    what does these mean?? Does this have any effect on replication?? thank you ...

    These messages indicate a loss of connectivity between the replication agents. This could be due to one some kind of failure (e.g. network issue). If the messages are infrequent and replication is otherwise working okay they are not a big cause for concern though if I were you I would check the network etc. for anything abnormal.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud connectivity issue on Websense run network; Failed to send the request to server to get the response - 12002

    Hi all,
    I am able to install the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud application fine on Windows 7 box but the application fails to establish a connection with Adobe server/-s.
    We use a proxy with Websense as our network security solution. Proxy configuration script is set in Internet Options. We have not tried to whitelist anything as per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html as the errors suggest the application does not even connect to the proxy server/Websense at all.
    Please see below snippet from that DLM.log file that contains the error messages - please have a look. Could anybody tell me what it means or advise how to resolve this please? I don't see the Adobe Creative Cloud tool to have any options where manual proxy settings can be setup to try that.

  • File.upload on Air SDK for iOS devices failed to send http request to server.

    I am trying to use ActionScript's File.upload to upload a file on Air SDK for iOS8 environment, but the File.upload does not work properly. No handler about the file upload is executed after File.upload is invoked, and no exception is caught. When I check the network traffic of the server side, I found that no http request even hit the server after File.upload is executed. The code snippet here is very simple.
      private var file:File;
      private var dir:File;
      //This method is executed to create a file and upload it when the Upload Button is pressed.
      protected function OnUploadButtonPressed(event:MouseEvent):void{
      var str:String = 'This is test';
      var imageBytes:ByteArray = new ByteArray();
      for ( var i:int = 0; i < str.length; i++ ) {
      imageBytes.writeByte( str.charCodeAt(i) );
      try{
      dir = File.applicationStorageDirectory
      var now:Date = new Date();
      var filename:String = "test" + now.seconds + now.milliseconds + ".txt";
      file = dir.resolvePath( filename );
      var stream:FileStream = new FileStream();
      stream.open( file, FileMode.WRITE );
      stream.writeBytes( imageBytes );
      stream.close();
      file.addEventListener( Event.COMPLETE, uploadComplete );
      file.addEventListener( IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, ioError );
      file.addEventListener( SecurityErrorEvent.SECURITY_ERROR, securityError );
      file.addEventListener(ErrorEvent.ERROR, someError);
      file.addEventListener(ProgressEvent.PROGRESS, onProgress);
      file.upload( new URLRequest("http://10.60.99.31/MyPath/fileUploadTest.do"));//This line does not work. No handler is executed. No http request hit the server side.
      } catch( e:Error ) {
      trace( e );
      //Complete Handler
      private function uploadComplete( event:Event ):void
      trace( "Upload successful." );
      //IOError handler
      private function ioError( error:IOErrorEvent ):void
      trace( "Upload failed: " + error.text );
      //SecurityError handler
      private function securityError(error:SecurityErrorEvent):void{
      trace( "Security error:" + error.text );
      //Other handler
      private function someError(error:ErrorEvent):void{
      trace("some error" + error.text);
      //Progress handler
      private function onProgress(event:ProgressEvent):void{
      trace("progressHandler");
    When executed on Air Simulator, it works fine as expected, and the file is successfully uploaded to the server. But When executed on iOS devices(in my case, iPad), as I explain early, no handler about the file upload is executed, and no the http request even hit the server. So I think the problem may be in the client side. It seems that the Air SDK for iOS just failed to send the http request for some reason.
    To make my problem more clear, I list my environment below:
    Development Environment:  Windows7 (64bit)  / Mac os 10.9.4 (Tested on  OS platforms.)
    IDE: Flash Builder 4.7
    Air SDK:  3.8 / 16.0.0 (After I updated to the lastest Air SDK 16.0.0 , the problem still exists.)
    Application Server:  Tomcat7 + Spring
    Target OS: iOS 8
    I have been struggling for this for days. So I really appreciate it if anyone has any idea about this.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi bluewindice ,
    As you have quoted ( ActionScript's File.upload does not work on Air SDK for iOS devices ) , this issue has been replicated at our end, and our team will be working on it.
    Thanks,
    Tushar

    Hi,
    Seems to be a problem with your GUI as the dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X is generally related to GUI. Use some higher version of GUI than the existing one.
    Also Updates are not active in your system. Use transaction SM13 to check whether updates are active or not. If not then use transaction SM14 to turn on the updates.

    Try to start Firefox in [[Safe mode|Safe mode]]. This mode disables all extensions, user customizations, hardware acceleration, etc. temporarily for diagnostic and troubleshooting. If Firefox works find in Safe Mode, then this is likely an add-on issue. Restart Firefox in normal mode, then type "About:addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Disable your extensions one by one, restarting Firefox between each one, until you find the trouble maker. Once you do, you can disable that add-on and report the issue to that add-on's developer.
    A few other basic trouble shooting things you can try is this:
    Run all Windows Updates, install all needed service packs, etc.
    Update your graphics driver (Firefox uses your graphics card for some rendering, and an out of date graphics card driver can cause problems. [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers].

    The APP application on my iPad does not function properly - any downloads requested immediately fail and send me back tot he main iPad screen.  Any suggestions on to hoe to fix this?  The software has been updated to iOS 5.1.1, and no furthe updates are available.

    This is my boilerplate response when app downloads are stalled or in the "waiting" mode. There are a bunch of things here to try.
    Tap on the "installing" icon and see if you can pause the install, then tap on it again in order to resume the install.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download and install at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
    If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and see if the install resumes.
    If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.

  • Constant WiFi connection issues where other devices are fine. "Sending request..."

    I experience the same issues as some other posters here with the MacBook Pro, Lion, and certain networks.  All other devices (Android phone, Windows laptop, iPad...) deal with the situation just fine on the same networks.  The MacBook however gets its knickers in a twist:
    I get perpetual "Sending request..." messages at the status bar of Google Chrome.  All applications fail to find internet, despite full bars.  This was only an issue since upgrading to Lion.  A reboot of the Mac will always solve it, meaning it is not the router.  Rebooting the router often does not solve it. Turning WiFi off then on sometimes solves it.  Quitting Chrome/Safari sometimes solves it.  But rebooting the Mac always solves it.  This indicates it is an issue Apple really need to address.
    Are there any ideas here?  I have made sure there are no DNS entries.  I have deleted my home network several times and re-added it.  I have hard reset the router, and been through three (that's not a misprint) routers.
    I doubt it is a hardware issue with the Mac as it only started with Lion, on the same Mac.

    Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
    Does the iOS device see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
    Did the iOS device connect before?
    Try the following to rule out a software problem:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on your router
    .- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • Failed to send DDR (0x80004005)

    After receiving a new model Dell (6440) we started off getting the following error:
    PxeGetPxeData failed with 0x80004005.
    PXE boot, but no IP address was given. After injecting nic drivers directly from Intel all started working for the new model for the last two days.
    Now none of our Dell models will reach the task sequence stage. PXE boot, and we have to F8 in to command line to stop the computer from restarting.
    The machines do get an IP, but will not start the task sequence.
    Following errors from smsts.log file:
    Failed to send DDR (0x80004005)
    RegOpenKeyExW failed for Software\Microsoft\SMS\Task Sequence
    GetTsRegValue() failed. 0x80070002.
    The full smsts.log file below. All distribution sites are having the same issue as well. (if this helps)
    Running SCCM 2012 SP1
    Windows 7 OSD
    Thanks for any assistance.

  • OEM IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused

    Hi,
    When I want to connect to OEM, I recieve an "java.lang.Exception: IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused".
    In emdb.nohup there is "----- Fri Apr 25 12:11:57 2008::The agentTZRegion value in /oracle/10.2.0/SUNAPART_ARTED08/sysman/config/emd.properties is not in agreement with what agent thinks it should be.Please verify your environment to make sure that TZ setting has not changed since the last start of the agent.
    If you modified the timezone setting in the environment, please stop the agent and exectute 'emctl resetTZ agent' and also execute the script 'mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn' to get the value propagated to repository -----"
    But when I want to stop or start or resetTZ anget It xon't work.

    I wonder what the Killed is ?
    It appears allready when I do emctl start dbconsole -->

  • EM 10g : java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null

    I have installed 2 db on 10.2.0.1.0. The first one is running fine and easily manageable via Enterprise Manager. When I open EM on the second db I receive "java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null" with no further explanation. When I try startup/shutdown, I get "Couldnot contact the agent. Verify that the url for the agent is null". However the db service and the DB console are up and running. I can connect via SQL*plus to manage my DB.
    From a java application the connection fails with "java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection"

  • Agent Error? IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused: connect

    For the past couple of days, I have been running into the "IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused: connect" error. I am running 10.2.01 on Windows 2003R2.
    Along with this error, the DB Control shows agent unreachable.
    Is there anything that anyone knows that may have caused this issue?
    Thank You in advance,
    Jeff

    Jhep,
    Have you changed the timezone settings on the database server? Check emdctl.trc and see what it says. In the meanwhile, (a) stop dbconsole service, (b) execute emctl resetTZ agent and (c) restart dbconsole service.
    Kindly should refer to the following Metalink Notes for a possible workaround:
    bq. Metalink Note ID: 362888.1 "Startup Agent: EM Agent will not start due to Timezone mismatch (Daylight \\ Savings changes for Australia)" \\ Metalink Note ID: 409121.1 "Startup Agent: Agent Fails to Start due to Incorrect Timezone File Used as \\ Pointed by ORA_TZFILE" \\ Metalink Note ID: 388280.1 "Startup Agent: ORA-20233: Invalid agent name when running \\ mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn procedure in repository"
    Lastly, see if any of the following post(s) are of any assistance to you:
    bq. Oracle 10g EM DB console Host Preferred Credentials for Windows \\ Oracle 10g EM DB console Host Preferred Credentials for Windows \\ New Error -- Since DST 2007 \\ New Error -- Since DST 2007 \\ DST Patching for Grid Control Release 2 \\ Re: DST Patching for Grid Control Release 2
    Hope this resolves the issue.

    Most probably your Enterprise Manager is missconfigured. You may require to reconfigure it, rebuild the repository and reconfigure your EM console.
    Before you proceed. Has it ever worked?
    Are all required services up and running?, i.e. listener, database?
    Is your environment properly configured (envrionment variables)?
    Are you able to start your console from the command line with the emctl start dbconsole command?
    Please feedback.
