Smartforms - how call new page ?

Hi expert,
I have a form with 2 page. in the attribut of 1 page there : "Next Page = 2".
But when I run the form, only the 1 page is showed.
I have to put Command Line = "Gor to new page = PAGE 2" to show the second page. Why ?
Why is mandatory to put command line if in the attribut of first page there's writes "Next page = page2" ??

Calling new page from Portal menus

I have created a portlet which contains a menu generated using the Menu Wizard and the LINK within this menu was populated using the popup window provided within the menu editor. Any Forms or Reports called from this menu are not generated as a new page. I have gone into the portlet repository and defined these reports / forms as an applicaton that should open in new window but it still doesn't work.
How can I get the applications that are called via the LINK in a Menu to break out into a new window without having to hardcode each LINK Menu item.

Portal menus works that way. The links open in the same page. If you want to open it in a new window
then in the menu wizard where you specify the links, call the link using javascript like this
javascript:void open('<portal_schema>.CAL_0520032153.SHOW')
or
javascript:void open('http://www.oracle.com')
This will open the calendar or the url in a new window.

Dear friends,
This is a sample program for smartform.
Below is my coding ...
TABLES : KNA1.
SELECT-OPTIONS : S_KUNNR FOR KNA1-KUNNR.
TYPES : BEGIN OF ZFS_KNA1,
        KUNNR TYPE KNA1-KUNNR,
        NAME1 TYPE KNA1-NAME1,
        ORT01 TYPE KNA1-ORT01,
         END OF ZFS_KNA1.
DATA : ITAB TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF ZFS_KNA1 INITIAL SIZE 0,
       WA TYPE ZFS_KNA1.
SELECT KUNNR NAME1 ORT01 PSTLZ LAND1 FROM KNA1 INTO TABLE ITAB WHERE KUNNR IN S_KUNNR.
Now i am having one secondary window (cusotmer number) and main window(name and city).
I am able display list of cm nos, names and city in one page.
But i want to display name, city and number of customer in one single page.
suppose 5 customer numbers are there.....then 5 seperate pages should be displayed.
pls help me.

Hi,
In your loop node... you have sort criteria....
give the fieldname of the customer number KUNNR and check the check box under the begin of sort event...
An event node is created... under that event node... create command node for triggering new page and dont forget to tick the checkbox for " not on first page" in the conditions tab....
and under that you can create text elements to display the data

Iview calls new Page on Content Area

Hello Everybody,
I have a Page with 3 Iviews on it, and would like that an Iview call a new Page.
Wich means, I have Iview 1,2,3 on Page A and if you trigger a link on of these Iviews a new Page B should be loaded.
All I got is that the Page loaded in the Iview itself. Is there an opportunity to change that behavior, to call a Page B from an Iview that reloads the content area with a Page B?

i have selection option for customer(kunnr) in the selection crieria..
Now i am getting the output in the smartfroms related to the customer details..
But i am getting details for only one customer...
suppose there are 10 customers.. i want the details of the 10 cusotmers in 10 different pages...

First assigned to structure to internal table i_final
declare L_LINES in global declaration
right click on main window create program lines in that
Input parameters: I_FINAL
In CODE option
SORT I_FINAL BY KUNNR.
DESCRIBE TABLE I_FINAL LINES L_LINES.
After you create LOOP IN data tab give chek the check box
I_FINAL INTO WA_FINAL
WA_FINAL declare in global declaration
Under loop create node alternative(CONDITON)
double click CONDITION in conditions tab
Field name: L_LINES
Relational operator:>
Comparison value:0
in that CONDITION ---> TRUE & FALSE is available
in TRUE option create program lines, in that give like
L_LINES = L_LINES - 1.
Under TRUE option create COMMAND node
in General attributes tab: check the chek box go to new page
in conditions : maintain as
Field name: L_LINES
Relational operator:>
Comparison value:0

How to call second page in Smartform without calling first page

Hi Gurus,
I have two pages in one smartform. I am using this for PWB purpose. PLease tell me how I first or second page will be triggered depending on the conditional flag that has been defined in global variables.
For first page it is working...but I don't know how to call the second page bypassing the first page on condition basis.

Hi,
The smartform will always start with the first page in the structure by default. However when you call the smartform you can specify which page to start with in the structure CONTROL_PARAMETERS field STARTPAGE, this does mean you have to change you print program to include the logic, not the form.

How to call New Page conditionally in Adobe Form

Hi,
   Actually I want to develope a adobe form in which the employee training details will be come Page wise.
Suppose there is 2 employee one has 90 and another has 60 training details.Suppose on each page only 50 line items can be displayed.now for first employee in 1-st page 50 line item will come ,there afte in secon page 40 line item will be come.Now when second Employee details is coming it should not come in secon page .it should be come on third page.
     Can anybody help me regarding this matter

I think there is no way to do this, atleast for Adobe Designer v.7.0. But if you know XML or java scripting you can try that. I dont have much knowledge on it.
   However there is one way. Add dummy records in the table so that there are mulitple of 50 records for each employee. I have also heard that adobe designer 7.1 has some extra options. Please try that if possible.
Please let me know too if you find anything out. It will help me too..

The function module has been used in the method "GET_SMART_FORM_AS_XML" of the class .

Clearing fields when calling new page

I am using a list to call a target page. How can I clear out certain fields when the page is called (ie. reset them to their default value)? If I clear the cache for the page, it clears everything.

Bob - You first said you wanted to clear out certain values, suggesting that this should take place when a list item link invokes the page and that clearing the cache for the entire page is inadequate because it clears more items than you want cleared. But in that same statement you suggested that you don't want to clear anything out, you want to set specific items to specific values, so I don't see how resetting the entire page is inadequate for the reason you cited. I think it is inadequate becase it clears cache for items when what you want to do is set items to specific values. In your last post, you asked if there is a way to reset all the items to their default value without mentioning the "list item target" situation. So, if the requirement is to set specific items on a page to specific values no matter how the page is invoked, I would recommend using page computations to achieve that. If you want to do this only when the page is invoked by certain URLs, I would suggest passing in an item value that can be checked by the page computations to determine whether or not to set the values.

Calling different pages in smartforms

Dear Friends,
I need one solution in smartforms, i need to print the different labels in my smartform. For example i have to print three labels
and one normal layout. Three labels means having some fixed data of three rows maximum and these labels repetatively i need to print based on some conditions those conditions i am doing in driver program itself.
For example assume first label i need to print 2 times,second 2 times and third 14 times then final layout contains header and items section as usual.
So here in the first page only i need to print first label then i have to call the new page to print second label then i have to call the
new page to print third label as there are 14 labels in third page i have to print 9 labels and in the fourth page i have to print remaining 5 labels and i need to call new page to print the last section, the last section is like normal layout there mainwindow and everything is there.
Please help me to handle this scenario.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

This approach to make call from SAPscript. Its concept is similar to make call to a subroutine in another program. I would presume you understand how to use USING and CHANGING parameter. =)

so, you might need additional conversion.

READ TABLE rec_in WITH KEY name = 'P_YEAR'.
IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
    v_year = rec_in-value.
ENDIF.
to return value, use the exact name on the second structure
    CONCATENATE v_year v_year INTO v_year.
    READ TABLE rec_out WITH KEY name = 'NEW_DATE'.
    IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
      rec_out-value = v_year.
      MODIFY rec_out TRANSPORTING value WHERE name = 'NEW_DATE'.
    ENDIF.

SAP Script info req to print new line iten on new page

i had an req to print the list of MATNR & KUNNR on script,but the req is like this,at NEW MATNR,the script shd start with new page,say,if there are 5 MATNR,2 are same & 3 are same with diff KUNNR.
On first page:2 MATNR shd be printed
On Second Page:3 MATNR shd be printed & so on each time on new page...
Please tell me how to do it,in window MAIN,how shd i wirte code for this?

I made a flowable form with two buttons with actions to go to a page, but they won't work when content flows into new pages. Is there a way to use javascript to take the user to a specific object? I think that will solve my problem.

I think I answered my own question. I used setFocus() with an object that I hid underneath a text field. Works perfectly, and it won't matter how many new pages a user creates in the flowable form.

I can definitely how frustrating it must be to not be able to take pictures or even view pictures that have already been taken with your LG Dare.
Since this problem has started, have you tried to either:
a.) put that memory card in an alternate phone to see if the pictures can be viewed on there
b.) use a card reader/adapter in a computer to see if the pictures can be viewed on the computer
c.) take the memory card out of the phone and then try to take a picture?
What I am trying to determine is which of the 2 is defective (phone or memory card)
If you are able to view pictures in another phone, or on the computer , then you may have a bad card. If that is the case, you can transfer the pictures to the computer and then format the memory card by
Note: This procedure will erase all data on the memory card. It is recommended to back up the data.
From the home screen, touch the menu tab.

Also, in order to access PixPlace, log into your MyVerizon account, at the top, you should see "Messaging" go down to "Manage your photo albums" once there, you should see "My Media", however, if you have already received a message advising you that your album would be deleted if you haven't logged on in more than 180 days, all pictures have then most definitely been deleted. Again, we do send warning messages once the online album hasn't been accessed in 150, 175, 180 days respectively prior to deletion.

Hi,
Create a command node and click the 'Go to new page' check box specifying the page u want to go.
You can enter your condition for which it should branch to a new page in the 'conditions' tab.

How can i move to a new page in smartform?

i hav a smartform with two pages.
the fist page contains the Main window and 3 Secondary windows.
in the 1st page i'm displaying some line items and in the main window i gave the command to
go to Page 2.
the 2nd page contains only one Secondary Window.
in that i want to display a table with many line items.
if it contains only 20 line items its works fine; becoz of the window size.
how can i move to a new page if it contains more line items?

Hi,
You need to create main Window on second page also.
And in Form Attributes..there is an option for Next page.
So there you mention the next page name.
This will solve the problem.
