Spilt tea on iPhone 4 - PANICKING LIKE MAD
Hi everyone!
So I knocked a cup of tea (milk and no sugar, if it's relevant) over on my desk and it landed on my iPhone 4. I dried it with a cloth pretty much instantly and it was still working - except for the external speaker. It won't make any noise (though I've tried it with headphones and they work okay).
Any advice? I've removed the SIM, turned it off and had it in a box of rice on top of the radiator for about 2 hours. I'm a poor student so I can't afford to replace it if it's broken! Is it possible to have the speaker repaired, and if so how much could this cost?

Just for the future, and forgive me if it's obvious, but I have an iPhone 4 from the first day possible, and adopted a simple rule: never have the phone on the same surface or a lower, associated surface, than any liquid. Never let a child hold it. Always have it in a cover that protects all sides of it. Never leave it near an edge that my cat can pull it down from. Never carry it in a pocket from which it can escape without jumping or undoing a zip.
It cost me about six hundred quid. I should be less paranoid?

Why would you make a new account? This will likely cause many problems. Just get you old account enabled.

Why does my iPhone 4 vibrate like crazy once reached 90% while charging?
Ok, so my iPhone 4 is like a five months old maybe. I have been using an iPhone for over two years now. Last night when I was charging my phone it went crazy once it hit like 90% or 95%. So you know when you plug your phone up and it lights up and vibrates, right. Well today, when I got home from school it was at 46%, I plugged it up than it did the iOS 6.1 update. Once that was over my phone charged, when I reached 95% it vibrates. It'll do the same thing as it does when you first plug it in. My charger is all the way plugged into the wall and all the way plugged up to my phone. My phone case is not blocking it, because on my phone case, it is all open. Before the iOS 6.1 update it was doing this. I haven't dropped my phone, or spilt anything on it at all. I have not changed the screen color or anything. It is a plain black iPhone 4.
Hate to say it but everytime I've seen this it's due to water damage. Check the indicators

Can I use more than one blue-tooth device at the same time on IPhone 4S? Like a wireless headsets and speed and cadence sensor for cycling computer, receive the data and listen music simultaneously
As long as the profiles are different (ex. HID vs AD2P) you will not have any issues. But say if you try to use 2 keyboards at once, it won't work. Or 2 headsets at once. Your scenario seems fine.

Can there be more than one icloud account on a computer? I have an icloud account with my iphone but would like to view my photo stream on my husbands mac. I do not have a mac but an older PC. thanks

The simple answer is yes you can. On a single user computer, the user can have secondary iCloud accounts, which they can add through the system preferences > mail, contacts and calendars. The only drawback here is that only the primary iCloud account can use photo stream. This can be worked around by having a second user account on the Mac. Each user account could then have a different primary iCloud account, one for you and one for him, your account could then receive your photo stream pictures.
Are you also aware that you can have iCloud on your PC and download your photos stream pictures to it. -
My husband and I each just got iPhone 4S. We also purchased the New iPad.
We've set up individual iCloud and iTunes accounts.
We each have contacts that we don't want to share between our iPhones, but would like to share on the iPad.
I'm seeking help as to how to sync these accounts properly to obtain this goal.If you intend to "share" the iPad, that's not gonna work if you both have separate Apple ID's & iTunes accounts. Like iPhone, iPad is not presently designed to be shared like a computer. Confirm if this is your intent.

I just got an iphone 6. Not all of my music was on itunes, so I logged in and instead of clicking set up as new iphone I hit restore from backup, thinking it only pertained to the music in itunes. Now my new iphone looks just like my old iphone and has iphone 5 settings. How can I undo and get back to iphone 6 settings?

I upgraded to iOS 5 on my 3GS without any issues but now everytime I connect to iTunes the message ' iTunes was interrupted while restoring the contents of the iPhone. would you like to restore the phone again now? with the options of cancel, continue restore and delete back-up. what happens if i click delete back up?
I'm not getting the message anymore!
What I did:
1.- Went to preferences in itunes/ Devices --> erased the corrupted backup (there were two backups)
2.- Upgraded to iOS 5.0.1
Done!
PS: Maybe upgrading solves the problem without erasing the corrupted backup -
My iPhone 4s acts like I need to plug in to iTunes and I got an error message saying it failed to download update and now the screen won't go away. USB port end on phone with arrow pointing to iTunes...
Now iTunes will not recognize my phone as a device...

I have had an iphone 4, i lost the phone with all the contents ie music, i then bought a new iphone and would like all the music i had previosly bought throughmy old iphone to be updated onto my new iphone? As i had paid for it i assume i can just download it somehow? Any ideas?

My text flickers like mad on NTSC monitor
I burned a DVD and tested it on my computer LCD screen. It looks fine.
But when I tried it on an NTSC monitor, the intro text flickers like mad.
OK, the fonts are a bit small to squeeze everything on, but it should not flicker as much as it does.
My font face is plain Arial.
The rest of the DVD is OK.
(ps: I did the text in Motion, imported it into FCP and rendered it out ProRes422 HQ). As I say, it looks great on my computer monitor.the fonts are a bit small to squeeze everything on
this could be your problem
the choice of the text has to be compatable with the rezolution of the CRT - thin horizontal strokes cant be resolved properly and results in flicker
a good rule is to size text so that 30 lines of text can be displayed in the screen hight- if it doesnt fit, throw out some of the text or put it on a separate screen -

Iphone 4s i have made my update to ios 7.04 and when i send are receive a message text are a call of one of my contact, the contact is automaticaly deleted !!! Somebody know why ita frustrating

I made everything as well as was written, but on completion of the ios 6.1.3 installation the iPhone asks to be activated through wifi or through a wire to the computer.

The zoom in zoom out gesture doesn't work on my iPhone 5c. Like when opening an app it doesn't zoom out and opens. It also doesn't zooms in while pressing the home button to return. The gesture is just like any other Android phone. Like while closing an app by pressing the home button the icons seem like zooming in and falling back to their respective places. This thing happens in my friends' iPhones but this thing doesn't happen on my iPhone 5C. Please help.. I am unable to find anything wrong with the settings either.

But every time I double press the home button and swipe up the apps to close them from running in the background Gtalk lite logs me off. I have to log in to Gtalk lite again. I was looking for something like that happens on Android phones. You are always logged in even after you close them from running in the background. And also is it possible to log in to more than one gmail account on Gtalk in iPhone?
