Signal dissappears from JPanel

Hi
I have created a new class that extends JPanel and over-writes its paintComponent method to display a signal (using drawPolyLine()). If this panel is given the signal it displays it perfectly. However, in my overall GUI I allow the user to choose a file from disk, using a JFileChooser, and the signal from this (audio) file is then displayed. However, the signal is displayed perfectly except for the area where the JFileChooser was which is blank (the JFileChooser has now shut down). Equally, if I minimise the GUI, which currently displays a signal, and then display the GUI again the signal has completey dissappeared.
Can anyone help me with this? - I would like the signal to be displayed fully all the time

Well, how have to determined no signal is being recieved to your mac?
Have you got something that shows the actual signal? Or have you just been trying to control a VST? What software are you using by the way?
I personnally went with a AKAI MPK25, because it's made already mapped for logic & ableton etc, so it just makes things incredibly easy.
I would suggest you return it if you can as a dead unit & perhaps look at something else a bit easier?
Otherwise, if you just want to get this working we can have a look a bit deeper.
And driver? OS X driver?

Deleted PO line Item dissappearing from PO output

Hi,
*SRM 5.0 ECS.*
*Below is the scenario waht happening*
1) PO created with 3 line item and ordered
2)First line item deleted and ordered and after approval if i see the PO output there is a text below first line item saying that this line item has been deleted and the relvant price is not calculted this is OK
3) Again i have deleted second line item and ordered, after that if i go to see PO output the first line item is dissappearing from the output preview and only second deleted line item is showing in the output
Meaning the PO out is showing only latest deleted line item, not all the deleted line items
I have tested this for 2 to 3 clients and same is the scenario
Is this SRM std behavior or something is wrong

Problem in signal extraction from ELVIS using biomedical startup kit

i am using executable version of biomedical startup kit 3.0. i want to use ECG signal. the problem is that i am using ELVIS for signal extraction from biomedical kit. but when i connect it with ELVIS, connected osciloscope with channel A0 and A1, but it showed no signal on osciloscope. can anybody tell me what can be the reason for that???

My daq 6008 wil not drop the 5V after the VI is stopped, i have a digital signal going from the error out on the daq in the while loop to the error in on the daq outside the while loop and a boolean going to the data of the daq outside

How to trigger temperature acquisition (6024E) at the start of signal generation from NI5411?

I'd like to begin/end acquiring temperature data with the 6024E after the start/stop of the signal output from the 5411. What is the best way to accomplish this? is software or hardware triggering better?

Using a hardware trigger is definitely the more precise method. I would suggest that you consider using markers from the NI 5411 to trigger the NI 6024E. Information concerning this topic is available in the NI Signal Generators Help. Specifically, it is available in the following location:

For the App Store icon check Settings>General>Restrictions. You may have restricted the installing of apps and the icon will disappear.
If that's not it, swipe from screen to screen as you may have moved the icon.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
More information is needed about the apps not syncing or downloading. Are you signed into the same ID on the iPad as your are using in iTunes on your computer and are you talking about iTunes on the computer being the problem?

Why have my playlists dissappeared from my iphone 5

some of my playlists have dissappeared from my iphone 5 and will not sync back onto it again

I feel like a bit of an idiot, sorted this problem myself!
Somehow, and i have no idea how, i managed to uncheck/untick all 114 songs on the playlist that didnt appear to transfer to my iphone or my ipod.
Having seen this by accident i rechecked/ticked them and would you believe it, all is well again!
My faith in Apple is restored, my faith in my IT skills is a little dented.

HT4743 The TV Shows icon has dissappeared from my Apple TV, so I have no access to my purchsed shows. How do I get it back?

I just noticed today that my TV shows icon has dissappeared from the Apple TV screen. I do not have aceess to my purchased content, unless I use my iPad and Airplay, which I do not want to do all the time.
I have restored all settings and dowloaded all software updates.
Is there s remedy to correct this?

There appears to be a large increase in this type of problem at this time, it seems that that there is a problem at Apple's end, but I couldn't at all be sure.
There are no issues being reported at Apple’s System Status page, but this status may yet be updated and it may be you need to try again a little later.
This isn't affecting me here in the UK, where exactly are you.
So far I have noted users in the following locations having similar problems:

If this is a problem at Apple’s end, it rarely happens, however when it does only Apple can fix it. When this has occurred previously it has usually been resolved in a few hours or slightly more.

Signal range from router to Apple TV

What is the maximum signal range from the router to the apple tv? My Airport Extreme is about 50 ft from the location where I want to set up the Apple TV with an HDTV.

I don't think there's a simple figure you can rely on as building layout/construction and other factors will all affect any theoretical maximum distances.
If wifi doesn't cut it consider some mains powerline networking sockets eg those from Devolo, Netgear etc

Have you tried to erase your drive and reinstall the OS - you should use recoery (hold Command + R keys while restarting). Since the items in the menu bar are part of the system, a clean reinstall of the system should take care of it.
As it is dangerous to post private information in a public forum, I will ask the hosts to remove it.

My podcast has dissappeared from itunes?

My podcast (Drop The Bacon) has recently dissappeared from the itunes store and I cant seem to figure out why. The feed url is http://neonbacon.com/wordpress/?feed=podcast does anyone know whats going on?

First it is never a good idea to submit a multi-use feed to iTunes.
You really need to have a podcast specific feed that only lists podcasts on iTunes.
Second - this is likely not the issue - As long as the feed is still active - iTunes will keep it in there - if the feed dies and 404's for more than a few months - then it is removed.
What was your iTunes store page?
What is your RSS feed?
In any case still best to break your podcast feed up from your blog feed.

There is no signal coming from the airport express

There is no signal coming from my airport express. The light is always amber in color. It would turn green but only for 1-2 seconds and then back to amber again for a long time. I'm pretty sure there is a signal problem from the airport express. What could be the solution in this problem?

Unfortunately, the solid amber light is likely a symptom that the Express has experienced an internal component failure.
Try a Factory Default Reset as follows to see if you can unlock the device.
Power down the Express for at least 15-20 minutes
Hold in the reset button and keep holding it in for another 10-12 seconds while you plug the Express back in to power
Release the reset button
If you have a slow, blinking amber light after 40-45 seconds, the Express may be OK. If the light stays solid amber after a several tries on the default reset, I'm afraid that it will need to be replaced.

N73 ME - themes dissappear from memory card

I have a Nokia N73ME. I save all my themes that I download to my memory card. The problem is that they just dissappear from my card and if I try to reinstall, it just says "Unable to install" This is themes that I've created myself on Ownskin.com and other themes that I download. I run the AutoThemes application V1.1.0 by SymbianGuru and it is just strange that it is mostly themes that are scheduled on AutoThemes that dissappear. Please help!!!!

Try this, looks complicated but it's not.....and this ONLY works for themes on the memory card.
A ) Download Unsis for 3rd Edition http://www.pietropaschino.com/Varie/Tutorials/UNSIS/UnSIS_v2.5.zip
B ) You'll need the usb cable for connecting phone to pc
1. Install unsis to your PC and open it
2. choose "Open SIS" on bottom left
3. choose the theme you want to reinstall
4. click on "Extract"
5. after a few seconds (sometimes more ) it'll be "Completed"
6. you can now close the program
7. go into the PC installation folder (usually C:/Unsis)
8. there should be a folder called "Temp"
9. inside you should find "private"-> "10207114"-> "import"-> "some folders (just one ifyou extracted just one theme) with different names (numbers and letters in most cases)"
10. go inside the folders and search for the one of the theme you are interested in, there'll be 4 files:
a ) NameOfTheFolder.ini
b ) NameOfTheTheme.mbm
c ) NameOfTheTheme.mif
d ) NameOfTheTheme.skn
11. ok? now, leave this folder open and connect phone to pc using the usb cable
12. choose "Mass storage" option. Note: you can also insert memory card into a memory card reader
13. in your phone, find the folder called "private" . If you don't see it, you need to choose the visualization of hidden files and folders
14. in the "private" folder, find "10207114" folder and then "import" folder
15. in "import" there are your themes, here you should find the themes you installed into the memory card
16. don't close this folder but come back to the folder where you extracted the theme with unsis
17. just click "back" so you can see your folder selected into the "import" folder
18. choose all the folder and select "copy"
19. go back to the "import" folder in the phone's memory card
20. right click and "paste" into the "import" folder
21. here we are, now your theme is again in the memory card
