Should we report bugs which are in the latest EA (JavaFX 8, b83)?

Hi,
I just downloaded JDK 8 b83, just to see how my application runs with it and to see the new Modena style.
However I recognized a lot of bugs and my application is nearly unusable.
Should I report them? Or is it just because it is beta... I mean it was the same as with 2.2 beta. Things will get fixed eventually and are probably already known.
Many things are hard to describe. Some strange graphic things in TableView, probably related to selection and scrolling.
A TableView doesn't work with SplitPane.
very many CSS errors, like:
"Could not resolve '-fx-text-base-color' while resolving lookups for '-fx-text-fill' from rule '*.menu-button'"
which leads to really strange effects on the UI, like TextBoxes aren't visible because they don't have any styles.
Modena style also doesn't work, due to CSS errors. It goes into an endless "lookup" loop, causing a StackOverFlow eventually.

Hm, I thought I could report maybe a few bug, where I think this might be major or not already known.
I try to start a simple app with JavaFX 8.0 b84 and I immediately get an error with this simple app, and the app won't start at all:
