STATUS 64 Needs to be post automatically

Dear All,
Could you please help to post the idoc automatically. normally idocs came to 64 status.
in Partner profile i have set this idoc as "Trigger Immediatly". still its not working.
through the program "RBDAPP01" posting not accepting by the client.
how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
I had this issue when a new piece of custom code was added.  When a piece of custom code fails, it is possible that the IDOC does not leave status 64.  Check if there has been any custom code added to the inbound processing of the IDOC.
Also, if you are using any inbound lookup tables in the inbound processing (for example, EDPAR, EDSDC, etc.), check that you have the entries that are needed.

  • Unusual Error in G/L account creation because of "Post Automatically only"

    Hi,
    While creating G/L account, I am facing typical Error. Please find below sequence of activities I did.
    1) Given G/L account number and company code on first pop Up
    2) Went to Create/Bank/Interest Tab and gave Field status group
    3) Came to Type/Description tab and given account group
    4) Came back to Create/Bank/Interest tab.
    5) Now I am not able to change tab. If i click on any tab, it gives message "Fill in all required entry fields" and this is coming because I didn't check marked the "Post Automatically only" tab.
                     If I check mark the  "Post Automatically only" tab, i am able to move across tab and error message doesn't comes.
    As per my requirement, I do not wish to check mark the  "Post Automatically only" tab.
    Why Error is coming? What should i do?

    Hi,
    The field status of G/L accounts are controlled at two places,
    1) At account group level, (check for the particular account group whether this field has been made mandatory or not)
    2) At the transaction level, (here transaction does not mean the regular FI document transactions... but the create G/l, Change G/l, Display G/l through FS00 each activity is called as a transaction with regard to the master data maintenance here also when you create the G/L accounts the field status need to be checked if it is made mandatory or not.
    The field status of any field in the G/l master would be the compound setting of both the above areas.. and the ranking order logic would be SDRO  - Suppress, Display, Required and Optional.
    If in either of the places 1) or 2) if the field status is made Suppress in one and Optional in the other then Suppress prevails... similarly other combinations too work.
    Please check and revert.

  • Invnetory Upload - Post Automatically - Inventory Recon Account

    Hi, We are trying to change the status of the GL Master, by checking the box meant for "Post Automatically" for a GL Inventory Recon Account. However, the system gives an error message and does not allow to save, the error message is "'Post auto. only' and 'Recon.acct for acct type' cancel each other out".
    If we do not check the "Post Automatically" we are not able to upload the Inventory. Can anyone help as to how can we make the change in the GL Master and make it Post Automatically?

    Thanks for the prompt response. The problem was solved as per the advice of one of our FI friends. To share with you, it was required to keep the space meant for 'Recon Account' blank in the GL Master, under the control data tab. Then by checking "Post Automatically" the system allows to save.

    FI-MM
    1. List material gl accounts like consumption, closing stock and provisional liability accounts
    2. Valuation class wise material gl account assignment is required and provisional liability gl accounts.
    3. From MM point of view material consumption gl accounts will root through MM transactions like Goods issues to orders, Goods receipt from orders .... All the material consumption gl accounts hit by stores so that we can get inventory reports correctly.
        From SD point of view revenue gl accounts, VAT receivable accounts has to be hit from SD condition types through.
    4.You can provide the above information and in related to that say that entries rooting through other modules will helpful for getting reports will full and correct information and incase of creation any new reports according to the client requirement these will helpful.
        In FI make sure that TDS gl accounts also post automatically button activated so that we can make payment through J1INCHLN.
       According to point of view these are the some points. please some one add some more points.

    You are asking the wrong people
    Closing a period is a business decision.  When you close a period, certain records are written that enable your FI and CO people to close their financial books and produce any required end-of-period reporting.  In most companies that make financial statements on a regular basis, such as value of various types of inventory, they need a clear delineation between one period and the next.
    Closing the period from a Material and inventory perspective (MMPV) creates that clear line.  Once the line is drawn, and the records are written, then everyone can continue making transactions.  The financial data can then more easily be extracted, and reports written, using data produced during the  period close procedure, instead of trying to create reports while transactions are continually updating the inventory and other accounting type information.
    So, ask your Accountants in your company why they want you to close your MM records each period.
    In addition to Inventory records, other types of transactional data relative to accounting must also have similar "clear lines" drawn between reporting periods.  These are the Financial closings you are talking about.

  • Data to be fetched from legacy system to SAP and doc needs to bee posted

    Hi Experts,
    I have a requirement where my client is using some application in Legacy system(Fuel Software) which receives fuel(Petrol, Deasel, CNG) in system and issue the same to company owned vehicles and wants that sap should be integrated and document also needs to be posted in sap for all the receivings and isssuences against their vehicles.
    Process Designed is:
    1. Required Data file will be picked from legacy system with some date stamp and will be placed in sap directory.
    2. There will be batch job which will check for new file based on date stamp.
    3. Will pick record n will pass to Goods_mvt_create bapi and then will post the document.
    4. We have created Vehicles as Internal orders in sap and whenever any issue will be there internal order no will be captured.
    5. By this way we are receiving and issuing in sap.
    Now my problem is i am stuck in designing step 1 and rest 2,3,4,5 steps have already been designed and working fine. Need your help in step 1. Else you may suggest some better way-out but again want to mention rest steps are already mapped

    Hi,
    1. Open Item Managed account means there will be matching debits anbd credits in a GL Accounts which can be cleared. For example GR/IR clearing account is an open item managed account. The Goods receipt documents are to be cleared with invoice receipt documents.
    2. Post Automatically menas manual entries are not permitted, Entries get posted through FI - MM/SD integration. For example when a billing document is posted in SD an accounting entry to Revenue / Customer are posted automatically. Revenue account is set up as auto posting only and this will ensure that SD and FI values always match.
    Example of Open Item managed and Post automatically is GR/IR clearing account.

    iam working on File-IDOC scenario, when i test the process the XML message is created with no errors and
    but the IDOC is created with status 51( application document not posted)
    the details error shows:
    An error occurred in CALL TRANSACTION USING or CALL DIALOG USING
    during a synchronous update.
    The error was caused by the transaction VA01.
    previously i used same test data that time it was working fine,
    please tell me how can i fix the issue.

    Key in your Idoc number in BD87, execute
    select the error message and then follow the menu path :
    EDIT --> restrict and process  (Select)
    In the next screen UNCHECK the Bkgd Processing and execute
    Now EDIT --> Process --> foreground from error or in foreground mode.
    This will lead you the screen where it errored out.

            PO process by interface was wrongly GR posted.automatic the GR posting didn't registered the correct amount of the PO for the line item ($1746) but for less ($1) is posted.automatic GR posted with a wrong/different amount from line item.
         We are  canceled GR and post it again looking for system to recognize it correctly but this was useless.after GR posted for I$ DOLLAR,we are posted IR doc also.Im still pending for  analysis of the reason why this GR was wrongly posted,your  instructions and explanation of situation appreaciated.please help me.

    Check the tolerance limits defined in IMG under
    Materials Management -> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -> Goods Receipt -> Tolerance Limits
    Also, check "over delivery" and "under delivery" tolerances defined in Material Master under "Purchasing" view.
    Also check in IMG under
    SAP Netweaver -> General Settings -> Currencies -> Define rounding rules for currencies
    For the company code/currency combination for which payments are to be made not in the smallest denomination, but in a multiple of it, enter the currency unit (rounding unit) to which amounts are to be rounded.
    This ensures that the amounts in this currency are always rounded to this unit (providing the amounts you enter manually are also rounded in line with your entry). The payment program evaluates your entries to determine the cash discount and rounds off the amount accordingly.

  • IDOC status 52 - Document not fully posted

    Hi all,
    On transferring HR data from R/3 to CRM shows two IDOCs, one which is posted- status 53, and the other with status 52 - document not fully posted. IDOC details show that central person for employee and relationships could not be created. The org. structure is replicated but employees are not.
    Now there seems to be a reason behind this, this is the second time I am having problems with IDOCs during HR/CRM integration I have had the same problem when earlier a system client copy was taken and faced the IDOC transfer problem in the copied client. In fresh installations the integration works fine. Are there any system buffers to be refreshed or anything else on the technical side or am I missing settings on the CRM side ?
    Please help ASAP.

    For an employee(18730) 1st idoc has been generated on 03.06.2013 from ECC to CRM with these infotypes data (0,1,105) but idoc status is 52, and again changed on 04.06.2013 infotype (2) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM and same again changed on 06.06.2013 infotype (6) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM. But still Business partner has not been created in CRM.
    We are facing for few employees related this issue.
    I have been checked SLG1 and WE02 in both ECC & CRM, Please find the attached screen shots for your kind reference.
    Please let me know is any other process to solve my issue.

    Hello Experts !!
    Needed your help much in a scenario where,
    A reservation created from a PM Order needs to create an automatic Transfer Requirement (TR) in WM directly which can later be converted to TO.
    (Please note that, I want to skip the GI part in IM with respect to reservation)
    Kindly suggest if there is any standard configuration for the same.
    Do batch jobs / user exit can only do it ??

    If you don't want to wait until PM order confirmation, use batch program for MB26 to issue committed quantities.
    Please note that MB26 will not handle serialized material issue.

    I am having third party sales scenario in my project. After creating sales order it is creating PR and at the creation of PO, System is picking the trading GL account from OBYC. But it throwing error that automatic posting is not allowed and only direct posting allowed. Please advise whether GL should be post automatically GL or manual posting .

    Dear Jigar,
    We too are facing the same issue. We could process PO when "Post automatically only" tick was removed on COGS G/L account.
    But I believe there should be a logical reason behind this, an SAP Note or something related if it is SAP Standard process.
    I am still not clear why the account shouldn't have this tick.

    Iam trying to post crosscompany code transactions in FB60.when i try to simulate the system is showing the eroor message as
    Company code offsetting cannot be posted automatically. Its between 2 company codes i.e 1000 and 2000. If i reduce some 1 rupee or 1 paise in any one of the line item the system aloows to post the transaction. i dont know why its shows these error if the all the balances are equal.
