SPImport.Run() Security Error

Question

Hi i got "The security validation for this page is invalid. Click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and try your operation again."
when SPImport.Run() method.
This is my code....Any Solution?

SPImportSettings importSettings = new SPImportSettings();
importSettings.SiteUrl = destination;
importSettings.FileLocation = FILE_LOCATION;
importSettings.BaseFileName = "gfrdev.cmp";
importSettings.FileCompression = true;
importSettings.RetainObjectIdentity = false;
importSettings.LogFilePath = FILE_LOCATION + @"import.log";
importSettings.Validate();
SPImport import = new SPImport(importSettings);
import.Run();

I haven't been able to find a workaround for this problem
neither using FormDigest nor Allowing Unsafe Updates on the destination web.
Also, running this code from Console Application works OK, but if code runs from Application Page it is not working (even with elevated security).
Exception "The security validation for this page is invalid. Click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and try your operation again. " is thrown when SPImport.Run() is called.
