Some error in logic. unable to decipher

Question

This program is not giving the desired output. It is accepting a two dimensional array of marks and subject code.in the super class constructor. Calculating the points of the marks with the formula, of the respective subject code, and sorting for the bestfour subjects and also total the best four subject marks and display.
It is compiling perfectly, but giving the output of the default values and total of marks as 40. Can someone identify the error in the logic.
