Shortcut for /N/SAPAPO/SDP94

Dear Techsperts,
some sensible guys asked if there is a way I can create a short cut like "ZIDP" for loading interactive demand planning without having to type this long ugly name on command prompt or expand the menu
Tried some gimmicks on SE93 but can't figure out what dialog or report program name should I enter.. but none worked.
Is there a way out ?.

You can also try to set the /SAPAPO/SDP94 - Interactive Demand Planning as start transaction.
Whenever planners log into APO system, they will directly to jump to planning book without clicking any favorites or putting the long T-code.
You can go to header -->Extras -->set the start transaction --> /SAPAPO/SDP94.
It´s one time setting for each user then nobody require to remember anything.
Please let us know of these ideas helps you.

Hi Chandan - this is the same as in any module of SAP:
1) check SPRO
If nothing is found then do the following:
1) Goto SE24 and display class cl_exithandler
2) Enter method GET_INSTANCE and create a break point at Line 25 (CASE sy-subrc)
3) Execute SAP standard transaction and invoke the process for which you need to create custom coding
4) Your break point will stop the process in debug mode - check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will contian the name of the BADI currently being executed.
5) Continue to debug by pressing F8 to see other BADI's
6) Repeat steps 3 thru 5 for each process that you want to find a BADI for

Hi,
Changing labels in /sapapo/sdp94.
   I want to change the labels in /sapapo/sdp94 for the same i found an exit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLMCP2_006 (APODM006).
   Problem is the control is not reaching the EXIT; i set up a breakpoint over there but still it doesn't reach there.

Hello, make sure you activated the user-exits properly. Then you set a BP at FM /SAPAPO/MC_PERDY_GET in SE37 in below coding:
* User-Exit?

Sapapo/sdp94 - GR/GI issue problem

Dear Experts,
After doing a deployment run by sapapo/sdp94, it is creating a process goods issue record. Actually it shouldnt create as per standard. Because in /sapapo/mat1 GI processing time filed is blank. When it has value it should show the process goods issue record.
Can any one have ideawhy it is creating process goods issue in sdp94 when we look product view.
My observation is that there is one field activity type is setting with "i" what does it mean?

As per my knowledge without GI issue time in mat01 it shouldn't create the process goods issue in sdp94 when we run the deployment.
But for me it is creating, I couldn't find why it is happening>

Implementation for BADI - /SAPAPO/ADVX

Hi,
I have created and activated an implementation for the BADI /SAPAPO/ADVX for the method USER_EXIT_MACRO. But this implementation is not triggering when i execute a macro in Transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94. Could you please let me know how to achieve this? (I am implementing this BADI to display the Units in SUOM instead of Base UOM).
Do we have any other BADI for changing the stock from UOM to SUOM?

I have created one Z class in which i am using the methods of BADI /sapapo/advx , i have hard coded my macro id ,layout id and view id so that it will execute my code on execution of that particular macro.now my problem is how to read the data for particular keyfigure from the internal tables of this interface.i am not getting how to read te data and process it.

Running SCM 5.0 transactions via winGUI: problems with /SAPAPO/SDP94

I am able to access the following system fron winGUI 640
System-ID: HU8
Client: 800
Application type: SAP SCM 5.0
Application Server: iwdf2053.dmzwdf.sap.corp
System No.: 02
but when I try to launch the "interactive demand planning" (transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94) the system does not respond (the system shows a "sandglass" for ever...)
If I logon on the ERP 2005 system all transactions work fine.

Authorization In IDP - (/SAPAPO/SDP94)

Dear Gurus,
We have created one authorization object which has 7 fields. This object will be assigned to roles and roles in turn will be assigned to users.
<i>Now when the user goes In the Interactive Demand Planning (/SAPAPO/SDP94) transaction he will be seeing the first screen.
The user can click on the shuffler and makes some selection and fills the values in the fields below and clicks the TICK button , at that time it checks the authorization object and if the values are there in those fields(Authorization Object Fields) then it allows him to go in , otherwise it says NO AUTHORIZATION.</i>
This was done by using BAdi.

Now if the user only makes the selection only on the shuffler and clicks TICK all the values are getting displayed in the Selected Object list.
How is it possible to restrict the value in the ALV list based on his Authorization Object.</b>
Is there any Enhancement available for this, if yes please explain how to use that.

You can use the same BADI definition /SAPAPO/SDP_SELECTOR (Method : SELECTION_CHECK) for performing this. Based on the your output from the Authorization Object modify the parameter IT_SELECTION accordingly. Pls let me know if you have any issues.

Disabling Keyboard Shortcuts for LDAP Accounts -Workgroup Manager...

I work in a school and all our students are on LDAP accounts. Recently some of the kids realized that hitting Ctrl-Opt-CMD-8 inverts the screen display. You wouldn't believe the amount of havoc this has created at school, especially when they do it to a kid’s account that doesn't know how to fix it.
Keyboard and Mouse are NOT one of the items under preferences for either groups or accounts in Workgroup Manager. Does anyone know if there is a way around this, or an alternate way of getting rid of the keyboard shortcuts for Universal Access, for either groups or accounts?

Within the Workgroup Manager pane for Preferences, there is an option to manage Universal access. Within that section, there is a tab for 'Options'. You will want to change that management to 'Always' and leave the box for 'Allow Universal Access Shortcuts' UNchecked. This will, in effect, disable the usage of the shortcuts for a User or a selected Group account.

Is there a shortcut for fading audio to zero and back up between two clips?

I'm trying to determine if there is a shortcut for this situation in FCP 5...
You have two audio clips butted adjacent to each other.
You want the first clip to fade down to zero (i.e. silence).
You want the second clip to fade up from zero.
So basically you have a split second of silence between the two clips.
The video equivalent would be touching black for a second between the
two clips. You can use the "Fade In Fade Out Dissolve" to do it fast.
I realize you can accomplish this audio manuvers with 4 keyframes and the pen tool. I know you can also put an audio transisions on the end of each clip. There are a bunch of ways of getting there, but is there a really
fast way like the "Fade In Fade Out Video dissolve" or a keyboard shortcut?

When I need to do somethig like that I make sure there at least a 1 frame gap between the two and ad audio transitions on the end of clip 1 and the beginning of clip 2.
If someone has a faster way, i'd love to know it.

How to change keyboard shortcut for cycle through open tabs in PS and AI CC 2014

I would love to set my own keyboard shortcuts for cycling through open tabs in PS and AI 2014 on OS X. I found out that this can be achieved with ctrl+tab in PS, but I couldn't manage to make any of the suggestions in the forum work for AI. As said, I would like to set a more "standard" shortcut like alt+cmd+arrow-keys for both of the apps. If that shouldn't be possible, does anyone know a shortcut in AI CC 2014?

cmd+~ is not an option for me, I guess, since the swiss/german keyboard layout has no dedicated tilde key.
So, I have a working shortcut in PS (ctrl+tab / of which I still don't know how to change, if possible at all) and thanks to you, I can now set one in AI as well. Unfortunately, I can not set it to be identical as in PS, since the "cmd" key needs to be included in AI's shortcut assignment dialogue, but I guess, this is as good as it gets.

I use my black MacBook at work, connected to an external monitor and external keyboard. I'm looking for a way to set up the F buttons on my external keyboard as volume control, just as they do on my laptop keyboard. Looking for F3 to F5 to be volume mute, down, and up, respectively.
I tried going into Keyboard Shortcuts in System Preferences but since there is no menu item for volume control I can't seem to add it. Anyone know how I can go about doing this or what I'm missing?

this script will increase volume by 5 (out of 100) any time you run it. you can adjust this of course. save the script somewhere.
You can use a 3rd part app launcher to bind a keyboard shortcut to it. I use Butler. there are many others: Quicksilver, ikeys, quickeys, Spark, Launchbar.
this will work the fastest.
If you don't want to use 3rd party tools for this you can make a service using automator but that might be a bit slower than the first option. open automator. it will give you a pulldown screen wiuth the choice of what you want to make. choose "service". set it to receive no input and be available in all applications. add the following "run apple script" action to the service

save the service, go to keyboard system preferences->keyboard shortcuts->services and make a shortcut for the service you just created.

How do I setup a keyboard shortcut for an item in the Services menu?

In every Application, under the application menu is a "Services" folder. I would like to be able to setup a keyboard shortcut for one of these services (namely Skype).
I am a heavy user of the "Services > Skype > Call" command and I would love to have a keyboard shortcut for it.
I went to System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts, clicked on the plus sign to create a new shortcut (all applications) and entered "Services…Skype…Call" and assigned it to a keyboard command (shift-F1).
It doesn't work. Any clue as to what I am doing wrong?

How do I generate a list of keyboard shortcuts for any given application

I want to generate a list of keyboard shortcuts for all of the applications I have on my Mac. I want the list to be a simple text (or rtf) file that I can edit and organize. (By edit, I don't mean change the shortcuts, only the report of them.)
I was using Key Cue, but it does not let me save the list to a text file.
I want this for several purposes. One is to have a easy to reference list of shortcuts to learn. Another is to find unused key combinations that I can use for my own keyboard shortcuts that I create with DefaultKeyBinding.dict.
Note: The program doesn't have to an OS X app. A program that runs from a shell without a GUI is plenty adequate.
If there is a way to read the keyboard commands from a plist list or other such file, and any of you know the format for these or where I can find them, I can write a Perl script myself to do it.
