Shopping Cart Extended View Button...

Hi All,
 i am working an issue which is in shopping cart screen default frame.
 after logon into shopping cart screen, you can see 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button. once you click 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button that will change as 'Simplify button' along with some more fields add into shopping cart screen( say for example custom fields).
 my requirement is when ever user log on and clicked shopping cart create button. the shopping cart screen should display as 'Simplify button' along with all fields ( say for example custom fields) instead of click 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button and see all the custom fields.
give me some suggestion to figure out this issue and is there any OSS notes avaliable.

Which SRM Version are you using ?
As soon as you add customer fields (Refer SAP OSS Notes 672960 and 485891) to the Shopping cart (say at Item Level ) these fields are displayed in the the Basic data section (Item level) as well as the Search Criteria (in Extended search) functionality automatically.
As per your business requirement, when ever user log on and clicked shopping cart create button, then the shopping cart screen should display 'EXTENDED DETAILS' view which contains the custom fields instead of 'Simplify details' view.
This is Standard SAP functionality. These changes are not possible until we do modification to the HTML Templates in the Internet Service (BBPSC01) using SE80 Transaction.
I have not tried the same, but i don't think it possible (or might be - not sure), as there is a maximum limit of displaying fields in the Shopping cart Basic Data / Search functionality section.
You must have noticed as soon as the number of fields displayed on the Shopping cart exceeds (say more than 10 fields - including Standard and custom fields), there is automatically a button feature ">>" / "<<" gets enabled to either go forward to the next page or come back from to the previous page for display of fields. Therefore, as per my view, you can change the text lable of the 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button / 'Simplify details' button, but this might not help. Moreover, this might cause side-affects to the existing Shopping cart functionality. So be very sure, before making changes to the respective HTML Templates involved in this case.
Incase this does not help / need more details, please raise a Customer OSS message with SAP to get precise details before making Template changes.

Source of supply (info record) in Shopping cart-extended classic

Hi experts,
We are on SRM 7.0.
We have changes from classic scenario to extended classic scenario, and after this a problem has come up?
When I create s a shopping cart for a product number, I have to allocate the vendor manually. If I activate the source of supply tab, I can't se the info record for the product number, which are created in the back-end.
I the classic scenarion is was working as this:
1. Create a shopping cart
2. Go to the tab 'source of supply'
3. Choose the vendor from different info records created in the back-end.
4. order the shopping cart
In the extended classic it is working as this:
1. Create a shopping cart
2. Go to the tab 'source of supply'
3. There are NO info record to choose from, even though I have created different info records in the back-end. I have to search for the vendor, and can't se any info record number. By this I can't get the right vendor assigned to the shopping cart???

in classic inforecord come as sos but not in EXTENDED CLASSIC.
in ecs inforecord is not a source of supply.

How to change shopping cart Buy Now button?

How do I get rid of the grey/white color behind the text? (it's grey on one browser, white on another!)
I want it to be a solid red button and would like the gray area to be transparent.
I looked in a lot of the css files but can;t figure out which style matches up with this button.
Does anyone know where I'm supposed to go to change this?

EDIT button not visible in Display Shopping Cart screen in SRM portal

Hello everyone,
I am facing one strange problem in SRM portal.
When i create a new shopping cart ON BEHALF of someone then after SAVING the shopping cart the EDIT button disappears from the screen.
But if i create a shopping cart for myself only then the EDIT button appears properly.
My system is SRM 7.0 .
Please if anyone has solution to this kindly reply

When you get to the shopping cart to view your order the discount quanity cell with the update button is squashed and i have tried to strech it with css in all.css line 1230

however when i make the line longer all the table lines above extend as well off the page.

I played around with your html and it seems that if you remove the colspan from your subtotal row. And then I had to had an extra <td> </td> as you have one less column in that row. Then I had to move the content in the sub total row around a bit to match up with the proper columns. But it all straightened out.

Change shopping cart approval preview

How to default 'Displays as table' on the approval preview on the shopping cart. We are working on SRM 5.0.

I have a requirement from customer to make approval preview tab default to expand mode in first display. Currently users need to click on the u201CApproval Previewu201D hyperlink in shopping cart to view further details- like approval status, add approver and add reviewer.
I could'nt find any relevent thread on SDN. I found few threads related to "Approval preview :tabular display instead of Graphic or Applet".
We are on SRM5.0 and other details are :

We have a requirment where we need to remove a field from shopping Cart Extended Search. Field name called "Role" has to be removed.
Could some one let us know, how to remove the field? we observed that BADi CUF is being not triggered to suppress this field. And also we would like to know what is the Field name or Sturucture we need to remove.

BBP_PGRP_FIND And Extended Details in Shopping Cart

Hello,
I am trying to implement BBP_PGRP_FIND and encountered a snag. I have it so that I set the default purchasing group on initial exexcution of the shopping cart session by check the producy_type field. This works fine, however, if the requisitioner changes it in the Extended Details, I do want to change it. But since the BADI is active, I have to load something into ES_PURCH_DATA.
How can I determine if the Extended Detail setting were change and pass those settings along in the BBP_PGRP_FIND?
Points will be awarded accordingly.

+You have BADI BBPPGRP_FIND to determine Purchasing group as you want. Please be aware that as soon as badi is implemented, the standard behaviour is deactivated, thus no more structural determination.+_
For finding Purch GroupID and Purchase Org:
Stored in tables HRT5500, linked to HRP5500. Or use view HRV5500A.
Can be accessed via FM BBP_OM_READ_PURCH_GRP_BE and BBP_OM_READ_PURCH_ORG_BE.(lots of functions with BBP_OM*).
You can use FM BBPOM_FIND_PURCH_GRPS_BEI_2 to get the P.org & O.grp given the backend p.org & P.grp_

Website payment and shopping cart buttons not working on Windows Phone browser

A customer shopping on our site notified me that the "add to cart" and "view cart" buttons were taking him to the PayPal main site and not the shopping cart. I tried a Windows Phone at the Verizon store and found the same issue. I have tested the site on multiple Windows desktop browsers, on Android, Linux and iPad and have never seen this issue. What is going on with IE on Windows Phone?

I had this problem too, but I found a post burried on the web that said to add " p06- " (without quotes) before the imap and smpt server names and that worked:
p06-imap.mail.me.com
p06-smtp.mail.me.com
Everything stays checked, SSL for both, authentication and use same username and password checked.

Enable Delete button depending on the shopping cart status

My requirement is Enable the delete button if the status of selected shopping cart is 'Awaiting Approval' in header and item level.
Technical detail of delete button : Component : POWL_UI_COMP
                                                  WINDOW : TABLE

Thinking aloud,
- should the button be a resource from Webcenter, you could modify its visibility (property) via EL: #{WCSecurityContext.userInGroup['Administrators']} will display the button only if the user is in Administrators group
- does your portlet have a parameter like that? If so, you should be able to fill it in with EL. If not, I doubt you will be able to achieve visibility changes - you might try to contact the producer of your portlet to do the necessary changes, though.

Buttons to approve Shopping Cart

to approve a shopping cart is possible to click on a green button of approval or red to refuse it.
these buttons are darkened, what is the table/view where I can make it usable?thanks

"View shopping cart" at Check out page link info is wrong..

will not go back to the original shopping cart, will go to the page "cart is empty".
So check out page inside secure zone will not go out of secure page which is original shopping cart page.
Browser back button will work properlly.
Doe it control by {module_shoppingcartsummary}?

1. Add to the product to the shopping cart.
2. press "Check out" button which will go to Check out page that you can fill
all informations, your name, shipping address, card info.
there is the "view cart" butom suppose to go back to the shopping cart.
3. will go to the page, "your shopping cart is empty"
I checked all the HTML, modules and tags.
It seem to be controlled by {module_shoppingcartsummary}??

Problem with buttons in shopping cart layout

can anyone explain what i'm doing wrong here...
i'm simply trying to use my own buttons in the shopping cart layout but the tag descripton is appearing alongside the buttons (and the buttons don't work) after i've changed the code.
Old code:

i got this reply from Sidney (Bc) and it worked - reset the page to the default and rebuild...
Humm strange...
When I restore the checkout layout back to original and apply the {tag_clearcartbutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_clearcart.fw.png" />} + {tag_buybutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_checkout.fw.png" />} reference it works fine which leads me to believe something in your current code might be conflicting.
I would look into this or perhaps look to restore the layout back and go from there.

when i create a shopping cart with the relavant information system is not showing up the required info record that is maintained in the R/3 system.

Classic / Extended Classic Scenario for Shopping Cart

Dear Friends,
We are working on two different business scenarios with same Product type, Product and Product Category where we would like to control Extended Classic Scenario.
1. Self Service procurement to be executed in Classic Scenario as the follow-on document (Purchase Requisition) should be created in backed ECC system.
2. Plan Driven Procurement cycle where External requirement is transferred from backend ECC to SRM keeping Extended Classic scenario active so that system creates Shopping cart in SRM.
So which condition should I use to control the Classic / Extended Classic Scenario in BADI BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI method DETERMINE_EXTPO.
