is - is it possible for a user to NOT select the shipping type from the drop down, but simply enter their zip code and see ALL the shipping options that are available in radio list form? Is it possible to ping both the USPS and FEDEX api to calculate shipping cost at the same time?
I so hope that someone has done this. or has some kind of a work around. I am currently stumped on this one. We have revised the cart about 11 times now, and still my client is not happy with the way that business catalyst is set up to function in the shipping options area.

@Case and Carl Design: Sure thing, here are two sites I did, one with a suburb to shipping cost calculator and one with a post / ZIP code lookup to shipping cost calculator.

  • BC shipping options WORKAROUND

    BC shipping options WORKAROUND
Customer has 100's of large heavy products that would need to be shipped using (LTL) FedEx Freight Services. The existing FedEx Freight Services in BC eCommerce is limited to 2 and 3 days and under 65lb.  FedEx offers all the freight options needed but they are not in the BC shipping options.
Looks like the BC API for FedEx is for little products only.
    What am I missing?
    Is there a WORKAROUND?
can I create custome API account with the user defined option?

Your best bet would probably to set a price for those products as $0.00 or 0 in whatever currency your site uses.  Then, on your checkout page you can use some jQuery/javascript to sense if there are any products in the cart that have $0.00 and you can then hide the checkout button and show the get quote button which will force the user to get a quote instead.  Then, you client will receive a notification of a quote that's been generated and they can update it to include the custom shipping cost manually in the BC Admin and resend it as an invoice for that customer.

  • Shipping Options, Limit Delivery to Following Countries - heads up

Currently there is an issue in the shipping options if there are multiple methods specified in shipping options.
A case is current and is now with dev team, basically is as follows with work around until fixed. There seems to be a issue with shipping options:
When a shipping option is selected, the "Limit Delivery to Following Countries" list should reload to reflect the countries selected. Now it works only for the first selection
I have duplicated it internally, confirmed it and reported it to our development team. The ticket number is #2751493, for your reference.
The workaround is to always re-start the process by going to Ecommerce->Shipping, instead of clicking on several shipping options to change them one by one. So, go to Ecommerce->Shipping options, select the one you want and make the changes. If you need to make change to another one, go back to Ecommerce->Shipping and then select it.
Date 9 May 2012 FYI, hope this prevents others having issues with shipping

    The above should have read:
9/8/14 Notification that I'm late on July wireless and assessed a late fee
Even though I am the author, it won't let me edit the message.  Sigh

  • Shipping Options Issue

We are having an issue with the shipping options on 6 of our online shop items.  They are all of our Journey Packs, and all require multiple choices when making the purchase, so I’m not sure if that is contributing to the issue.  These are the items #’s as they are listed in Business Catalyst are:
    Journey Pack Ambasadors Kit
    JRNYPCKAMB
    Journey Pack Brownies Kit
    JRNYPCKBR
    Journey Pack Cadettes Kit
    JRNYPCKCAD
    Journey Pack Daisies Kit
    JRNYPKDSY
    Journey Pack Juniors Kit
    JRNYPCKJR
    Journey Pack Seniors Kit
    JRNYPCKSR
The issue is that when the customer is ready to check out, they are only given the option to pick up in one of our shops, not to have their order delivered.  We’ve never had this issue with any of our other online items.
Here's the address for our online shop is http://www.girlscoutsgcnwi.org/shop. Look on the lower left side of the page and click "Journey Packs and Combos".

    Hi,
This looks like it is due to the product item's base price is $0 which only triggers shipping options that has min of $0.  I see that you have min/max values for shipment.
The only workaround I can see if to set some sort of base price to trigger special shipping for these type of products that have base pricing of $0.
    Kind regards,
    -Sidney

  • Auto Select Available Shipping Options

After a user enters a zip code they must choose an Available Shipping Options. In my case I am only offering one shipping option and would prefer this to be auto-selected for them to ease the process. I have attempted the following code but it did not work:
         var $radios = $('input:radio');
         $('#shippingPostcode').change(function() {
             $radios.trigger('click');
How would I auto-select the only option available?
    Thanks!

Yes drop me a line, I've re-written nearly of this Javascript to auto select based on 1 input. Not done it for Fedex but have done it for the Australia post but the code and UI interface is the same.

  • Change of Ship to Party on sales order after invoice

    Hi all,
I have created a sales order, created a despatch advice and then created an invoice. After that i opened sales order and changed ship to party there. System is allowing me to change ship to party on sales order after invoice. I want that system should not let me change ship to party on sales order after invoice.
How can i do that as this is an audit issue as we have different prices for different ship to parties.
    Please respond.
    Best Regards,
    AI.

    Hi
    You have two options
    1. create a transaction variant in T.code SHD0 for VA02 and make the field as display in the variant. But remember that you will not be able to use standard T.code VA02 after this, you need to make and use a "Z" t.code like ZA02
    2. Take the help of your ABAPER and ask him to find a screen exit in the sales order PBO module, where he will be able to grey out the ship to party field.
    Hope this helps

  • Adding home country postal services in the shipping options of BC
