Specific text (VBBP object) without sequence access to maintain in a report

Hello,
I maintained a new text without sequence access in VBBP object. I've got well my text in my sales order item but I don't find how I can use my data in a report.
So, is there a table linked to my text?
How can I find it?

Hey Jed,
You can actually use a sequence call with any of the test step types. In order to get this functionality go to Configure>>Adapters... Uncheck the Hidden box next to the Sequence adapter. Then when you place a sequence step down choose the Sequence adapter and choose like string or numeric test. Then it reports just like a normal step. Make a parameter that is the text you want displayed in the report. Turn off all reporting for the steps inside the sequence.

It sounds as if your ex has your AppleID and passcode. Change the passcode.

SanjayBala, just so you know that it is possible to create a database link in Oracle to non-Oracle databases in some circumstances. Look up Generic Connectivity aslo know as Heterogenous Services. With 11g Oracle has basically renamed the feature and replaced it with somethinkg named ike DG4ODBC.
I have not spent time studying the details for DB4ODBC but with HS Oracle provided the interface and you had to obtain the necessary ODBC driver on your own. I had Oracle on AIX reading and writing to SQL Server on Windows but the developers chose to write a java program and connect to both via it. On Windows and Linux platforms the necessary ODBC drivers might be available without the requirement to go out and purchase one.
The Oracle Open Gateway product is an advanced version of the above features with drivers for specific non-Oracle databases included like DB2 or Informix.

Anchor Object without Modifying Text

Short:
Is there a way to place objects and attach their location to a particular numbered paragraph, without using anchored objects, i.e., is it possible ot make an anchored object without a inserting an anchor into the text?
Long:
I am currently assembling a document where the text is placed from a Microsoft Word document and figures will be placed from a variety of sources (.pdf exports of TeX equations, .ai figures, etc.).
I have explored anchored objects to some extent, and they provide all the functionality I need, with one exception.
I would very much like to be able to insert figures into my indesign project and be able to update my text in Microsoft Word without losing the insertion points. As it is now, when I update my linked Word file, the anchors are removed from the text.
One approach I considered was to complete the majority of the text in Word, then place the text into InDesign, break the link, add my anchors, and complete revisions in InDesign. Unfortunately, this approach will not work, as I am using a reference manager in the text, and reordering/adding/removing references would become exceedingly tedious in a document with dozens of references and nearly 100 citations to those references.

Tween text, publish as image sequence

I'm trying to tween one font into another, which I am able to do by breaking apart the text into objects and using a simple shape tween. The preview and exported movies look as they should, but I would like to be able to export the frames of the animation as jpegs, targas, or pngs so that I can import this image sequence into photoshop as layers.
Idealy it would be great to be able to take the .fla file itself and open it up in photoshop as a layered document, yet I don't see how this is possible either. Does anybody know how I can automate the process of exporting an image sequence without having to go frame by frame and exporting bitmaps individually?

CRM Campaign determination on R/3 sequence access

into my CRM system, I use Trade Promotion object. The access sequence are present into R/3 system:
SPRO > Integration with Other SAP Components > Customer Relationship Management > Basic Functions > Campaign Determination > Maintain Access Sequences.
Into Accesses folder, is present a 'Requirement' column, but, How can I use VOFM transaction for create a new requirement? This transaction is correct?

After some hard work finally the answer is clear. It is possible to have campaign determination in R3 sales order for an marketing trade promotion (without customer or pricing conditions).
As an example if there is a trade promotion for indoors(publicity) and no pricing discount or free goods, you can have this campaign determined in correspondent sales orders.
Indeed it is necessary to used conditions technique but not pricing condition in CRM trade/spends tab.

Authorization object for BW access from BOBJ

I log in to BOBJ using BW ID (Single Sign On enabled) and execute a WebI report. This return error WIS 10901. This error eliminated once i add SAP_ALL to the user
Can anyone advice what are object that the user should be granted in the BW side in order to execute the report

When I execute the query using analyzer , I have the query result returns without any errors but in BOBJ WebI report Iu2019m getting the following error
Query 1 - GLConsol - SSO
u201CA database error occured. The database error text is: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. You do not have sufficient authorization. (WIS 10901)u201D
When I change the list of company code that this user have access to * (all company code using the tcode rsecadmin) this error disappear and Iu2019m able to run the WebI report perfectly with all company code listed
Please advice what am I missing

Movie not loaded without internet access

We have developed a flash movie to industry showing production data for a machine. Clients running this flash movie in a web browser. Some of these clients have internet access and others do not.
The clients have access to intrernet shows flash movie without problems.
The clients without internet access just shows a black box with the text note loeaded movie.
The customer does not want to connect these clients to intenet but would consider opening specific ports or websites if necessary.
What is it that requires flash player from internet to download flash movies?
Flash movie connects to a server over XML socket to exchange production data. Serve respond to requests for policy-file-request with <cross-domain-policy> <allow-access-from domain='*' to-ports='*'/> </ cross-domain-policy> \ 0th
It does not matter which version of the flash player or internet explorer that we use. We have tested many different varieties.

What errors are you getting when connecting to the server? There's several events you should be listening for, e.g. Event.CONNECT, Event.CLOSE, DataEvent.DATA, IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, SecurityErrorEvent.SECURITY_ERROR, etc..
One of those should be giving you some useful information about the connection status.
What sandbox are you using? Here's some info on setting the sandbox to essentially Administrator level so the SWF is allowed to connect to all resource types via a config file:

If not running AIR (which removes the need for that config) you're going to want your SWF to have access to local filesystem and networking without restriction. You should check what Security.sandboxType is set to. If the config file is successful (or you use the SWF settings menu to add the SWF as trusted) it should report Security.LOCAL_TRUSTED. If it's AIR it will report Security.APPLICATION. Then you know the SWF has permission to access network.
Outside that the events returned from the socket connect should let you know if the problem lies on the server. I'm assuming you're already running a Security.allowDomain("*"). I don't know if this pertains to LAN IP ranges however, that'd be a good question. It falls in WAN in the 192.168.x.x and 10.0.0.x ranges.

Looking for an app that will alarm on specific text messages.

Looking for an app that will alarm on specific text messages. The idea is to use the message as a pager without a monthly subscription. There is a similar app for andriod called firealert.

I could not find any app that would do this. There are different types of message apps but nothing that I could find to do what I am looking for. For a specific contact I would like the message to have a notification that will not go away until I acknowledge it. Just like you would do if it was a pager.

Language specific text in 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN after sp8

After the application of sp8, we encounter a problem when we execute queries directly from the query designer (using standard template 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN). The buttons on the second row (under the query name) have the following text:
'Taalspecifieke text bestaat niet: TYPE=REP KEY1=SAPLRRSV KEY2=757 LANG='
translated:
'Language specific text does not exist: TYPE=REP KEY1=SAPLRRSV KEY2=757 LANG='
The login is in Dutch. Before sp8 (with sp7), we didn't have a problem. I've alreade re-actived 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN from the business content, without results. Does anyone have a solution for or experience the same problems?

Is it possible you did something else to solve this problem. We are still encountering it and SAP has been unable to identify any issues yet.
I have installed Front end path 801 and 802. And this problem is still occuring.
It doesnt seem to be front related though. I was just wondering if there is something you did as well that might have contributed to correcting this issue after installing SP8.

I need generate an unique number without sequence. I am using Oracle 11.2, here is the details. The column idSeq is unique withing one specific idType. I don't want a sequence for each idType.

insert into tb_test
(select case when idSeq is null then 1 else max(idSeq)+1 end, 3, 'Main street');
I am having ORA-00937 : not a single-group group function error, any suggestion?

In this example, the CASE expression depends on idSeq, which is not an aggregate, not a group by expression (there is no GROUP BY clause) and not a constant.
Also, the sub-query must have a FROM clause. All queries and sub-queries in Oracle require a FROM clause.
any suggestion?Use a sequence. The numbers won't be consecutive within each idType, but what does that matter? Chances are, no matter what you do, you won't be able to maintain consecutive numbers within each idType anyway.
If you won't use a sequence, then you can try:

Normally, if SAP is unable to update or read any text at either header (Table STXH) level or item (PSTXH) level, it will throw this error.
So you have to check these tables and find out the root cause of which text is creating problem.

Search for specific text in numerous forms

Hi,
Looking for help to find forms that use hardcoded database links.
Earlier in Forms 4.5 we used to convert all the 100 and odd forms to .fmt and then search in the fmt files for specific text. Forms 6i converts pl/sql code into something else hence we are not able to use the same technique as earlier. Does anyone have any suggestions for doing this in 6i.

Forms 6i will also do a proper Forms Doc / Object List Report from the command line (eg f60gen script=no build=no forms_doc=yes batch=yes module=${MOD} userid=${CONNECT_STRING} module_type=${TYP} output_file=${OUT} module_access=file)
