I can't get the Sonic game to transfer onto my new iPod. Works fine on the 3rd generation one.

After upgrading to 1.1 Sonic would not run on my iPod. I then uninstalled it, uncheck the sync Sonic, sync ipod, then recheck and sync again. That might help.

After updating to iOS7 Sonic the hedgehog 4 episode 2 won't start! and i can't find any updates in the appstore for it

i really enjoyed the game
i think apple should have released a couple of more betas i think iOS7 is somewhat buggy on iPad 3 and not as responsive as iOS 6 did

Hi there. I'm having the same problem: my iPad won't import some photos from a folder, saying that they can't be read. They are all JPEGS and some photos taken at the same time have synched fine, but out of a folder with 200 photos, it only lets me synch 37. I'm synching albums created via Photoshop Elements 6, which has worked fine until now.
I've tried deleting all photos and re-synching, and have also deleted the iPod Photo Cache, but it hasn't made a difference.
The iPad auto-updated to the latest version of iTunes, so maybe that's what's causing it?
Any advice gratefully received!

I have the same problem and I am very upset. I have heard that Apple/iTunes is removing all songs that are unlicened for this type of download. Apple does not want to be responsible for pirated music. Much of mine is down loaded from CD's. I have to go to search and put in every song and then, if found, put it into My Music then back into iTunes. WHAT A HASSLE. I don't remeber reading anything about this. 224 songs so far. NOT HAPPY.

Is sonic the hedgehog working on the ipod nano 5th generation?
That's what it is writen on itunes: These games are compatible with the iPod nano (3rd and 4th generation), iPod classic, and iPod (5th generation) only.
Does that mean that it will work on the ipod nano 5th generation?

I can understand your problem but we should always go through Reviews before Buying any applications, It atleast it gives us an idea about that application. After going through those review of that Application I am not surprised about your situation ,Because everyone is complaining about the same issue as you mentioned.So I don't think there is any solution untill developer or vendor of that application come forward and give some sort of solution .

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Mobile

Hi I bought Sonic The Hedgehog 2 for $3.99. But all I got was a demo version of the game. i also tried contacting EA through the email ([email protected]) and ([email protected]) but all it says is that i can use the website but when i search for the app to talk to a game adviser the game isnt there. anybody help?

Massive bug in Sonic the Hedgehog -or is it just me?-

I've got a 5th gen iPod and I was very excited by the announcement of Sonic the Hedgehog for it to while away the long train journeys! However, there appears to be a massive and crippling bug that means I can't get 10 seconds into a game.... I think i've traced it down:
Holding the down button (the play/pause of the click wheel) for a longish time will cause the game to freeze, and then Sonic will quit, returning me to the games menu.
I'd be interested for others to confirm this bug, because it'd be nice to know that it's not just me, and that Apple is aware of it. Perhaps the bug is because holding play/pause normally turns off the iPod?

On my 3rd gen Nano, holding down the "down" button (ie the play/pause button) actually goes one further, and turns OFF the ipod - in the middle of a game! I'm training myself to just touch the play/pause to look down, or to spin, but it's hard! Still have the muscle memory or whatever from my Megadrive from years ago. It's also incredibly hard at the moment to switch thumbs for jumping. On the old Megadrive controller your left thumb would control direction and your right thumb would jump. On the tiny nano click wheel, you need to switch which thumb makes you jump according to which direction you're going in...if you're running right, your LEFT thumb has to be used to make you jump: frustrating. I've tried the B control scheme but find A generally better. And the game is still fun though!

I can't find where to delete that email login. iCloud is also showing my new email login, plus a bogus one I accidentally created trying to fix this problem. Now the calendar on my MacBook Pro won't sync with my iPhone5.

It sounds like you have the Find my iphone Activation lock for sure. Go to www.icloud.com/find and see if you put in that Apple ID that is coming up and yoru password to see if you are able to sign into the account that way to turn it off. If you are unable to, you will have to contact AppleCare by phone (chat cannot handle account lock outs or forgotten password due to not being able to verify your identity) and see if they can reset it. And are you sure the Apple ID that is coming up yours?

10.1.0.4181 won't stop trying to load, and now the Calendar won't sync

Hello, my Q10 upgraded to 10.1.0.4181.
1) BB Link trying to upgrade and it's already done. I turned off the auto upgrade but that hasn't fixed it.
2) Now my local Calendar entries won't sync to Outlook. I restored from the backup taken just before the upgrade, but still no calendar entries. I don't want to put my private info on the cloud.
I've read other threads on issues with 10.1.0.4181 but haven't seen anything on how to fix my device. Any suggestions?

I have a new desktop. I've loaded all my CDs onto it but the music won't sync with my phone. Why not

I recently needed to replace my desktop, Whern it was all set up I connected my iPhone and synced it to the new desktop. Everything syncs but my music. All my purchased mucic syncs but not my own CDs. I've now loaded all my CDs onto the new desktop, created the playlists, etc. I connected my iPhone again and made sure the computer is authorized and clicked on the image of my iPhone on the left side of the screen. I then clicked on Sync entire music library and clicked on Apply. But my music still will not sync. What do I need to do?

Try clicking on your iPhone under devices- go to the Music tab - uncheck sync music- Remove Music - Click apply - Wait for sync to finish then try rechecking sync music - Apply.

Help please - have a Nano and a Shuffle and neither are working! The Nano wheel appears to have stopped working - I can't get it to do anything. I've done the reset,it worked the first time but not since. And the shuffle won't sync with my library!

I have an iPod shuffle 4th generation and an iPod Nano 5th generation . The Nano wheel appears to have stopped working - I can't get it to play or anything. I've done the reset and it worked the first time, but now the only way I can get it to play anything is to shake it and go with the shuffle choices - I can't change volume, song, pause or turn it off.
So, I decided to start using the Shuffle which I was given as a present last year. I've plugged it into my laptop (running windows 8 and newest version of iTunes). It appears in iTunes on the left hand side, but when I click to sync (whether I tick sync all or choose artists) it says synched but has no music. It seems to not be linked to the music library - when I tick synch all songs, next to the "sync music" it says 0 songs?
Any help to fix either would be really appreciated - I'm without any music at the moment and I'm going away this weekend!

After upgrading to iTunes 7.1, the iPod won't sync

When I first upgraded, I got an error message that it didn't recognize my ipod, so i agreed to restore to factory settings.
But when I try to sync now that I've upgraded and restored, the iTunes freezes about 10 or 20 songs into the syncing process.

When iTunes attempts to sync photos from iPhoto, it shows the amount of the iPod drive taken up with photos, BUT NO usage on the drive graph itself.
When Sync Photos from iPhoto is deselected and another sync attempted, iTunes asks if photos should be removed from iPod, despite the previous sync being unsuccessful. When I choose to remove the photos, the amount shown taken up by photos disappears.
Does anyone know what the error message quoted in my question above means?

Hi guy before the IOS6 I had downloaded Sonic 2 and it worked so well but only 1 week after, when Apple started the convert to IOS 6 this game does not work anymore,,, and it doesn't actualizated until now...could you say me how to upgrate this, or if I have to wait until Apple disponibilizes the new version? thamk you so much

Did you think about the fact that app might be incompatible with iOS 6 and needs to be updated? Contact the app's develper and ask them.

I have upgraded my families devices to IOS 7.0.3, but now the devices won't sync with our home Mac computer. I believe the problem is with my iTunes account (currently 10.6.3)...when I try to update our iTunes account I'm getting the message 'error -42408

Well...with lots of trial and error...here were our steps...
Downloaded newest OS for our home Mac
Made sure all downloads on devices (iPads, iPods, iPhones) were downloaded properly
Installed newest version of iTunes on home computer (had trouble with this due to iTunes remaining open)
Finally was able to connect devices and sync them properly.
I am definitely in the technology challenged area, but after many hours I feel pretty proud of myself that I was able to complete this (with my sons help )
