Simple question that is causing vexiation!

Question

Hi all,
This program should work from what I can tell. I get an error for the subtraction that occures. Would someone please solve this (i'm sure) total simple problem. Oh, btw, all it does is calculate if you've gone over your credit limit by subtracting and adding - it's useless but a good joke. Thanks a lot!
