Sorting files according to type in Pcmanfm is not working properly.

Hi,
For a long time I just ignored this fact, but as now I'm trying to make everything work as it should, my problem with Pcmanfm bothers me more and more. I would like to sort files according to their types. Nothing easier, right? So I chose "Sort by type" option and got this - (1).
As you can see, the files are not in the alphabetical order as they should (but are sorted by type) But, when I click on View menu (Widok on the screenshot - (2)) the files jump back to their original, alphabetical order, still being grouped according to types (3).
Anyone encountered such a problem before? Tried to find something familiar with no results. I'm using FAM with Pcmanfm, maybe there lies the source of my problems?
I'll provide every information you might need, just ask.

Hm, so it seems that the problem is on Pcmanfm's side. Thank you skottish (once again), let's hope that this will be solved somehow.

Reading a binary file using the type cast function is not working

I am trying to read a binary file. Using the Read from binary file and type cast functions I can actually get the information from the file.
I set an indicator in the “Normal” option in Properties. I can read the header and footer but not the body of the file; For the body of the file all I can see is characters of the type
“C¾ Ü Qþ X@ “. One of the other options, Password, seems to provide an output of just the characters that were originally written, but then again, I can not read the characters because it is only asterisks and I can not copy them onto a word processor either.
I tried setting the indicator in Hexadecimal mode, then creating a local variable that acts as a control and use the type cast function again to see if could convert the Hexadecimal string to readable ASCII characters; unfortunately, this did not work either.
I don’t know what else I should try or if there is something that I may not be doing right and for that reason I am not getting the desired results. I hope someone has an idea about this issue.

Well, actually I don’t have any information about this file. I will try to obtain information about it though.
This is a file that contains velocity information; there are 65 channels that form a velocity profile in a pipe. Also, there are 4096 velocity profiles. I don’t know what is the format of these values.
The software that creates the file provides a text file. Using this text file the velocity information can be processed and then plotted.
I want to avoid all these intermediate steps and read, process and plot everything using only LabView. BTW, I am using LabView 8.2

Attachment of type XLS/CSV is not working properly while sending mail

Hi,
I am trying to send mail through the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1. I am passing data to send a mail with a XLS/CSV file as attachment. I am sending data as ASCII (/Text) mode.
It is working fine in our development system but not in Quality system. In Quality system I am getting the mail with attachment the formatting within the file is messed up. But if I pass TXT instead of CSV it is working fine.
My question is though CSV/XLS/TXT extensions are ASCII formatted still why it's not working for XLS/CSV. Again it's working in Development then why it's not working in Quality.
I have tried the same code in different systems... 4.6C and 4.7 environments also. But it is working only in the development server of 4.7 versions (EBP). It's not working in an environment which is a refresh of the system where it is working fine.
Please let me know anyone who faced similar kind of problem and got any answer.

Check your conversion rules in both systems to see if they match. On 4.6c Transaction SCOT on your pull down menus Choose Settings-> Conversion rules.

Once I wrote my password, and for now on, everytime I start the session, another window advise me that "Java SE 6" is missing, due that, the computer can't run some "CS5Service Manager". If I try to install it, the download ends with an error. If finally, you skip the istallation, you arrive to the dock, but the menu bar at the top of the screen doesn't show up.
In addition, my trackpad doesn't works either. I can move the arrow but i can't click anywhere, probably because the option of clicking by touching is disabeled and I can't performance a regular click.
I'll be very glad if someone know what the heck is happening with my computer. Anyway, I'm going to the genius bar next Saturday. Thx!

"Document type" in access sequence not working in free goods

our requirement is to provide free goods with the main items in portal.
for this i defined access sequence 1.Customer/Material and 2. SalesOrg/Documnet Type/Material.
for access sequence Customer/Material it's working fine but when i use SalesOrg/Documnet Type/Material it's not working.
problem is that when i use Document type in access sequence it's not working.

What do you mean with "Access Sequence"?
In CRM 7.0 EHP1 there is a generic framework-feature available which allows the defininition of the tab-order.

Pick activity is not working properly while creating two or more file adapt

Hi,
pick activity is not working properly while creating two or more file adapter for bpel process.
bpel process compiled and deployed succesfully but while observing the wsdl file of deployed process you can find only one file adapter. so it polls only from that location.
can anybody help on over this? or it's limitation of jdev to use only one file adapter at time while using Pick.

Right-click (or ctrl-click) on a file. If the "move to Trash" option is greyed out, select "get info" and read the permissions at the bottom of the info window.
Wat are they?
Do the same for the enclosing folder - what permissions does that have?

SWF file not working properly in Explorer

I have made a kind of slide show showing jpg images loaded
from the web in an swf file, and it will not work properly. It is
my first .swf application, and I am using the free downloadable
FlashObject.js to load the swf into the browser. The problem is
that it sometimes loads perfectly, while other times it will not
work at all! It is not the paths, because I have tried setting the
images in the same directory as the swf, and not importing the
image names thru flashVars. What drives me mad is that it works
consistently in Explorer, the first time I load it, and the first
time after I have cleared the temporary internet files. Otherwise
it will not load at all. In Firefox however, if randomly fails to
load about one time out of ten or something like that. The code is
compiled using the free downloadable compiler. Anyone have any idea
what may be wrong?

Set publish settings to FLASH 8.
Never use FLASH 9 with Actionsscript 3... This adds a lot of instability.

I render SWF at 30fps at 1920x1080 then into AE, then scale down to SD wide screen resolution 720x480 16x9.. set scale to 45.5 x 44.5 percent.
I output final animation at Quicktime ANIMATION 100 millions of colors... 1.21 (16x9)audio added at 48k
I have hundreds of hours trying to make this work reliably and finally I got the mix.
Then I take QT to Premiere for final edit, audio and titles.

You will need to use an external DVD drive to run the disc installer that came you your machine. You can also do it with another Mac using the Remote Install Max OS X app. Finely, if you have access to another computer, you could burn the install image on a USB thumb drive, boot from that, erase the drive and run the installer.

my keyboard is not working properly. To get an a i have to type a q. To get a w I must type a z. M is the semicolon. Period is less than sign. I have turned off the computer and unplugged the keyboard and it still does not work. Running OS 10.6.8 Just noticed I have to use caps to get numbers.

Somehow I had gotten my keyboard preference changed to French.
If you have more than one keyboard layout enabled (checkmarked in the Input Sources section of the Language & Text control pane in System Preferences), then pressing Command-Spacebar or Command-Option-Spacebar will switch the active layout from one to the next.
You can prevent that from happening by either -
• Reducing the number of enabled keyboard layouts to one; or
• Turn off those two keyboard shortcuts. You can do that in Syatem Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts; click the Keyboard & Text Input in the left pane, then uncheck the two "select" items in the right pane.
