Simpe Question: How to make .swf non scalable

Hey guys,
I have been trying to search for an answer on how to make a whole .swf file unscalable but I have only found information on how to scale flash files. I did find a post that mentioned the code "Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";" but when I add that to the first frame in my timeline, nothing happens. So any help on this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.
Note: I am using action script 3.

You can also use this frame action:
fscommand("fullscreen", "false");
to disable the menu use:
fscommand("showmenu", "false");

EDIT: I see you mentioned that yourself but the header of your question was 'How to make SWF file work in interactive PDF'. Strictly speaking, forgetting the iPad, the answer would be: export the animation from InDesign to SWF, delete the animation and now place the exported SWF back on the page. Then export to interactive PDF.
Still won't work on iPad however!
On Desktop this will work in PDF *if* Flash player is installed on that desktop for Adobe reader/Acrobat 10 and later; versions 9 and earlier have 'build in' Flash players...

How to make the table scalable inside a tap control?

Does anyone know how to make the table scalable inside a tap control in LabWindow CVI? I see that there is option for a panel to scale contents on resize, but not available for a tab control. Any ideas?

Hi,
Are you trying to make required parameters readonly and does this variable have different values for each row. If not then I would suggest you use a wrapper for the API and get only parameters that you need from the excel sheet and the use the wrapper to send the other read only values.

HT2534 how to make the None option appear next to the Credit Card selections?

In the support section, ther eis a How To for setting up an apple ID without a credit card, I know this has worked in the past because I did it once,
The support page shows that there is an option to select "None" when pestered for credit card details, however in practice this option does not exist,
Is there a way to make the None appear?

I started on an iPad2, fresh out of the box, and created the account, it became apparent that those without a credit card may not have an account. I read a few of these threads and tried to "Review" the account using itunes and also the apple site. All roads point to BankCardTM
Any ideas?
Is it worth deleting the account and starting again? If so, how?

Assuming ODI jobs can be called from the command line, you could use an External Task and a shell script to invoke them.

Question: How to make typing area bigger in chat?

My first post disappeared, so if this is a double, I'm sorry.
I can't find how to make my typing area in the chat bigger - I only seem to be able to make it wider and I'm really, really annoying with the ridiculously tiny one-liner area I currently have. How do I make it bigger?

This is not possible with the latest Skype 7.0 version. The typing area will only expand vertically when entering a new line of text.
If you prefer the old Skype style, then uninstall the 7.0 version and install the previous 6.21.0.104 version.

How to make the storage scalable

I have a program that puts the attached files in Drive c: making a new folder
also gives user facility to search files.
But as the number of files are increasing the Drive is going to be full.
So how can I modify my program so that I can detect how much space is left in drive c: , put the new files in drive d: and also be able to search the files in drive c: when needed.
I would be thankful to anybody who could help me with this problem

How to make background image scalable

I am working on my site and I am constructing it using only
external CSS. I am looking for a different look than I have
previously done and want to use an actual image for the back ground
of one of the DIV containers rather than just a color. My problem
has been since I want my site to be fluid I need to find a way to
have the image scale with the container. I could have sworn I saw
how to change this attribute during some online reading I had done
but I can not find it. Can anyone here help?

Scaling images is usually a bad thing - they will lose both
aspect ratio and
image quality when you do.
However, if you are willing to suffer these indignities, you
can place an
image into a div that is 100% height/width (of whatever the
<div> tag's
contaner is), and make the image 100% height/width as well.
Depending on
the layout, that could accomplish your goals.

Hi,
In EDQ 9.0, there is no automated purge facility.
However, note that you can configure a job to write only bare metrics and the data and results data that you are choosing to stage (or indeed to stage no data at all) - and you can set such options up to be variable at runtime using a run profile. It is normally better to consider purging separately from the running of jobs, since any temporary footprint a job has in the results database is cleared up automatically in any case.

Warehoue question- how to make it?

Hi Gurus,
I need to make a apex application to manage the warehouse, we are a typical manufacture, I made it like this:
1. One table for input the income of goods of the goods.
2. One table for output from the warehouse of the goods.
3. the stocks you can see from a view, I sum all the ins by item, and then sum all the outs by item,and then
sum(in) - sum(out)
will be the stock in store.
Is that silly?
I am just wondering what others are doing, I got another idea
1. one table for inputing goods
2. one table for outputing goods
3. one table for stocks
And the stock will change by triggers, like that, if something come into the warehouse, by the in table, and then the stock table will also be automatically increased by the same qty, by a trigger at the in table.
if out, the oposite.
How do you create that kind of stuff?

for reports try and explore materalized views (only if you think data will be stale).
if you think the data tables are volatile explore using completely normalized table structure (at least 3rd normal form).
do you have users input the data or do you do it?

Interaction Record : How to make it non editable based on user status = Complete and on click of Save

Hi Guys
We have a requirement ,where we need to make the interaction record "not editable " when we set the user status to "Complete" and after "Save" button is pressed.
Please note that we can't make use of status profile settings as we have to enter some information after the status is complete , that means
after user selects status "Complete" he has to select the value from another drop down and then Save.
Standard offers such that once the Complete is chosen in dropdown the whole screen is frozen.
Once he saves it , the document should be locked(read only/non editable)
Any pointers ?
We tried "Set_view_Group_Context" and Order_Save BADI and we are not preferring disabling at attribute level as we might add few more attributes later.

We had a similar requirement.
The best way we found was to implement the enhancement spot in the beginning of method LOCK_ORDERS of class CL_CRM_METHODS_BTIL. Here, you can prevent the user from editing a business transaction. Be aware this method is called for any BT, so you need to adjust your custom development accordingly.

Newbie question - how to make an autoplay dvd?

Forgive the rank beginner question, but here goes. I have a 3.5Gb, uncompressed 8-bit .mov file that I want to burn to a dvd. It should simply play on insertion, no menus, no other media, nothing. Seems like it should be simple in dvdsp, but I've been beating my head against this, so far with no luck. Any help you experts can provide will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Set first play to the track as suggested. If you want it to loop set the end jump to the track itself. Usually it is a good idea to have a menu in case someone hits the menu button on the remote (or to stop playback) and put a button on that menu to go to the track. If you are looping a short movie (timewise) you may want to string a few on the track so that the player does not have to keep on repositioning back to the beginning. I know you mentioned 3.5 Gig 8 bit, but did not see the time, I didn't want to do the math right now
Also if you search autoplay or loop --> this comes up often.
You also want to encodde your video with Compressor and make the audio AC3 in all likelihood

How to make fields non editable in MM02

My user wishes to have access to change only the Bin Location field in MM02. How can we achieve this? or in other words how can we deliver MM02 to user with only the Bin Location field editable.
My basis guy sees a possibility if we can some how provide the authorization objects of all the fields of MM02.Shall that be a practical approach. if yes, what is the way of finding the authorization objects?

Create a transaction variant for MM02 --- Tcode to do this is SHDO or SHDS..
While creating the variant u can check the screen fields of the transaction as Invisible that you want to HIDE ...
Then Link ur Varient to a new t-code and ask ur users to0 use the Alternate T-code For EX: ZMM02

How to make pdf non editable?

Hi all,
I need help of yours for solving the problem.
My problem is:-
1.I have used the oledb connection for populating data in the editable form. For one Instance that form needs to be editable and for another instance or another time that form need to be read only. I don't know for doing this is possible or not.
2. I have used the oledb connection for connection SQL SERVER database. When I open the pdf file after saving from livecycle it shows the message "Connection failed due to Environment is not trusted".
How to solve this problem??

Here is a function that will lock all fields on the form for you. Simply put it in a scripting object and call it (passing in the root node of your form and it will lock everything).
If you create a script object called myScriptObject then calling this woudl be like this:
