Some error need to modified in the document

Hi
I am testing service desk 6.5 , trying to sync device detail to service desk...But I find some function do not in this version (6.5)...In the step6 of section 2.7 ,"Control CMS via RFC" & "Super>Configuration>AMIE Snapshots Tab" do not exist.
If it is exist...Who could teach me how to make them show up?

    I don't know if this is the right section but I experience the following issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI installed on Windows 8.1. When I start Acrobat the related window opens normally but, after some scroll up and down along the document, it blocks, Acrobat doesn't respond to any command I can give and, in place of the pointer arrow, a vertical bar, as the one of the text editor appears. The only way I can stop Acrobat is by means of the task manager. I tried to de-install and the re- install Acrobat but the behaviour is always the same. What can I do??

    Have you opened Acrobat and gone to Help>Updates to get an updated install?

    Can you plz explain me elaborately, where should i check for partner function of the equipment and how this partner function is related to this issue.

    I am trying to attach a document that was created on the same computer to an email.  i continue to get an error message that indicates the document is in use, that i must close it, and retry.  i can't find where it is in use.  i have closed "word" which is the application it was created using.  i have restarted the computer multiple times, no luck.  what do i do, to reconcile this issue?

  • OOTB workflow gives error when user rejects in the document in publishing a major version.

    Hi All,
    I am using OOTB workflow with little customization  with following configuration
    1. Allow content approval enabled
    2. Configure a workflow with following general settings true
    3. Start workflow on publish of Major version only is enabled
    4. workflow has following configuration enabled.
    Now, when user start publishing of major version and Starts the workflow. workflow starts without any problem.
    But as and when the user rejects the document it is rejected with Reject status with "Approval Status" as well as workflow status which is expected.(This is correct )
    But when i look at the workflow history i can see at last line there is an Error with
    An error has occurred in In [Workflow Name].
    Now when user check out and check in item again and try to publish with Major version again. it gives errors that the previous version is still running.
    I have trace a lot and also test with original OOTB workflow itself. it is behaving the same.
    As per my findings there is problem in "Completion condition of this task process" the end task process is not being executed correctly.
    I tried to end the task process with End the task process action but it is still not working.
    I need some help in this issue as users are facing problems in case of rejection. I hope some one has the solution for the same.
    Two things i have noticed are
    1. My MS office 2010 professional plus is expired as i was using trial version
    2. I have made stop inheriting tasks permission and remove all default groups as i have settings in workflow "Only allow task reception and process owner to read and edit workflow task"
    3. Earlier i had also installed "Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates". i had also observed that (installing Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates) before that if user has selected "Automatically rejects the document if any participant rejected". it ends
    with "rejected" status. At present it remains in inprogress and not stops with rejected status.
    Can any one give me a hint what should be the problem ? Is it a problem with latest Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates ?

    I have done following testing.
    1. The server in which i have not installed sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates the above scenario is working fine without any problem
    2. I have also observed following logs of error in server where April 2012 updates is installed.

  • Some error in cluster alertlog but the cluster and database is normal used.

    i used RAC+ASM,RAC have two nodes and ASM have 3 group(+DATA,+CRS,+FRA),database is 11gR2,ASM used ASMlib,not raw.
    When i start cluster or auto start after reboot the OS,in the cluster alertlog have some error as follow:
    ERROR: failed to establish dependency between database rac and diskgroup resource ora.DATA.dg
    [ohasd(7964)]CRS-2302:Cannot get GPnP profile. Error CLSGPNP_NO_DAEMON (GPNPD daemon is not running).
    I do not know what cause these error but the cluster and database can start normal and use normal.
    I do not know whether these errors will affect the service.

  • I'm trying to install a layer style (.asl) in photoshop cc 2014 and I get the error message 'Could not place the document 'filename.asl' because no parser or file format can open the file.' Any suggestions?

    I get the same error when trying the same thing with the default styles, so it's not the file.

    So, if you click on one on of the layer style sets already on the list, such as Text Effects 2, you get the same message?
    Which version of mac os x are you using?
    Did you upgrade your mac os with photoshop cc 2014 already installed?
    Do you have the lastest version of photoshop cc 2014, which should be 2014.2.1
    (listed at the top of Help>System Info from within photoshop)
    Do you see the same layer styles as shown above on your list?
    Have you moved/copied any plugins from an earlier version of photoshop to the photoshop cc 2014 plugins folder?
    The layer styles shown on the list above are the styles that ship with cc 2014 and should be in
    /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC 2014/Presets/Styles
    (the mac applications folder where all the other mac applications are installed)
    You might try resetting the preferences, but you might need to uninstall photoshop cc 2014 and then reinstall.
    (don't drag the cc 2014 to the trash, but use the Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 in the photoshop cc 2014 application folder)
    To reset the preferences
    Press and hold down the Shift+Command+Option keys while starting photoshop cc 2014
    Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop settings file
    Press Yes

  • Error in Process While transfering the Document

    Hi,
    We are on SRM 5.0 configuring Extended classic scenario. SC is approved and it has created the incomplete PO in SRM. Eventhough the vendor has been assigned while ordering the SC, it still display as blank in the PO. When I select the Vendor again in Process PO and selecting again the vendor and ordering the PO. The PO is created sucessfully in SRM, but while transfering to backend "Error in Process" is diaplayed. A dump is created in R/3 raise exception with title "PARAMETER_ERROR".
    Please let me know why the vendor is not getting asigned properly while ordering the SC and also how to correct the issue.

    I checked in the program : CBRC_EXIT_47_PUR , the piecf of code is :
    IF ( I_UCOMM IS INITIAL ) OR
         ( I_METHOD IS INITIAL ).
        RAISE PARAMETER_ERROR.
    at this place it fails and raises the parameter error.
    When we are creating the PO directly in R/3 we could break at this point and both the above aprameter contains some values and it goes well.
    But we are unable to break from SRM by putting the break point. I think any one of this parameter is empty and so it goes into this block and raises this exception. Please let us know how we can break from SRM at this point, so that we can find what values are coming from SRM.

    Input to the program could be a page number.
    I mean, when I open a document from a java program, it shoul display a particular page of it directly.

  • Getting error when tried to learn the documents in OFR Designer

    Hi All,
    As per project requirements, I have to create Classification and Verification LearnSets in Oracle Form Recognition Designer depending on three Invoice Types-- PO,Non-PO and Pre-Approved.
    First I created three derived classes under Generic Class -- PO,Non-PO and Pre-Approved.
    I can add documents in Classification and Extraction LearnSet, analyze them, but getting error when click on the Learn button, I couldn't make the engine ready in learned state from the Definition Mode.
    Always getting the below two errors:-
    1) Cannot compile. May be not enough classes defined or too few documents assigned to the classes.
    Cannot learn the BrainwareView : DefaultView
    SERbrainware : Learn, learning error (7)
    2) Cannot compile. May be not enough classes defined or too few documents assigned to the classes.
    Cannot create Brainware Dictionary for BrainwareView : DefaultView
    SERbrainware : Create/AppendDictionary, preprocessing error (3)

  • Reduced Sized PDF - "An error was encountered while saving the document" - Adobe Acrobat 11

    I have users randomly getting this error when trying to File > Save as Other > Reduced Sized PDF.
    There's nothing unusual about the PDFs. They're not encrypted or secured.
    I've tried creating "Preferences" and "PDF Optimizer" folders in their profile folders but that didn't fix it.
    Issue is just intermittent and I'm not sure what to do to fix it.
    Users are printing and using a scanner as a work-around which is not ideal.

    There must be something about these PDF's that are not meshing with Acrobat.
    This is not a specifically known issue. Would you mind sharing some specifics about your workflow? How were these PDF's originally created? What software was used?

    You have to provide system information and other details like what documents you are trying to place into which, where they are stored, what their color modes are etc.. Even your setup fot the PS memory and swap file could matter...
