Slideshow not showing

Hi,
Ihave a pb with my DW slideshow that shows in DW preview but not in browsers...any ideas as to where the pb could come from please:

IPhoto not exporting and slideshows not showing in finder

iPhoto on my MacBook air will not export slideshows into iTunes, even though the icon is ticked for it to do so automatically. Also, the slideshows I create are not showing in finder. Any suggestions?

Look in your Pictures folder for a folder titled iPhoto Slideshows. That's where my converted slideshows end up.

Muse slideshow not showing up on web site.

I'm using Mese Creative Suite 6, and I did a simple slideshow that shows up in Preview, but after uploading my site it doesn't show up in Opera, Chrome or Safari. I've cleared cache, but still no slideshow.

Make sure your slideshow images uploaded too. There will need to be the slideshow image + a thumbnail which MUSE creates and names with a code (if you used thumbnails).
Try this:
I have found that I sometimes need to manually put the images into my site's images folder first, then I build the slideshow linking the images from my Images folder into MUSE. Then again, be sure these images get uploaded to your server into the images folder.

2 issues in LI2, slowing and freezing during developing, slideshow not showing all images.

1. Lightroom Is slowing down during normal development.
I only have 3500 photos in this catalog and am working on 50 to 200 photo in Raw format at a time,
When Opening and beginning a project the program worked fine but after a few hours of adjustments the program slows and then freezes for minutes at a time forcing me to shut down the computer and restart. I have a 1.5 TB hard drive and have moved the bulk of my files to a backup drive freeing up the MAJORITY of the hard drive for processing. I have been threw the 8 ways to speed up Lightroom and an finding the problem persisting. IDEA'S?
2. LI's Slideshow is not consistent in showing all the images.
after going through the slideshow's setting and playing the slideshow, LI will show some photos and not others and start over at random order. Idea's?

Images that are edited in Photoshop will be displayed automatically in Lr only when the image-file saved in Photoshop is the same as the one opened from Lr.
You say you open a JPG from Lr, then edit it in PS by - among other things - adding some layers. Layers are not supported in the JPG-format so you have to either save it as a psd or as a jpg-copy.
In either case this is not the same image file as the one opened in Lr, so it will have to be imported into Lr to show up. If you would flatten your image after editing in PS and then do a <save> to your JPG - not a <save as> - it will show up in Lr.
PS: the only exception is when you open a Raw image from Lr in PS and you save it in PS in the file format specified in Lr for external editing. The saved file will automatically show in LR.

Spry Image Slideshow not showing if less than 2 photos

I have the
Spry Image Slidshow working properly on my webpage. The problem is that I am dynamically populating a dataset with data from the database using a category id of the photos. If there are at least 3 photos then the control is rendered properly to the page and the photos start showing as a slideshow and all is well.
If there are less than 3 photos the thumbnails render properly but the waiting screen for the viewer just stays black with the image loading going. the Play, Next, and Previous buttons never render either. If I click on any of the thumbnails the picture is shown in the viewer but the slideshow will never play.
I think if there is only one photo it should be able to be displayed as a slideshow as well but not really do anything. I think if there is a limitation of at least 3 photos this needs to be fixed. Thank you for any help anyone can give me on how to get this to work with less than 3 photos.

I realize the previous post is a little dated, but I'm having the same problem described above. Does anyone know how to maintain slideshow functionality with fewer than 3 images? Obviously, you don't need a slideshow for just one image, but I have several pages on my website where it would be nice to cycle between 2 images. I'm guessing this would require some modification to the SpryImageSlideshow.js file, but I don't know enough about JavaScript to even tinker around with it. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Slideshow not showing images correctly! Why?

Our website has been live for about a month and I have never had this problem until I recently saved new photos with photocredits in the bottom left or right corner. The problem is that when I publish my site, the images I see in the slideshow in Muse are not displaying the same in my browser (chrome). I always use Chrome, but I just opened our website with Explorer, and the images are displaying just fine.
Oddly enough, I have resaved additional photos with photocredits in the corners in another area of the site and they are showing up correctly in Chrome. I have save both these files in the same manner and they are linked correctly in the assets panel!
What is happening, when using Chrome, the images in my slideshows are being cropped so they exclude my photocredits for some strange reason...and like I said, they show up and fit perfectly in the Muse Program.
The two website project pages to compare in Chrome are:

Now view these pages in Explorer or Firefox and you will see both pages displaying photocredits correctly. I know this is picky, and actually very strange, but has anyone else had this problem with Chrome?

IWeb slideshows not showing...Safari only?

During the last few days, when I check out iWeb slideshows I have created for my school using my Safari browser, the photos aren't displayed.
All I see on my Mac is the "Play Slideshow" graphic and the number of pages are shown but nothing more. The "Play Slideshow" graphic is not active or clickable at all.
The slideshows work fine in other browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox but not Safari? (see 2 pics below)
I get the same result whether the site is FTP'd or hosted on MobileMe.
Works on everything but my Safari but works with Safari on other computers???
I have reset Safari but still get same result.
Not sure what to try next.
Attached pics show Safari screen and Google screen.....note no pics on Safari screen????

Hey! Got it fixed!
Went by Apple Store to get some Genius help.....
Did a few different things suggested like logging in under different acct....same problem!
Started up in Safe Mode....same problem!
Then read in one of these threads about problems being caused by running in 32-bit mode.
Quit Safari, unchecked 32-bit mode in info window and restarted Safari and what do you know????
Those slide shows now show up!!!!

Gallery slideshow not showing in Internet Explorer

I am new to Dreamweaver.
I created a slideshow in Photoshop's Gallery section and used a div and iframe per tutorial instructions.
I use a MacIntosh. It looks great on Firefox and Safari.
It is not working in Internet Explorer.
Please advise.

Why is the Spry image slideshow not showing all of the thumbnails?

Hi, I have a problem with the Spry image slideshow with filmstrip. I downloaded it and inserted all of my pictures and thumbnails. When I load it up in Firefox and IE seems to work perfectly.
However when one scrolls through the images, some of the thumbnails are not displaying. Also, sometimes some of the images won´t display at all. I have double checked the files and they are
all the correct size (100x100 for the thumbnails) and they are all available in the proper slideshow folder on my webpage. I am at a loss as to what the problem is, since it works fine for the other

Slideshow not showing correct images

I'm using iPhoto 6.0.6 and have a number of slideshows set up.
I imported my latest images tonight, allocated keywords and created a slideshow from them as I always do. Everything went OK but when I played one of my slideshows created last year, it showed my most recent roll. What's really strange is the thumbnails across the top of the slideshow screen are correct - it's only when played that the wrong images appear.
So I deleted the rogue slideshow and recreated it. Same problem.
Anyone any ideas?

Many thanks for putting me right.
Although initially OK, the keywords in the images used for the errant slideshow were all wrong after the rebuild, which I suspect was at the root of the of problem, as when I corrected them the images disappeared! I reimported them, applied the correct keywords and all seems now well.

Slideshow not showing landscape photos

I am exporting a slideshow from iPhoto and it is not including the landscape photos, only the portrait photos. I have deleted iPhoto and re-installed it yet the problem persists. Any ideas?

How many photo groups do you have in your photo page?
iWeb only allows ONE photo group in photo page, unless you do some post processing, ie: http://hac.i4host.net/una_mas.html
There are four photo groups in that page.

Iphoto slideshow not showing video

iphoto would not play videos I included in my slideshow. It use to just stop the slideshow and play the videos then continue on with photos. Does anyone know why this no longer works?

Slideshow not showing entire photo?

I'm making a slideshow for a wedding this Saturday.
As I was previewing the slideshow, I noticed that the
pictures weren't being shown in their entirety. Is there
an option that I can select that will allow the photos
to be shown as a whole?
I've tried changing the play time for each slide, thinkin
it might get enough time to zoom out to view the entire
picture. But when I went to change it, I couldnt't.

Slideshow 1.4.7 won't work in TB 24.4.0, does not show beside attachments, any idea's

Running w8.0 just installed Slideshow 1.4.7 to view multiple jpg images in an attachment in Thunderbird 24.4.0. As I understand it Slideshow should show beside the attachments, it's not there. Have tried numerous reboots etc but still not happening. An ideas?

Hi Matt, Yes I have expanded the attachments (there are 15 in this particular email) & there is nothing other than the jpg images. Slideshow is in the "Extensions" and appears to be ready to go, just not showing up in attachments.
