Stock report on the basis of valcation class

My abaper have create a stock report on the valuation class the report contain opening balance, inward stock, outward stock, clossing stock.i have done with the report the problem which i am getting in some of the valuation class i am getting the wrong all the figure
Please guide me for to fetch proper field and table.

i dont want MB5W because its analysis reprot. i want to get report on the basis of monthly, in which valuation class- opening balance, inward movement (value), outward movement (value), clossing balance.

The data written to the security audit log correspond to the DDIC structures RSLGENTR (up to release 4.6) and RSAUENTR2 (in newer releases). DDIC structures can be viewed using TA SE11 (data type).

Stock report with the field... last stock changed at certain date?

Is there any standard report with the date of the last change of the stock value and quantity?

Hi people,
I want to know why MBEWH have not any material stock information for period when doesn´t exist any inventory movement for some materials, for example I have a case in 12.2006 period the material A have stock quantity 100 and value 1000 and the next period 01.2007 no stock movements were done for this reason the MBEWH had to had the same values stock 100 and value 1000 in 01.2007 period, but in MBEWH is missing, there is not any information for material A in this period.
Anybody knows about this problem?

Analysis report on the basis of Planner group

In the existing analysis of Planner group using MCI4, is it possible to add Notification type in the drill down.
I required to do the analysis on the basis of Notification type also. And if it is possible to add Notification type to the Planner grp, my analysis report is get fitted in the Standard report, otherwise I have to prepare the Z-Report.

I want a report where i will select a "vendor" , "item" and it will give me the quantity ordered for that particular quantity to that vendor line by line and also how much has been has been received against each line being displayed there

It is basically 3 queries that merges the results into one result set. The first query retrieves orders, goods receipts and invoices, the second query retrieves orders and invoices, the third just orders that's still open.

Stock report in BW (valuated stock and Storage Location level)

Dear All,
            Regards.We got an situation here,
Case 1: R3 (MB5B) (Both "Storage loc" and "Valuated stock" shows the same Stock Qty)
1).The BW Stock Report shows values the Correct Values for "Receipt Qty" and "Issue Qty" with the Correct "Quantity total Stock" aswell.
Case 2 :   R3 (MB5B) (Stock is different between "Storage Loc" and "Valuated Stock")
1).The BW Stock Report shows the "Quantity Total Stock according to VALUATED STOCK Level(MB5B),but the "Receipt Qty" and "Issue Qty" according to STORAGE LOCATION Level(MB5B) .
We followed the "How to Handle Inventory "Doc with the proper sequence of Loading of Infosources and Compression.The data is sitting fine at the cube level.
It would be great if someone can throw some Light on this issue,on how the Query shows a COMBO of both Valuated stock and Storage Location stock....Held up with this issue for quite sometime..Had a look at the   Oss Note (589024)...........

In Inventory we have two quantity fields given to satisfy the requirement.
Valuated stock Qty - 0VALSTCKQTY
Storage Location qty - 0TOTALSTCK
You can make use of them based on your requirement. Hope this helps for you.

Stock Report in Sap ecc6

Dear Team,
I was previously using Russian J3RFLVMOBVED in Sap ecc6. It was working fine for the last two years for stock valuation quantity & Value wise. From Jan 2012 this report is showing Negative Stock in the report. For this i consulted ABAP for the check the values source (from which table these negative values are arising) in table MBEW & BSIM. These values also didn't existed in the Table mentioned above. Can any one advice me for this problem?
Also can any one provide me alternative report in sap ecc-6 for Stock quantities & Values on specified dates along with the sub locations.
Secondly is there any standard report for Material Aging?

I have checked mb5b its not addressing my issue as its showing valuated stock without location & Batches. I have checked S_POO_07000139, ITS ALSO SHOWING Valuated Stock without Batch Plant & Location wherease MC.1 & other MC Tcodes. They are showing valuated stock without batches material code & Description in a summarized form.
I need this stock report for the stock count on month End in a summarized form.
Please advice any other solution.

Condition record no are read from tables are KONP,KONW and KONM. However you can use ME1L as well.

How to get Opening Balance for Stock Report in Crystal Report?

Dear Experts,
I am using SAP B1 8.82.
I am new to crystal report and now trying to do a monthly stock report with the following format:
Species BatchNum OpeningBal QtyInKD QtyInRD QtyInCD Adj ClosingBal
ABC T1234 17.43 10.16 17.43 0.00 0.00 10.16
ClosingBal = OpeningBal + QtyInKD - QtyInRD - QtyInCD + Adj
Parameters:
- DateFrom
- DateTo
- WarehouseFrom
- WarehouseTo
I am having problem in defining formula to get the opening balance for each item. The report is grouped by species, whscode & batchNum.
Anyone please share with me how to write the formula for opening balance in stock report.

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".

Hi Harter,
Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports.

in my case matarial is split valuated matarial, matarial is maintained with two valuation classes
when seeing the report MB5B its not showing the price valuation class vise, its showing combined together only, again i am using the MC.9 there also same problem its not showing both the valuation class vise price its showing only one valuation class price, if we check for another valuation class price for that particular matarial its telling no data is availabel for the valuation class

Warning :: Derived class hides the base class virtual function

We are porting from CC5.3 to CC5.8 compiler with Sun Studio one compiler. After plenty of hurdles we are in the final stage of removing the warning messages... Amoung the plenty the following one is very common and in different files. Why am I getting this error in 5.8 and not in 5.3 compiler....
Warning: derived_Object::markRead Hides the virtual function base_Object::markRead(ut_SourceCodeLocation&) const in a virtual base
From this it is easily understandable that the base class mark read was hidden by derived class markRead... when we drive and override the derived class function.... It is all over the place....

Notice that warnings are not necessarily errors. But I applaud your desire to fix the code so that it generates no warnings. I wish more of our customers could be persuaded to do the same. :-)
C++ 5.3 issues this warning, by the way. Example:

line 2: Warning: D::foo hides the virtual function B::foo(int).
If for your particular code you do not see a warning with C++ 5.3, it would be due to a bug in C++ 5.3 that was later fixed.

Changing the report displayed on the basis of value selected frm the prompt

Hi,
I have requirement in which there is dashboard prompt which has three columns namely year, month and report name.
The user will select the report name from the prompt, once done the report that has been selected should show up
on the dashboard page and he should be able to select data on the basis of month and year from it.
Also, if the user wants to go to the other report he should be able to select it from the prompt and view it.
Pls shed some light on how to progress about it. As of now think if something like this is possible then it would definitley
need two prompts one for report name and the other for month and year.
