SOA 11g: Intergation with BAM 11g failed with ThreadPool has stuck threads

Hi,
I have installed BAM and SOA server on local host. Now while integrating BAM with BAMAdapter it's going into long running state and finally failing with below error.

    Hi,
    When we are trying to restart the server its taking lot of time (nearly 2 hrs) and admin server status is showing as "Warning". when we check Monitoring -> Health for admin server we can see as "Thread Pool as stuck threads".
    When clicked on "threadpool", can see "ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" and current request is for "weblogic.kernel.WorkManagerWrapper$1@6ce46ce4" thread.
    Any solution for what to do.

  • RAC Install fails with "OCR upgrade failed with (-1073741819) on 10.2.0

    I am trying to install RAC 10.2.0 with two Server 2003 R2 nodes connected to a fiber channel SAN. I have set up the shared storage, created the extended partitions, and setup the unformatted no drive letter volumes. Both servers see the unformatted volumes (and no others do). The preinstallation checks work fine and the installations works fine until the first configuration assistant runs. That would be the "Oracle Clusterware Configuration Assistant". It tries to run crssetup.config.bat and fails on step 3 (configuring OCR Repository) with
    ocr upgrade failed with (-1073741819)
    If I uninstall clusterware and try again it will not show the OCR and Voting disks as available disks until I delete the volumes and partitions and recreate them. I have run the precheck batch files and they show everything as good as well. When I define the OCR and Voting drives in the clusterware setup I do not select format or assign drive letter. Every time I try to do the install I get the exact same error.
    Is there anything I am missing or some trick or patch I may not have done?

    Take a look at this notes!!

    The error code 0x80041013 translates to:

    Like Briij suggested, you should try to fix the WMI repository.

  • Set-AzureServiceDiagnosticsExtension or publishing with diagnostitcs enabled fails with Azure SDK2.5 for existing Azure services

    Similar to https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/en-US/487234f4-9748-4f49-ab7b-ce523da4c500/publish-cloud-service-fails-from-visual-studio-2013-update-4-published-asset-entry-for-image but since the given answer provides no solution
    and I found more details, I felt that opening this new question providing more details was necessary.
    I have an existing Azure service with two web roles (service and worker) published first in May 2012. Recently I tried to update from SDK2.2 to SDK2.5 and Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 to Update 4. The main reason behind this was to move from log4net to WAD
    and in doing so, of course directly move to the new diagnostics version. So before publishing I enabled WAD diagnostics logging in the properties of both roles.
    Trying to publish from Visual Studio to the exisiting Azure Service fails, VS output shows  the following lines:
    11:45:24 - Checking for Remote Desktop certificate...
    11:45:25 - Applying Diagnostics extension.
    11:45:45 - Published Asset Entry for Image Microsoft.Azure.Diagnostics_PaaSDiagnostics_europeall_manifest.xml not found.
    What's working 1: For testing purposes, I have created a new Azure service in the Azure portal.
    Publishing the same solution from the same development environment to this new service is possible without problems - the service with WAD diagnostics logging is working fine. Unfortunately this is no solution to my production service, with
    DNS alias and SSL certificates bound to the existing Azure service.
    What's working 2: Publishing the solution to the existing Azure service WITHOUT diagnositics enabled works.
    Problem with that: Trying to activate WAD diagnostics logging after publishing using the Azure cmdlets also fails WiTH a similar error message. Following http://blogs.msdn.com/b/kwill/archive/2014/12/02/windows-azure-diagnostics-upgrading-from-azure-sdk-2-4-to-azure-sdk-2-5.aspx I
    tried:
    PS C:\> Set-AzureServiceDiagnosticsExtension -StorageContext $storageContext -DiagnosticsConfigurationPath $public_config -ServiceName $service_name -Slot 'Staging' -Role $role_name
    VERBOSE: Setting PaaSDiagnostics configuration for MyWebRole.
    Set-AzureServiceDiagnosticsExtension : BadRequest : Published Asset Entry for Image
    Microsoft.Azure.Diagnostics_PaaSDiagnostics_europeall_manifest.xml not found.
    At line:1 char:1
    + Set-AzureServiceDiagnosticsExtension -StorageContext $storageContext -Diagnostic ...
    + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (:) [Set-AzureServiceDiagnosticsExtension], CloudException
        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : Microsoft.WindowsAzure.CloudException,Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Commands.ServiceManagement.
       Extensions.SetAzureServiceDiagnosticsExtensionCommand
    The problem seems to be related to those service configuration parts in the cloud which are not replaced by a new deployment, so I compared both services using Azure cmdlet Get-AzureService.
    I found that the new service has properties which the old one is missing:
    ExtendedProperties      : {[ResourceGroup, myazureservice], [ResourceLocation, North Europe]}
    Is this a hint? Reinstalling or repairing Visual Studio is not the answer to this problem!!!
    What's the meaning of "Published Asset Entry for Image Microsoft.Azure.Diagnostics_PaaSDiagnostics_europeall_manifest.xml"?
    [Perhaps MS will publish a newer version of its Azure cmdlets, but that's not today's story]
    So what are possible reasons or fixes for this behaviour? Going back to log4net is not my favorite. Even worse, while there are alternative logging solution,
    I currently have no performance counter monitoring in the Azure portal (Remote desktop and perfmon is NO solution). Is there any alternative to going back to SDK2.4?
    Best regards,
     Andreas

  • Service Clients failing with "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized"

    Hello,
    We have implemented a solution using the SSRS web service clients as produced by the WSDLs.  We have deployed the application on one server, and via the code we are calling the SSRS on another server (i.e., not using ReportViewer, etc.).  We do
    know that the user signed in has permissions since from the same staging server the Report Manager and Reports can both be accessed and viewed.  However, it's only when we run the application and attempt to execute a report on the remote SSRS server that
    we get the following error:
    The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String
    methodName, Object[] parameters) at AMC.AssetTracker.Reporting.ReportExecution.ReportExecutionService.LoadReport(String Report, String HistoryID) at AMC.AssetTracker.Reporting.Report.GetReportByteArray() at AMC.AssetTracker.Reporting.Report.get_ReportStream()
    at AMC.AssetTracker.Reporting.Report.get_GetWebUIDisplay() at AMC.AssetTracker.UserControls.AssetTrackerMain.btnGenerate_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)
    The credentials we have tried are the DefaultCredentials.  One question I have is how do you use custom credentials if neither the DefaultCredentials or the DefaultNetworkCredentials work?  Also, this service call does have to go through an ISA
    server before reaching the SSRS server.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks.

    It sounds like Kerberos authentication is needed in your situation since it's not on the same box.
    There is a one-hop limit with NTLM authentication.

    Have you deployed proper client auth certs to the client?
    Can you please post the entire relevant snippet of the log file? Starting with the first error code encountered is meaningless because now we can't see what happened before which is often the root cause of the issue culminating in the error message.
    Have you deployed the proper server auth certs to the MP and DP?

  • WebLogic 11g data source connection pooling failed with IO error:socket read timed out.

    Hi all,
    We encountered IO Error: Socket read timed out( <Received exception while creating connection for pool "DS_1": IO Error: Socket read timed out> ) during the creation of data sources in WebLogic 11g. Manual data source testing seems to indicate intermittent connection and the server seems to take a long time to start up with multiple IO errors. We increased the timeout at the database side but it does not seems to help. The database is 11g (11.2.0.3). The database services and listener are up which does not indicate that the database instance is down.

    This particular error means your database is down and socket is timedout. Or the query takes so long that the reader timedout -- unlikely.
    Also, the general weblogic socket write errors, which you might see sometimes means that the client got disconnected before the server wrote results back. This is harmless

  • OSB 11g proxy service test console fail with Broken pipe

    Hi everyone.
    I have a strange problem with OSB test console (and sometime with java client). The proxy I built cannot response after several request. In other word, I tried to test console for dozens time, sometime I cannot have response from OSB. I wait for the response for 5 minutes and get some strange exception, that is broken pipe, but error code is not unique.
    I cannot understand why my proxy service stuck in that exception. Can you help me to solve it ?
    Any suggestion is appreciated.
    P/S: that is log record on server:
    <BEA-423405> <An exception [Broken pipe] was thrown while rendering the content at [/jsp/test/ServiceResult.jsp].

    Hi, everyone.
    This is my proxy service that was tested above. Can you show me some instructions for tuning it? On these day, I get many bad performance responses from that service.

  • BAM Adapter fails with Authentication

    Hi,
    I've created a simple BPEL process which populates a sensor variable and tries to insert a row in a BAM data object. I have already configured the BAM Adapter to reflect the host, port, password, etc. When I call the BPEL process, the sensor variable gets populated but it does not proceed thereon to BAM. The message fails at BAM with the following:
    javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: [Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User webbam javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User webbam denied

    I know a lot of user have faced this issue (numerous posts on this forum) and the issues have been solved once the BAM Adapter in the WLS console was updated with the host, port, username and password. However, I am facing this issue despite changing that.
    Are there any other changes I am supposed to do after entering the values in the BAM Adapter? Do I need to activate in the change center or redeploy? I am using SOA 11.1.1.3

    Hi,
    I did not update the deployment plan for the BAMAdapter despite making changes in the BAMAdapter. This was the cause of the authentication failure.
    Thanks.

  • Install SOA Suite 10.1.3.1 fails with a 'Unable to create home "oracleas1"

    each time I try to install in shows this error:
    Unable to create home "oracleas1" at "C:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_1". There are existing homes with the same name and the same location.
    I previously had the preview release on this machine, but I uninstalled it and removed the directory. I also checked the windows registry, but it appears to be clean.
    After the error message there is a C:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_1\install.platform. Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Bret

    Vipin,
    Thanks for the reply. However, the environment variable ORACLE_HOME was not set. Remember I had looked through the registry to make sure it was clean. This included the environment variables that are defined therein.
    I did get around this problem by not using the default install path. I changed c:\product to a different directory name and it work. It is strange that it had a problem with the same path that the previous SOA preview was installed to. Since the directory was not there and I could not find anything in the registry. There must be a file in the %WINDOWS% directory that has information about other oracle installs. At least that is my guess. It is apparent that a deinstall does not remove everything :)

  • View with SAP tables fails with "No Owner" error

    Dear experts,
    We have created a view (VIEW_MARA_MAKT) on Information Steward (4.2 SP1) using SAP tables MARA and MAKT.  This view is working perfectly.  Next we create another view to join with our previous view (VIEW_MARA_MAKT) to table MARC.  The view validates correctly, but when trying to view the data we get the following error:
    Data Services execution failed for VIEW_MATERIAL_PLANT. Error :
    (14.2) 04-08-14 12:46:21 (E) (0432:6996) RES-020106: |SESSION JOB_VView_736_43f3f6da_b863_46d6_ad64_b4f432a939b0|DATAFLOW EABAPDF_VIEW736_0|STATEMENT <GUID::'4a0dddf9-c993-4577-9e9a-1e0adf2dc9e2::794ee432-24f4-4801-bccf-587ef489e934::65e45615-06f8-426f-abf2-61345f6c252f' READ TABLE ICCDS_21."".MARC OUTPUT(IS_VIEW_RDR_475_0)> Table <MARC> for owner <> was not found in the repository for datastore <ICCDS_21>. Import this table from the external source. If the name is case-sensitive in the database (and not all uppercase), enter the name as it appears in the database and use double-quotation marks around the name to preserve the case. (COR-10690)
    It appears that DS is not satisfied that there is no owner name sent from IS, but for SAP connections it is not possible to specify owner names when adding the tables to IS.
    Please can you give some recommendations to resolve this error.

    What you can do is to use a table of record.
    And create a block based on stored procedure.
    Below is a table of record and procedure for querying from multi-tables.
    If you want to update, insert, delete rows, you need to create 3 more procedures on the package. One for updating, another for inserting, and so on.
    I never done updaing part before. So I need to spend time for coding.
    If you want, I can post later as soon as I got it.
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE TEST5 AS
    TYPE REC1 IS RECORD (FIRST TEST1.FIRST%TYPE,
    SECOND TEST1.SECOND%TYPE,
    THIRD TEST2.THIRD%TYPE);
    TYPE TAB1 IS TABLE OF REC1 INDEX BY BINARY_INTEGER;
    PROCEDURE TEST1CREATE (P_TAB IN OUT TAB1);
    END;
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE BODY TEST5 AS
    PROCEDURE TEST1CREATE(P_TAB IN OUT TAB1) IS
    CURSOR C IS
    SELECT A.FIRST,A.SECOND,B.THIRD
    FROM TEST1 A, TEST2 B
    WHERE A.FIRST=B.FIRST;
    i NUMBER:=0;
    BEGIN
    OPEN C;
    LOOP
    EXIT WHEN C%NOTFOUND;
    i:=i+1;
    FETCH C INTO P_TAB(i).FIRST,P_TAB(i).SECOND,P_TAB(i).THIRD;
    END LOOP;
    END TEST1CREATE;
    END;

    ERROR:
    ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specifiedstates, in no uncertain terms, that the system can not find the @mrap in the TNS translation methods. Usually that indicates a problem in finding the correct entry in the correct tnsnames.ora file. Some related thoughts:
    1) The LIST of methods allowed is found in SQLNET.ORA on the client. If multiple methods are in the list, the client will step through the methods.
    It is possible that you do not have method calling the TNSNAMES.ORA file in the list. (You appear to have that.)
    2) The mrap must be one of the entries on the left hand side of te equals sign of a stanza.
    MRAP = (DESCRIPTION (appears to provide that)
    3) The SQLNET.ORA could provide a 'default domain' to append on the end of the lookup value in TNSNAMES.ORA
    Not sure whether your post of the sqlnet.ora selectred only a few lines or the entire file.
    4) Variable issues can exist.
    - The TNS_ADMIN variable may be used to force the use of a specific directory instead of %ORACLE_HOME%\network\admin .
    - ORACLE_HOME can be adjusted by a variety of methods, and may be in both teh registry and the system environment
