Sign asking for restart

Question

I have a problem with my new 13" macbook air.
Randomly the screen gets grey and a sign prompts me to restart.
What is wrong?

Hi,
Do not know where to find my login items.
Anyway, sending you the result of terminal commands.
also sending you pictures of all installed programs. most of them ar Lion Stuff that I do not need, but cannot remove.
Again sending the library files.
Have seen on forums that other people also have kernel panic with Air and Lion.
