Show number in ADF

In my oracle, the number is saved as 4 digit number. However, these number cannot be showed by ADF properly. For example, the number saved at DB is 0.1234. ADF shows it as 0.123.
If the number saved in DB is 0.1235, ADF shows it as 0.124
How to show the number exactly same as the number saved in DB?
For example, if the number in DB is 0.1235, ADF component will show it as 0.1235

I think this is a bug.
We also have problems with number inputs and number converter that by default do not apply the database pecision and scale.
In input fields the problem is that maximumLength="#{bindings.Salary.hints.precision}" is set automatically and it also count Fraction separator and sign character.
You need to remove maximumLength or set it to "#{bindings.Salary.hints.precision+2}"
Also the number converter has issues for fragment digits more than 3
A workaround is to set minFractionDigits="4" maxFractionDigits="4"

Limitation on number of adf components on a jsp page?

I am currently working on a page which comprises a number of af:table components with underlying af:column components for each table. The page also contains other adf components. My question is as stated above, is there a limitation on the number of adf components that are allowed on a page and if so what this is?
I have found that page errors I have been having can be resolved by reducing the number of components. For example, by removing af:objectspacer components I am able to include af:column components which previously caused the page to fail.
Any info would be appreciated.

Which version are you on?
We faced similar problem in 10g. After jspx exceeds a certain size the project doesn't compile.
This is due to java class file code_length restriction, it cannot be greater than 64K.

We had worked around the issue by breaking the big page into serveral pages and referring to them in the main page using:

Issue showing number of records overdue. How to seperate out into their own count.

I have a report which shows number of action items created, number open, closed and overdue by 30,60,90 and 120 days.
The problem is if I have a record that is overdue by say 120 days, it will not only show as counted in the 120 days overdue field but the 90, 60 and 30 days overdue fields as well. I want it to be counted just once in the 120 days overdue field. So
basically I am trying to write an expression which would do the following: If it is a Near miss record and it over 30 days past due but less than 60 then count 1 other wise do not count. If it is a ndar miss and is over 60 days past due but less
than 90 then count 1 otherwise do not count.
Below is the expression for the overdue field I currently use and a snapshot of the report so to better understand what I am doing.

If I understand correctly, the issue you are occurred is that a record which is over 90 days would be counted in the 90, 60 and 30 days overdue fields, but you want it just be counted in 90 days overdue field. In this scenario, we can try to refer to the

How to avoid crosstab - Show number of days according to groups

Morning all,
I think you all would agree with me that even having crosstab as a great tool in Crystal 2008, there are still quite allot of limitations to it.
I have created a report using crosstab which shows number of days and jobs according to those days grouped by account number, product code, sales area. This report is working fine until my director asked me to further group those days according to sub categories of lenses.
For example
Crosstab shows
Number of days - Day 1,day 2, day 3
Number of jobs - 111----123--1213
Percentage - -
12%---34% 60%
Now if you look at the example it says day 1, 111 jobs went out. What the director would like to see is those jobs being sub divided into types of lenses.
So out of 111 jobs, 25 would be Finished lenses, 30 could be uncut lenses and so on.
The new report should be like this
Number of days -
Day1---Day2---Day3
Number of Jobs:-
Finished -
25--34-----23
Uncut--3045-----23
AR--7056-----76
Total----125135----122
Percentage:-
Finished -
25%--34%-----23%
Uncut--30%45%-----23%
AR--70%56%-----76%
Total----100%100%----100%
Now if we look at the above criteria it seems that I have to use groups even further down the report where I am using crosstab at the moment. This means I have to get rid of the crosstab and run a report manually.
However the big question is, how to get the report calculating number of days and jobs according to customer account number, product code and sales area manually?
I tried the following formula but this requires to write way too many formulas, for example some of the jobs have taken more than 60 days and if i use this formula I have to write 60 formulas for number of days which is not feasable.

I have just updated to Lion and now my folders no longer show number of items on the bottom. Is there a fix for this?

Now I have to click on an icon on the top, This is a backward step if that is now the only way to see the number of items. Am I missing something obvious?

In the good old days of Snow Leopard, an open Finder folder had a border along the bottom of the window which could show the number of items in that window and the total available space on the hard disk or partition that folder resides on. That bottom border is gone in Lion and those two bits of information are gone with it. Is that what you're talking about? If so, I'd like to learn how to get it back too and "Show Item Info" is not the way.

What's Happening Web Part not showing number of discussions on Community Site

I have the What's Happening Web Part on the landing page of a community site in SharePoint 2013 Enterprise On-Premises.
The What's Happening Web Part shows number of members and discussion replies correctly, but does not show any discussions.
Any idea of where to start troubleshooting?

2. have you try to restart the community feature from the site feature option in site settings? - Not yet. Thanks for the suggestion. This is a Communities Site Collection. All of the other Community features are working. Should I ask the Farm Admin to restart
the communities feature?
3. have you tried to add another what's happening webpart at newdummy site? No I haven't. Great suggestion. Kinda embarresed that I didn't think of this. Must have been tired that day.
4. is there any steps that you did before?, because in my lab box seems the webpart works well. - I tried deleting it from the page and then adding it back, but to no avail. Will try a test site.

Outlook 2013 client not showing number of unread items

Hi there!
Exchange 2010 SP3 with latest CU.
Outlook 2013 with latest Windows update.
Lately (let's say about 1-3 months) we see that in Outlook 2013 client some folder are not showing the number of unread items.
This thing stopps working randomly and yes if we look under folder properties, option: SHOW NUMBER OF UNREAD ITEMS is enabled.
We believe it's some kind of bug.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing and how to solve it?

Does this issue happen to multiple users?
When you view the folder that has unread emails, is there any unread email with the blue "unread" line before the unread email?
Please first try to start Outlook with /cleanviews switch to check if this issue is caused by corrupt view. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook.exe /cleanviews and press Enter.
Besides, if this issue happens again, you can try to close Outlook and then open it in safe mode (hold CTRL key and double click Outlook icon to open it) to check the result.

I am missing the safari icon that shows number of pages open

The icon in the upper corner that showed number of open pages as well as the screen showing all the open pages is gone. did I do stag to make it disappear .How can I restore.

Podcasts for iOS no longer show number of episode not played on icon. Any clue how to fix? I have already tried to fix by restarting iPad, deleting and reinstalling App, etc.

My iPad stopped showing number of unplayed episode on icon for Podcasts program. I have tried to fix by deleting and reinstalling, restarting iPad, etc., but nothing has helped so far. It may or may not be related, but my iPad also no longer show a list of App that needs to be updated for App Store application. In this case, it shows number of available updates, but does not list them when I open. Then, the only way to find what App needs update, I need to go to "purchased" section, and individually look for updates.
This is basically opposite of what happend to Podcasts App, where it does not show unplayed episode on icon, but it does show unplayed episode once I open the application itself...
Any clue how to fix these problems???

Maybe you have content restricted for apps and that would prevent you from installing certain apps.
Settings> General> Restrictions> Allowed Content> Apps.

Is it just 505, or is it more?
One likely answer is that the user that had uid 505 has been removed or had uid changed in naming database:
Often this will mean got deleted or changed from /etc/passwd, but you may wish to check for rules for passwd databsae lookup by
grep passwd /etc/nsswitch.confDo you know or can work out the user 505 used to belong to .... this may help your answer.
The result of:
grep 505 /etc/passwd
May also be useful.

The reason for checking nsswitch.conf is that some userids may be being defined in NIS, NISplus or LDAP rather than /etc/passwd. nsswitch.conf shows usage of these other naming services. If the NIS/LDAP server then goes temporarily unavailable then I have seen userid's appear as uid's in ps previously. Having said that the issue is more likely to be an /etc/passwd entry.

I have imported my I photo library into Aperture. all the old i photo events are now in the aperture library showing number of photos but when clicked none display. I can see the photos if i run the cursor over the project. Help please.

I can see the i photo events in aperture library as events with the number of photos in each event.
When you click events in the aperture library no photos appear although if you roll the cursor over the event icon it show the photos. If you click on the event either on the event icon or in the library no photos appear.
Help

Check, if you have any filters set. The search fields in the Insector panel and the browser should be showing "All items" or "Showing All".
The Browser search field could be set for each project and album individually, so you have to check it for each project.

For example: The projects count shows "20 items", but the browser is empty, because the project's filter is set to show only rejected items.
