Show ip add of clint on the report

Dear Sir
I want to know there is any possibility which we have ability to see the client IP address on the report activity because already I can see the MAC address of the client but I want to see the IP address of the client I would be happy if you let me know your comment .

Thanks for your kind reply. The equipments which I use are as follows:
1-Cisco Catalyst 2960 Series Switches
2-Cisco ACS version 4
I would like see the IP address of the client which connect to LAN through my switch on the ACS. It is considerable that the client authenticate via ACS.

    Billing document number can be displayed in customer line item display
    (FBL5N) and not in G/L line item display (FBL3N).
    The value of VBELN is saved in table BSEG. So, this means, you
    have to define the field BSEG-VBELN as a special field in table
    T021S. Then you can use it in FBL3N, because then the report looks
    directly in BSEG-VBELN.
    For further information,please read the SAP note 207436. You don't have to
    implement the coding corrections, if they are already in your system
    with the hotpackage. But it explains very detailed the system
    behaviour. The example in the note with field EBELN could be
    replicated on your field VBELN.
    About the MEINS field, please refer to 1-U_MEINS (bseg-meins field).
    The SAP note 215798 may also be helpful.

    I have a requirement where I need to show the description of a parameter in the report.
    For eg:
    CODE              DES
    AF          Associated Feature
    BG          Background
    BGA          Background Ambient
    BCA          Bkgrd Comm Ambient
    BC          Bridge/Cue
    CJ          Combination M Jingle
    CS          Combination M Promo
    CT          Combination M Theme  u2026 and so on.
    The parameter is on the DB field u2018CODEu2019. Here when the user selects the parameter value u2018AFu2019 the report should show the description u2018Associated Featureu2019 in the Report Header.
    I am using stored procedures in the report and lookups(coming from a package) for the drop down values of parameters.
    I thought of creating arrays in the formula editor but I could not find a way to pass values to an array variable from a field. (I have to enter all the values in array manually to create it. But we have approx 50 reports which have CODES of more than 40. So itu2019ll be not feasible).
    Is there any way to achieve this requirement?

    Try to use add command and write the query like this
    select code,description from table where code={?Parameter}
    Now link this command with your stored peocedure using left outer join and place the field in the report header to get the description.

    In fact, we have to add this field to the structure LIPOV, use the user exit EXIT_SAPLV50Q_001 to get this field. But we must also execute the program BALVBUFDEL to set the system Buffers. Then the field will appear in the list of Hidden fields in the transaction VL06O.

  • How to add Serial Number to the report name?

    HI,
    I'd like to add the option of including the SN to the report name.  A good option will be to automatically set the default base name to the SN.
    I'm open to suggestions. Either a simple solution where I'll always get the SN as the base name, or
    a more complicated solution where I can really make some modifications to the report option dialog page to include that upon user selection.

    Under Configure >> Report Option
    UNSELECT "Store UUT Report in Batch Report File" first, then select "New UUT Report File for Each UUT"
    New UUT Report File for Each UUT—Appends a string containing the current UUT serial number to the base name of the report file. For example, uut_report.html becomes uut_report[SN000001].html. This setting is not available if you select Store UUT Report in Batch Report File.

    I have created few SSRS reports and now in the footer of all the reports, there is a requirement to put the Editable Text so that Client can put comments about explaining the Reports and then export it.
    Is there anyway we can have Editable Textbox in the footer?

  • Add another choice beside the (Report as Abuse)

    Hi Everyone,
     I would like to see another button with a kinder name such as (Check Post) or something added to the options in the image below that can be used for alerting moderators of things like Off Topic posts, posts with the wrong code language,
    or things like that, that are not really offensive and leave the (Report As Abuse)  button for things that are offensive such as Spamming, Being Rude to people, Using Foul Language, Adult Content, Posting malicious code and things of
    that nature. In my world they are two totally different categories and they should not be lumped into one.
     Suppose while i am viewing both the VB and C# forums at the same time and i accidentally post a VB code in the C# forum as a response to someone accidentally. I would be rather offended if i see that someone has marked it as Abusive when i didn`t mean
    no harm. Think about new comers to the forums. They may be offended as well and move to a different forum if they see that there question or reply to someone is marked as abusive.

     The (Mark As Abuse) button is basically used to alert a Moderator to look at the post and see why it is marked as abusive and they can decide if it is actually reasonable. They then have an option to remove the Abusive tag and let it go, remove the
    post, alert the poster that they have made a mistake, or whatever. I just think that in some cases as i have said above, the person may have made an honest mistake or have responded to someones question that takes it off topic a little. I don`t think that
    should be considered as Abuse like Spamming, leaving sarcastic rude comments to others, or using foul language.
     As i have said, if a new comer has made one of these mistakes then they may see it marked as Abusive and get offended causing them to decide to leave the forum. I don`t like to see that happen because, it would seem that the forum would want to keep
    people here and not offend anyone.

     There is a whole list that seems to have grown over the years that are used as reasons why it may be marked as abusive and some of the reasons should not be considered as Abuse in my opinion. I am not sure where they are listed. I have seen some posted

     I have seen some of this type of stuff and i don`t agree with anyone posting anything that is meant to be rude to othersno mater who they

     My main point of this thread for example being, there is a difference between someone accidentally posting something in the wrong forum and someone posting a bunch of foul and/or offending words in a post on purpose that are meant to be sarcastic.

  • Add a Hyperlink to the Report

    Hello Folks.
    I have a RTF report with 6 columns. This part is easy, as you probably know.
    But now I want one of the columns to show a link to a document such as Excel or Word or even a PDF.
    The recordset that popluates this report has the path and file name of the document I want to be able to click on.
    This would be kind of like a DRILL DOWN where a new window would open up.
    I've searched quite extensively and I've found that it "can be done"....but I'd like to see an example.
    Anybody got any ideas?

    I only use hyperlinks to open a webpage on our server with custom parameters, that's working fine.
    But normally it should work, like described in the documentation under "Hyperlinks" (example: http://www.oracle.com?product={PRODUCT_NAME}). You only have to modify the hyplerink to match your requirements. So in your case this is maybe something like this: file:///{SERVER_PATH}/{FILE_NAME}, but I'm not sure ...

    Why dont you use WAD and then switch off these properties in Webitem paging properties.
    i think that would give you more flexibility with paging,scrolling but with some extra effort of creating a WAD

  • Is there a way to add custom functions to the Report Generation Toolkit?

    I would like to be able to delete unused sheets from an Excel report without having  to reopen the file (and Excel) to do it using ActiveX. It is probably not possible since the NI_Excel.lvclass is locked but maybe there is some other way to do it.

    I have a problem with Rank() function. The problem is the next one.
    I have a table with this rows:

    In the rpd I have a agregate row as SUM(COST), and I need extract te ranking of this SUM(COST) per user, The sum of user1 is 39,7 and the sum of the user 2 is 43,7. If I show in the report all users, the ranking is correct Rank=1 per user2 and Rank=2 per user1, but the problem is that I only want show the user1, when I add a filter to the report user='user1' the ranking value changes from 2 to 1. I need that the ranking value doesn´t change when I introduce a filter.
    Any idea about how to solve this problem?

    On the Rank column in the answers edit the formula as given below.
    Case when username = 'user2' then Rank(sum(cost)) else 0 end
    Then apply a filter on the Rank column as Rank > 0.

  • Possiblity to expand / narrow / reset all drillstroughable parts of the report with one button

    has anyone done that bevore? Is this possible ..
    I have parts of a big Report, that are expanded (where i can see all detaildata) and parts where the detaildata is there, but arent showed by Standard (are narrowed).
    I wish i could have a button, where i can expand / narrow all expandable/narrowable parts of the reports from 1 button.
    Why?
    1) To print the Report i could press "Expand all" and then print, so i get all the detials of the Report.
    2) for a better first look i could Show all expandable reportparts narrowed. Then click expand all to see all Details.
    and maybe to reset all expandable parts to the Default (Settings when loaded) there could be a reset button to.
    Any Chance?

    Per my understanding that you want to add an button in the report to control the Expand All and Collapse All of the drill down report, right?
    I have tested on my local environment and we can do this by creating an parameter to control the show/hide of the details, We can add two radio button image (Radio on, Radio Off)and add the "Go to Report"action on the image which
    display most similar to the button and will display the result of Expand All and Collapse All once you click on the radio button.
