Std report to view planned price1, planned price date1 in view costing 2
Hello Guru
Is it possible to view planned price1, planned price date1 in view costing 2 in material master using standard SAP report when I select specific material and plant in selection screen ?
I really want standard SAP report but don't want to create my own query specific for this case
Any reply would be appreciated

I am having issue with the report (S_ALR_87013611) that is actual/plan line items for Cost Center.
When i execute the report for a cost element 510200 the amount is 23,380.13, but when i drill down on it by double click on that amount the value in obj curr is 15468.91. Hence there is the differnce. When i futher drill down by double click on the amont of 15468.91 and i go to display group currency and take the total it is 23380.13 and display in local / doc currency the amount is 15468.91. I guess due to this there is difference. The cost center & the cost elements are the same i have checket it.
My concerns is that the group curr is USD and obj curr / local curr is USD. So is group curr and doc curr is USD then when i click on dislay curr and select group curr why the amounts are changing.
Kindly adivceTry to look if there is any filtering criteria applied in the report to which you drill-down.
The difference can be also caused by the "value type" - some reports show actual and statistical costs together in one column while the others strictly show (are defined to show) only e.g. actual costs (type 04) and not the statistical costs (type 11) -
Unable to view SmartList in Planning webforms in 11.1.1.2
Hi Friends,
I am using Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.2 webforms. I am Unable to view SmartList in Planning webforms.
steps I have done:
1.Created a SmartList.
2.Added entries to Smartlist
3.Assigned the SmartList to a dimension Member(Account Member).
4.In the webform I am selecting the same account member as Column member.
5.One Members for Row.
6.Rest of all the dimension members are POV/PAGE.
When I open the form I am not able to see the smartlist for the account member. I am not able to select.
Also I see that there is no "Enable Smart List" option in EPM (11.1.1.2). I have seen the same in 9.2
Any Idea what needs to be set or changed?

Have you set the evaluation order, Administration > Dimensions > Evaluation Order > Move the dimension that the smart list is against across to the right hand window.

For that, assign your Cost Comp Str in OKN0 and choose Product Group = material group.. This is one time config
Execute KKRV monthly after all period end setttlements are over... Then you can view KKO0 reports

Failed on Viewing an Explain Plan
I have some error while trying to show the query tree plan.
After I entered SQL commands and I click 'explain', it didn't show anything.
There suppose to be showing some kind of query tree right?
But it just a blank space.
Am I doing it wrong? Or there is some adjustment that I have to do before?

CS12 is to get multi-level BOM report. You can insert satndard price field and vendor filed into the layout and you can filter it within the report itself.
But what if you have several sources of supply and several prices (in info records!) for your goods? And this report can display only the multi-level BOM of one single material...
If you want a transaction described by you, you should develop an own report in ABAP - I guess...
You can post this thread in PP forum as well but I'm afraid there's no such kind of standard report in SAP...

There is no standard report to view vendor balances in foreign currency. If you want see the posted foreigh currencies in vendor balances just select Amount in document currency from your lay out. Other wise if you are posted in any currency and you want see it in other foreign currecies also then go for your own report through Report Painter and assign the currecy which you want.

Iam workig on the Std report on 0pur_c01 cube. when i opend std qurery based on that cube for item.
we have so many queries. in report i can see the prices of vendor , bur for some prices i can see the value as 'x'
what that x meansHi,
First open the report in Disply/Change mode and then see the all calculations in side the report, if you don't use any Formula Functions in side teh Formula calculations then you will get X, you can avoide it using Formula Functions.

It is difficult to suggest anything on these topics. What you are asking is something on planning processes. No 2 company does the planning in the same way (though, they might belong to the same industry).
It is important to understand the requirements. You might not even required any business rules for Sales and Headcount planning.
It cannot be generalized. You need to understand the requirement, to assess whether you require any business rules or not. Every company has their own reporting requirements.
