Skype blocks Account after sign into Skype Manager

After years of using skype without a problem and being happy with it, following happened:
1) my account "kpaessler" was blocked a few hours after I signed into Skype manager. Both the skype account and the Manager was blocked. The answer to my inquiry was that Skype suspects incorrect use of the account.
So far no refund on credits (about 60EUR) and dial in number.
2) To get things going, I used another Skype account of mine "nuessering"  to sign into Manager again. Could purchase a 3 months dial in number. Some hours later the Manager was blocked. The Skype account seems to work for skype to skype but Skype blocked the possibility to purchase a Skype in number or to by credit. 
The purchase of the dial in number of the second account was refunded.
Both accounts are connected with same e-mail adress of mine.
What is going on? Has Manager a big problem?
My "kpaessler" acount has all my adresses and the dial and most important the call forwarding. This is very important to me.
How to get my this account back to be unblocked?

  • Cant sign into download manager?

    So I am trying to download Illustrator but first, I have to sign into download manager. When I try to sign in, it says "Error communicating with Adobe.com (Error 100) Check your network connection and restart Adobe Download Assistant. I tried everything. I read all the solutions to the errors and nothing worked. I also read previous dicussions with similiar topics and nothing worked for me. I have Mozilla Firefox and Norton security but I dont think my security has anything to do with it, I think its that it is Mozilla. My computers internet crashed and does not work, and wont. I had a pro look at it and even he couldnt fix it so Mozilla is my only browser. Any ideas? I really want to try this new program but I cant. And all it is, is simply getting past signing in! Please help!

    Erm? Reinstall your operating system?! Sorry, this is pointless. You are looking for a solution that doesn't exist. Your entire networking stuff has been busted up, probably down to the drivers for the network card and/or a virus is blocking connections and the only way to "fix" it is to reinstall with a clean slate.

    iTunes account is not the same as iTunes library.
    iTunes account is what you use to purchase from iTunes.
    iTunes library is what is on your computer.
    You can have items from multiple iTunes accounts in one iTunes library.

  • After downloading Firefox 4, I could get to everything , including 2 or my 3 email accounts. But after signing into my work email at Lotus Notes, my mail would not appear !! Why?

    There was no problems with downloading Firefox 4 . I had no problem getting to my mail on bellsouth(Yahoo) or netscape(AOL) but when I signed successfully to my work email on Lotus Notes..my inbox appeared but no mail appeared. I went to Lotus Notes via Explorer and Chrome and did NOT suffer the same result. Sometimes a box appeared saying some sort of error was at fault and sometimes the screen just froze up ?WHY??

    Maybe the "Remote XUL Manager" add-on mentioned in these threads will help?

  • After signing into Itunes Account, I can't view it, download songs etc.

    Hi,
    I have an Itunes account which won't let me doing anything.
    I click on account in the Itunes store and it asks me to enter my password, which I do correctly but it won't let me see my account, (if I type it in, incorrectly it lets me know) I also can't download anything.
    I have reset the password on the account several times but nothing has changed, it still won't let me see my account.
    There was a brief respite from the problems and I managed to download a song for which I was charged for, however, the song has never appeared in my itunes.
    I don't know how I can fix the problem.

    Ok guys thanks......have tried to download purchases from App sotor, but only shows purchases I have made of the macbook since I have had it, not he 100 plus apps that I have purchases in with Iphone, Ipad and prevoius (windows) laptop. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

    2. Sign in with your new email address
    3  Change it back to old one (grayed out in settings)
    4. Use one minute to sign out on the iphone.
    5. Change it back to new one.
    6. Confirm change by email.

  • After signing into itunes nothing happens!

    Hi, first time post. Have been looking on here for a solution to my problem since getting my ipod nano for Chritmas. I can access Music Store, sign in, name appears in "Account", but bar at top keeps saying "ACCESSING MUSIC STORE", this will go on for hours. I have uninstalled/ installed itunes from CD and web site,turned off Antivirus and fire wall with no change. Also I don't think itunes shuts down when I close it because since loading itunes when I shut down computer I get a "Program not Responding" message. Windows XP Home updated weekly. PLEASE HELP>

    I've had the same problem and searched in the apple community for a solution and have found a very odd one, but it worked out for me.
    Here it goes:
    Open Browser Safari, go to preferences / privacy and set Block Cookies to "third parties and advertisers".

  • Can't sign into Hub Manager

    My PC clearly knows it's a UK holiday weekend. It's thrown many problems at me during the last few days that I'm struggling to remember on which forum I posted which problem.
    A friend suggested I check my BT hub manager to ensure that my SSID was showing "do NOT broadcast" - he explained why.
    This seemed simple - even for me - so mid-morning (eight hours ago)I tried to open my BT hub manager. It didn't recognise my Admin Password. I tried again - still no luck.
    What I didn't know was that sometime in the recent past one of my daughters has stuck a bent paperclip into the "Reset to Defaults" hole and has gone back to the original Admin Password as shown on the hub.
    So having failed to log on twice - a fairly simple non-traumatic matter - I clicked on "forgot password?" (or similar). OMG - I have upset Home Hub. I had a 'smack your hands' message:
    (Exclamation Mark inside a red triangle) followed by
    "Sessions Number
    No more than 100 sessions at a time are allowed. Please wait until open sessions expire.
    RETRY"
    Eight hours later, that blasted message is still there. If by 'sessions' they mean 'log-on attempts'. I've tried twice, not 100 times!
    Has the system gone haywire -  have I got some nasty? Help please!

    I decided to give it one more try at opening the Hub Manager. When I clicked on it in my Favourites, the following screen appeared so I changed my password from there. I'll remember the "clear the browser cache" for next time!

    I hope you do not need to open a fourth account to say it is still not working ;-)
    Try clearing cookies and cache for the site, noting that will log you out, it may help with logging in to the pre existing accounts.

  • Signature error after signing into securedoc

    i tried to restore my thinkpad t61 to the way i received when i bought it using the thinkvantage tool.  after the computer rebooted and i got past securedoc I receive a message that reads, "There has been a signature failure."  Is there any way to get my computer up and running again?   i'm not tech savvy but i have a hunch that the securedoc software is the problem.  my other hunch is that i have to install a new harddrive and operating system.

    Cancelling Revel will not impact Elements or any other product that uses the same email for the adobe id. It will, however, delete all the photos that are stored in the Revel cloud. 
    You mention Photoshop, I presume you mean photoshop.com? This service is being discontinued, which is why users were given the option to have their files migrated to Revel as an alternative cloud storage. By June 18, all users who wished to migrate should be migrated and the Photoshop.com sharing and storage will close.
    The migration was not done without giving the customers an option.  Emails were sent out to users explaining that Photoshop.com was about to be discontinued, and informing users that their files would be migrated to Revel unless they opted out. This was done as a courtesy so that users could have a means of saving all their photos (jpg) on the cloud for viewing and sharing without having to go to the effort of archiving and re-uploading. Additional  emails went out closer to the time. The opt out period has ended and we are in the transition period actively migrating photos to Revel.
    If you want to keep the files on Revel that are there currently, you can keep a free account and retain the storage there and share the albums if you choose. If you want to delete your account, then I can also take care of that for you. I will send you an email to confirm.

    I am getting a message notifier in the App store that I have 3 apps to update.  I use my account all the time, normally it works fine.  I purchase apps through the app Store as well as through third parties.  Currently the ones to be updated were all purchased through the App Store.  This also occurs when I try to download/update Mavericks.
    I get a message:
    You have updates available for other accounts.
    Sign into [email protected] to update applications for that account.
    The thing is, I'm already signed into [email protected]  I've tried signing out and signing back in.  I've tried rebuilding permissions.  I've tried rebooting.   I've tried jumpstarting the Index.  None of these things have worked.
    If I go to Purchases section of the app store it will allow me to intall other apps I've purchased but not yet installed on this Mac.  Will not let me update Mavericks or my other store bought applications, no matter what I've tried.  I keep getting this message telling me to sign into my own account.  When I go to the Store menu at the top it shows view my account and shows that I'm already signed into the same exact email address that the App store is telling me I need to sign into in order to update.
    Would appreciate any input to resolving this.

    All Apps I have updated with these credentials and the same computer before, many times.
