Statutory reports in Madhya Pradesh

Hi All,
We have a plant in Bhopal and we r in need of
Form 18 (Register of Leave with wages ),
Form 19 (leave card) and
Form X as per M.P.Factories Rule 1962.
Are these reports available in standard SAP for madhya pradesh ?
By appling any special patches can we get these specfic reports for Madhya Pradesh.
Experts Plz advice.

I am not that aware of Forms...I have just gone to PE51 and tried to create a remuneration statement , thats all.
Also if the returns and reports formats are available in SAP . what is the Transaction Code to see and customize the forms available........

Options to do statutory reporting

We would like to find out how other companies are doing to accomodate for statutory reporting.   For example, we have a France company code which needs to make monthly adjustments to some accounts to accomodate for their statutory reporting.
Currently, we know of 2 options to do this:
1. Create another France company code and have them post the statutory adjustments in this company code only.   All other postings (ie. US GAAP) are done in the main France company code.   So then for the statutory reports, they will combine data from these 2 company codes.
2. Create a group of account numbers within the global chart of accounts to be used specifically for France statutory adjustments. These accounts can be of a different acct number length so that it can be easily differentiated. For example, if 600000 is labor for US GAAP, 9600000 is labor for France statutory adjustment.   This way, only one company code is needed for France.
Do any of you know of another way (maybe an easier or more efficient way) of doing this?

To see the Free Chars panel Click on ROWS / COLUMNS
To see the Restricted Key Figures panel Click on ROWS / COLUMNS...select a Keyfigue in the Columns > right click > Edit...Drag and Drop a Characteristic object from the left side and restrict that > OK.
To create the Calculated Key Figures select the Key figures panel on the InfoProvider level ( Left side ) > right click > New Calculated Key Figure.
In BI 7 BEx Browser is replaced with Information Broadcasting.

Dear SAP,
While we create Sales order in CRM for Madhya Pradesh State JIVP (VAT Payable) showing twice in order, but calculation has taken one time i.e. 14%, only JIVP displaying twice (Attached Screen shot S3.JPG) in CRM order, when comes to ECC side it is showing correct entry (Attached Screen shot S4.JPG) .
Due to duplicate condition records exist in CRM table CNCCRMPRCUS956 (Attached Screen shot S1 & S2.JPG).
This happens for MP state, as duplicate entry exist with MP state only,
Please guide us to resolve the same.

There is two thing. first is that when you create a sales order very same time pricing conditions added in the transaction as per the pricing procedure add for transaction type. these pricing procedures are transaction type specific not state or country specific so it will work. check here you are getting duplicate condition ?
When ever you add material in the transaction that very time one the basis of the pricing condition added in the transaction IPC method do pricing. check after adding material in transaction duplicate condition is coming ?
Secondly whenever the document replicates in ERP re-pricing again happening on conditions so theses conditions get corrected in ERP. Here if document is re-priced then system will consider it as change so again there suppose to be Bdocs get created from ERP to CRM again overwrite document so condition will be synchronized in CRM . I would request check the same too and revert.

Employer Address on Statutory Reports

Hi ,
I'am trying to amend the employer address that appears on IYM reports for 5 companies .I have managed to change the employer address stored under employer tax reference section in SPRO(payroll GB->Basic Settings->Employer tax details-> Assign PAYE ref to payroll area-> Employer reference details).However, for a particular company , the IYM/ EOY output lists the personnel area text instead of company name.For all the other companies the company name is displayed correctly.I'am not sure if there is a feature /config step that determines the output settings on Statutory reports.Does anyone know where these settings are stored?

Thanks for the prompt response Chander.The problem we have is related to the company name displayed on the output.Address details are being pulled through correctly and everything looks ok but the personnel area text is displayed on the output followed by address instead of company name and address.I was wondering if there is a feature/setting where we can get the system to display company name on the output instead of personnel area .

Dear Expert,
My client has specific rule that on every 3rd Late coming half CL should get deduct from quota.
I wrote PCR and have value in daily balance for deduction from cl quota. now what to do to deduct from quota. the deduction should revert if the data is regularise through 2001/2002/2011 .
I tried to use through function UPDTQA.. but this is deduction every time if i force run the employee.
Any valuable input will be helpful.

For a company which is based in Vietnam, it is required that Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account is reported in the Local Language Vietnamese.
Is it possible to make such setting using the Country Specific Chart of Accounts ?

This note does suggest December, although SAP UK tell us it will be January now. This leaves very little time for testing and introducing new business processes as required.
We are on R/3 Enterprise 4.7 - has anyone else on a similar level thought about how they will apply the changes?
