standard Cash Management reports that SAP offers are transactions FF7A (Cash positions) and FF7B (Liquidity forecast). Apart from it you can create own reports using transaction TRM0.

A Quality report as a tool for the Quality management of Web services
Hi everybody,
I would like to explain and discuss my current research project with you:
The differentiation from competitors is crucial for the economic success of a product. This differentiation can be achieved in addition to price and the date of the market entry through the product quality. To differentiate the quality of products, it is necessary to distinguish between several relevant product characteristics, to determine their values, to evaluate these values and to relate this evaluation to the evaluation of other products. Techniques for the determination of the quality of a product are used in many areas of the quality management, e.g. in the quality assessment.
Web Services are software systems supporting a machine-machine interaction over a network. Web services are often used as modules in different software architectures, especially in Service-oriented architectures (SOA).
In the course of quality management of a Web service applied in software consequently needs appropriate procedures and quality models as means to determine the quality. As there is a lack, research is needed in this field.
In order to eliminate the described deficit, a procedure is to develop that helps to determine the quality of a Web service. A report is conceivable which integrates all relevant views, all influences on the quality and all phases of the life cycle of a Web services.
During the research a lot of similarities between Life cycle assessments of environmental management and the quality management have been identified. These similarities include e.g. principles, procedures and the terminology. Since the Life cycle assessments relate on the product life cycle, on the stakeholders and on all relevant product characteristics, an adaption of the method on the quality management of software seems to be promising.I would like to answer the following two research questions:
- Is it possible to adapt the principles and procedures of Life cycle assessment and Sustainability reporting to the quality management of Web services?
- Is a quality report based on these findings an appropriate tool for quality management?
Do you have any experiences with the quality management of Web services? Which procedures do you use to determine the quality of Web services? How are your experiences with that procedures? Where are their weaknesses?

Batch Management report Issue.

Step 1 : I have material X and Y created with class u2018XYZu2019, and characteristic value temperature 10 u2013 100 c
Step 2 : I have done Goods receipt for both the material
Material document Material Batch Number Characteristic Value

I have two questions now?
1. Is there any report to find out the list of materials with characteristic value 10 C?
2. is there any report to find out list of batches for 10 C?

Is Quality management module required to be used for vendor evaluation?

There is vendor evaluation functionality in MM. Is use of quality management module is mandatory for this? I wish to track the performance of vendor regarding quality (How much he has supplied, out of which how many are accepted and how many are rejected). Can I get this report without using QM?

Satishyou can enter Quality results manually in vendor evealuation, so QM is not necessary for this, however with QM you can get the scores semi-automatic and automatically.

Oracle Reports - Distributing Multiple Reports in a Management Report
Hi,
I am new to Oracle Reports and would sincerely appreciate some guidance.
Requirement.
I plan on using Oracle Reports to write multiple reports containing Text, Graphs, Crosstabs, Tables etc. There are 3 developers and each will be developing a number of reports.
At the end of each month, we need to run all the reports and publish it into a Management Report Pack.
This Management Report Pack must contain a table of contents with the names of the different reports and page numbers. Each Report in the Report pack needs to have a header, footer and page number.
The number of reports will change on a monthly basis so the page numbering will not be specific to a report.
Summary,
3 developers writing multiple reports
All reports must be run and then printed out in a specific order.
Table of Contents page with page numbering for each report.
How can we do this with Oracle Reports?
Is it possible, and if so, how?
What is involved and what is required?

Thank you.You should be creating a universe using the table with filter utilizing a column which accepts a parameter value of language and shows the data in that specific language. This concept is already used in SAP standard audit universe which accepts language for any query and shows the data in that language.. The logic for the derived column for the table should look something like below Table.LANGUAGE = @Prompt(Select language)

Quality Management - Usage Decision error
Hi all,
My scenerio is - There is a material ABC which is procured from the supplier. The Quality of the material is 'below standards'. However, material ABC, in Tcode QA11 Usage decision was done as ACC1 (accepted). Since the material ABC is not meeting quality standards, Usage decision is changed to RET1 (Bad Raw Material - Return) using Tcode QA12.
Now the problem is that when I enter QA11, the system does not allow me to enter as a message appears 'Detailed Info- Usage decision made is disallowed' is showing.
Please provide me a solution as the material is lying in the unrestricted stock and it has to be returned to the supplier. Also please consider costing implications.

Integration with Quality Management
Dear Friends,
We want to integrate DMS with Quality Management. We want to attach originals in the transactions Quality Usage Decsion (QA12 ) and Inspection lot (QA03).
I didn't found any objects for these. Is there any standard objects there. How can we bring the tab / screen for attaching / assigning DMS document in above said transactions.

Shall I know the difference between "service for object" (for certain transaction availble on top left corner) and DMS link (thru customization adding Object link ). Sall I know the advantages / disadvantages in both cases.
SAP didn't given DMS link for all certain transactions like QA12 . In that case can we allow the users to use this functionality for certain transactions like QA 12 thru authorization.
When we are using DMS, how to restrict the users not use this.
I do understand that we can create new objects and assign to DMS Doc. types. We can do it thru SE 80 or create new objects, module pools SAPLCV130 and SAPLCV140 and function module OBJECT_CHECK_XXXX (XXXX = object name).

CC 5.1:Incorrect Management Report
Hi All,
I have the following 2 queries:
1. I have created one user 2 days ago in production system
and assigned SAP_ALL profile. There are 2 background
jobs scheduled to run daily and those are:
1.User/Role/Profile Synchronization (Incremental)
2.User/Role/Profile/Critical Actions Batch Risk Analysis
(Incremental) with Management Report option selected
I have been monitoring these jobs daily and these job are running fine and are in Ready status.
However much to my surprise, the number of violations have not been increased inspite of assigning SAP_ALL profile! Earlier, when I assigned SAP_ALL profile to any user on temporary basis, CC immediately increased the number of SOD violations to 2 or 3 times what already is available.
FYI: when I am doing user analysis from Informer Tab,
the user Id what I have created is properly shown. If I
select "Critical Roles/Profiles" as Report Type, its showing
that this user is assigned SAP_ALL profile.However what
I expect is that SOD violations should also increase in
Informer Tab. Otherwise, the results shown by CC are not
reliable.
Kindly suggest me any work arounds.
2.When we run these reports, in Informer tab, CC shows all
SOD violations based upon certain criterion. But my
question is: Is there any way by which we can determine
like what changes have been made to what objects (Users
Roles or Profles) during a particular period of time, lets
say during last two days?

Quality Manager - Clearing Unscored Call recordings
Probably a very basic question, but unfortunately I'm not yet familiar with this product.
Some of our supervisors wish to clear out a backlog of "Unscored" recordings from the list in Quality Management Desktop, so that they can start with a clean slate the following week.
Can anyone advise how to do this? I've searched documentation and googled but haven't had much luck.Hi
The unscored reports will eventually disappear.
You set different retention periods for scored and unscored recordings in the admin tool.
The idea is that you might for example set:
2 weeks for unscored
1 week for scored
Then your scored recordings would disappear after being available for a week for review, and the unscored ones will be around longer to allow time to get round to scoring them.
The scores are then kept on file (along with answers to the rating questions etc) for reporting purposes.
The retention periods are configured on the Workflow in QM Desktop Administrator...

Solution Manager 7.1 SP10- Alert Management Reporting no input
Hello there,
we use the Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 10 for System Monitoring (with customer specific tempaltes and SAP Standard templates), the PI/PO MOnitoring an some other Features.
By the way if we start the dashboard for "Alert Management Reporting" we don't get any data.
Also we can't select the managed objects.
In the "BI Diagnostic Center" there is the overview for the Reporting Scenarios. We see our Scenarios "System Reporting" and "End USer Experience Moitoring" active. When i select "Alert management Reporting" and try to click the Button "Scenario Setup" nothing happens.
Is this a bug?
Can anybody help me get the Alert Management Reporting Dashboard run?

Please follow the instructions of the note 1862024.
The ALM extractor is scheduled within the "Technical Monitoring"
setup in SOLMAN_SETUP, step 7. Before in the scope selection you need to
select the solution manager system. If the extractors are already
active, you'll need to deactivate (also uncheck the "keep
custom settings if checked), then restart SOLMAN_SETUP and re-activate.

The idea is replace, not create of additional fields ( as described in SAP BusinessObjects Data Quality Management (DQM): Enhancements for more fields other than address data for Duplicate Check SAP Business Objects Data Quality Management ( DQM ) Enhancements for more fields other than address data for Duplicate Check.).
Could you please let me know if the standard XML file sent by the RFC server contains the Account_group column.

the additional data tab is controlled by means of classes created in DMS.
if your requirement is something like,
project name
responsible person name etc..
for this - in CL01, you can create class, say Project XYZ
in CT04 - you can create characteristics as project name and person name..etc for this class.
in each characteristics you can maintain the values which will serve the requirement.
