Hi Experts,
Users have a few AP Invoice which they have some typo, thus they canceled it by copying the whole invoice to AP Credit Note (w/o changing anything).
But when they try to cancel it, it says u201CGL Account is missingu201D.
After I try to search high and low for this GL Account, I couldnu2019t find anything. Thus I asked the users to u201CRight click > Duplicateu201D the rows in the AP Credit Note (delete the original), and then I was able to add it successfully OK.
But after the AP Credit Note is added, we checked back the JE posted by system, we realized some amount was posted to the u201CPrice Difference Accountu201D (which is not correct, because there was no price differences between the invoice and cn at all).
Have you experienced smth like this before?

Hi Chin,
The target Document uses the same G/L accounts than the Base Document, and maybe the G/L account was entered in the Account Determination after the Invoice was added.

If there is a Price difference then that will be known through PRD account..
Instead of avoiding PRD, you should see that there will not be any Price difference..
Basing on PRD the client will be able to know the fluctuation in price...

I have checked the Document after posting Miro and i checked in FB03 is it showing as same as the Material Price different account is showing in Foreign currency values i.e., USD where as in Local Currency it is showing as Zero Values for that document.
MIRO Document is displaying as:

i have checked the Currency conversion rates it is already maintained for USD to JPY and JPY to USD.

Can anyone please tell me wow the SAC amounts are posted to G/L accounts through Inbound Invoic Idocs??
Can anyone point me to the code that permits INVOIC02 IDocs to post the SAC (service allowances and Charge) amount to particular G/L account??
What is the logic??

Hi Sunil,
When ever you prepare a billing document it creates an entry in General Ledger as Trial Balance has to be generated for the company all the expenses for a company should be recorded in GL. So that a company can see view their profit/loss figures.
As Billing is a sales related transaction it creates an GL Entry where in
Debits    --> Customer Account
Credit     --> Sales Revenue Account
And when the Customer Makes a payment with reference to the bill
One more GL Entry will be created i.e
Debit     --> Bank Account
Credit    --> Customer Account
With this we can track the customer balance (What ever balance is there in Customer account is customer Balance)
I think this is very clear with respect to the question you had asked.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) have you tried deleting them from your iTunes library and redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ? Re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Not all of the users in our environment have this issue. If the users having this issue, install a secondary email account, Gmail, Hotmail, etc, then they can send through those accounts. Why would the exchange account not be seen to send photos?

Sounds like it worked until the policies associated with the account that are creating the problem were fully pushed down.
Try setting up a new (test) Exhange account and see if it behaves the same way on the phone (after removing the problem account from the phone, of course).

For iTunes purchased music you might be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. For music from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) then unless you had subscribed to iTunes Match and uploaded it to it from your computer then no, it won't be stored anywhere

I am not able to open any existing document using the upgraded version of application. How do I connect all the existing txt,PPT,XLS doccument to the new upgraded Document-2 application and then to edit it on my iPad.

As suggested I had deleted the free application and did a hard restart the iPad. I have again copied the document using iTunes. But I am not able to edit any document using this app. Document 2 (paid version) supports editing features of the txt/ xls /ppt files. Try resetting the SMC.
MacBook and MacBook Pro with a battery you can remove
Shut down the computer.
Disconnect the MagSafe power adapter from the computer, if it's connected.
Remove the battery.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Release the power button.
Reconnect the battery and MagSafe power adapter.
Press the power button to turn on the computer
To reset the SMC on newer Mac portables with a battery you cannot remove
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.
