What can I do?
I found that mobile data stopped working on my iPad once upgraded to IOS 5.1. I have resolved the problem by re-applying the settings in Settings > Cellular Data > APN Settings which had (very bizarrely) been over-written as a result of the upgrade process.
Clearly your APN settings will be specific to your data plan, but if you contact your contract provider, they should be able to tell you what they are.

i would not want to bet on nokia ever releasing a patch or update in the software to allow this function on this particular phone.
if you look at nokia phones over the years, they have added functionality like this across a wide range all at once, take for example timed profiles on symbian phones. these have only just been phased in.
i do not think it is a development cop out, more along the lines that nokia is a huge company and as such would have a huge effor in market research. if they didnt pick this out through their market researc, why spend the money adding it?
the comment on annoyance is entirely personal to me, as it is important to you - you may want to consider moving to a symbian (series 60) based handset as these give you a lot of expansion for this sort of need. -
SCCM report data are missing inside report since Update SCCM 2012 to R2 Cu1
Hi All,
I encountered an issue regarding certains SCCM reports after migrating to SCCM R2 CU1.
After this upgrade, I've already encountered some issues on differents reports .. reports where we need to select a collection or patches or computers from a drop list (all theses drop list were empty).
I resolved these issues by adding the "read" security permission in the security role dedicated to our Support Team. (Read permission is now applied on Collections, Packages ect...)
This sort of report works well now.
But this same Team show me another issue where I did not find any resolution.
In the categorie called "Hardware - General", we have a report named "Computer information for a specific computer" where, as you know, we normally could find some informations regarding a computer.
In fact, the only informations which are visible through this report are the NetbiosName,Username, Domain User & computer and IP adress.
All others informations are not displayed.
If I use this report with a user who has admin rights in SCCM (which is not the fact with my support team of course) ...all informations are displayed normally.
It seems that it looks like the first read rights issue that I encountered at the beginning, but I did not find where could be the cause of this issue
Does anyone has already seen this sort of issue ?In CM12R2 RBA is now enabled for report. So this tell me that you have NOT grant the support team access to the data and therefore this is normal.

IPhone iOS 7 resets Mobile Data settings
Firstly I would like to apologise, I could not find any section of the forums marked "mobiles", so landline seemed the next place to go (if anybody can forward me on to the right place I would appreciate it).
My company started rolling out iPhones just previous to the iOS7 release. They are all BT but you need to enter the APN (etc) settings manually as BT uses the Vodaphone network.
When our users started to upgrade to iOS7 we found that the Mobile Data Settings reset back to the Vodaphone.
Does anybody know how to prevent this from happening?
As it's the only software update I've seen I'm not sure whether it was a one-off due to it being iOS7 or whether the future patches will not reset it as well.

Grant.This is a problem with iPhones and any sub-branded network.
This isn't the only time they'll change, they randomly (seemingly) reset the details every now and then to the parent network settings. Of the 6 iPhones I've just upgraded to iOS7, 1 of them kept the settings through the upgrade!
I've spoken with BT - who are well aware of the problem, but have no solution; and I've also spoken with Apple - who know of the problem and cannot stop it from happening.

Updated to IOS 5 and app icons are missing
I upgraded last night and now some of my app icons are missing. If I do a spotlight search and find the app I can then launch the app from there but I would like to have the icon back to use rather than a workaround.
After the IOIS 5.0 update my apps weren't showing on my device until I tabbed thru several screens on the phone. The only other issue was when I did a "restore" to new , not from backup because I was issues with the update (Bugs) Did a update and my apps didn't show until I did a " File" ................Transfer Purchases from Iphone.....with the device connected to ITunes...........then Sync................ Since Frontier bought Verizon, my graphics are missing in my email. Why?
Since the change in ownership, my email is drab black & white mostly.
There is very little color. Also, there are no boxes to check to move an email to a folder. Each email must be opened and then it can be sent to a folder. If I use IE, the email is very colorful and the check boxes are there, so I don't think it's a problem with Frontier. Since installing Tiger my images files are missing .jpg and won't open.
Upgraded to Tiger a month or so ago. Now when I open some images files there are two extra items in the folder. One marked FINDER.DAT and another folder marked RESOURCE.FRK in upper case. My images will not open because the .jpg has been removed. I can retype the .jpg and they will open, but we are talking over 4000 images here. What happened? G4 Quicksilver, OS 10.4.10, Photoshop Elements 3, Toast Titanium, Firefox, Seamonkey, Safari, etc.

My ALV has 132 rows and 24 columns and when exporting to Excel last 19 coulmns of very last row are empty.
I don't think that Suggested Note 1429136 solve this problem because I have much less that 256 columns and 65536 rows.

I am trying to call "HR_READ_INFOTYPE" from a Java program using rfc and I got this error:
" Meta data equal to null is not allowed for field INFTY_TAB with type TABLE in meta data instance TABLES "
the required table INFTY_TAB is used as a generic table in the function module. I tried to use PA0008 but it seems it is not possible to use it through RFC call. How can I avoid this exception?

Problem with infoset/query: Some data are missing
hi all,
i created an infoset and a query with tables AGR_AGRS (composite/single roles) and AGR_TCODES (tcodes in roles)with SQ01/02.
Problem is that some roles without tcodes dont appear in the report(no data in AGR_TCODES)
I tried to change properties of joints in SQ02 (external) but it doesnt work..
Any idea? Let me know if you need further info,

You can change your fonts in the Score window, under the local text menu. It's because Logic thinks you're using a font it can't find, so go change it to something else.

Since IOS 5 iPad video app doesn't display correct art for shared videos.
Hello,
I like to watch my movies located on my mac computer over my network to my iPad. Ever since I installed IOS 5 on my iPad when browsing shared movies on iPad the artwork doesn't match the movie making it difficult to pick the correct movie. When I select a movie, then the correct movie artwork shows up before selecting play. when clicking back(Shared) button the artwork flips back to the incorrect artwork in the move list. I've tried rebooting my mac, rebooting my iPad. I even restored my iPad with no success. This problem didn't start until I installed IOS 5 on my iPad. Apple can you please fix this!!!!

[email protected]It doesn't work.. I have already tried many ways to close the app. This is the step by step guide I have to follow every time I want to close the video app:
1. When everything doesn't react - press the lock screen button.
2. press it again (or the home button) and slide the screen to unlock.
3. Now the Application doesn't have any picture. Just a black screen, but sound is still running, and it still doesn't react when I am doing anything. Now this was the tricky part to experience, because now I simply press the home button one time and after 12-15 seconds, the application hides and I am back to home screen. (sound still playing.)
4. Open the task bar and close the app. (Sound is still playing)
5. Press lock screen button. (sound stop playing).
6. Unlock the screen and open the video app again to start over. -
After the IOS 5 update, emoji icons are not displaying properly.
Such as the some of the hearts and stars and the color of the question mark and exclamation point.
Thanks abwhite57 for the suggestion. I was able to fix the problem before seeing your reply.
As I went thru the process of cleaning up the desktop icons, I noticed that moving one to the trash or to the finder would change the thumnail view back to it's proper appearance. So an icon would go from one that said "archive" back to thumnail view of it's webpage. So I then dragged the icon back onto the desktop. Problem solved.
