[SOLVED] Noisy FAN - High CPU Temerature - Hybrid Cards

Question

Hi,
I have a new laptop, which with windows even if he uses 800+M of ram and allot of processor the fan makes no noise, with linux/arch instead makes allot of noise even if I use only firefox.
I tend to use minimalistic stuff (except firefox) and I use openbox + slim, all other appl's are normal.
I have done some tunning as well :

without success
using sensors it's shows only 2 of my 4 CPU's  [why is happening?]

and the temp it's quite high as you see even if currently it's doing nothing...
