Showing error even it is complete - Executing OWB Mappings.

Question

Hi All,
I executed one mapping.
I ended up with errors.
The error is as follows.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "OWB_RRO.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT", line 1762 ORA-06512: at "OWB_RRO.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT", line 2651
ORA-06512: at "Sample_Map", line 3862 ORA-01722: invalid number
ORA-06512: at "Sample_Map", line 4276 ORA-06512: at "Sample_Map", line 9940 ORA-06512: at line 1
I couldn't solve this problem.
I searched in owb audit tables. There the status is showing complete and number of errors as zero.
The table I verified is ALL_RT_AUDIT_MAP_RUNS.

Gowtham,
Does the browser (RAB) give you any leads? This way you dont have to manually analyze all the repository's error/audit tables; and sometimes it gives you the actual data it was trying to insert while it encountered the error.
If RAB does not work, since this looks more like a data error, you can try this:
1. Backup the target table data and/or definition.
2. Modify all columns to varchar2(4000).
3. Run mapping to load the modified table. (this time it should load all records)
4. Check the data in the target table to see if you find any data unusual. (You can do a minus query to find the EXTRA record(s) that got loaded in the modified table; provided you made a backup of the original table).
5. Do the neccessary mappping/table changes.
I know its not a pretty solution. But, just a try to help.
