Analysis report on the basis of Planner group

In the existing analysis of Planner group using MCI4, is it possible to add Notification type in the drill down.
I required to do the analysis on the basis of Notification type also. And if it is possible to add Notification type to the Planner grp, my analysis report is get fitted in the Standard report, otherwise I have to prepare the Z-Report.

    For e.g. if the user selects 0 then current years data should be filtered out
    and if the user selects 1 then rest all years data should be displayed in a request.

  • Quantity appears in Sales Analysis Report when the Drop Ship Warehouse is used

    Dear Experts,
    We would like your help in the following case. We are using SAP Business One 9.0 (PL10)
    When a Sales Invoice document is added to the system using the Drop Ship warehouse, then in the report 'Stock Posting List' it does not display the document, which is correct since a Drop Ship warehouse is used.
    However, the report 'Sales Analysis Report' displays the Invoice, but it also shows the quantity that is used in the document, which is not correct.
    Why is this happening? Is there any setting that excludes the display of the quantity of the document from the 'Sales Analysis Report', when the Drop Ship Warehouse is used?

    Hi Vassilis,
    Sorry, but in my opinion it's correct.
    We also use Drop Ship and like you said in the Stock Posting List we don't have any document and it's perfect. In other way when we sell an item we want and it's true the quantity that B1 is showing.
    We want to see the for a itemcode we sold 100qty qith the value of 1000.
    There's no way to avoid this SAP B1 behaviour.

    The data written to the security audit log correspond to the DDIC structures RSLGENTR (up to release 4.6) and RSAUENTR2 (in newer releases). DDIC structures can be viewed using TA SE11 (data type).

    I require report that lists every supplier that my company has spent money in this fiscal year, need the actual average payment terms, number of days etc. And also how much has been spent with each supplier.

  • Pricing on the basis of specific group of materials by cumulating values

    Dear SAP Gurus,
    There is a requirement to cumulate the values of a certain group of material AND provide discount on the basis of that on the sales order.For example ,
    group 1 =mat A mat B if 1000 give 5%
    group 2 =mat c mat D if 2000 give 10%
    So at sales order
    mat A 1000
    mat B  500
    mat C  400
    In this situation ,group 1should be activated only and discount should be given and distrbuted on A and B.What will be the method and condition type for this situation.

    This is part of standard SAP pricing functionality.
    In V/06 check K029.
    Important fields to be activated are -
    In V/06, for your cond type
    Group condition
    Scale basis
    Create Material pricing gr. = G1
    and give it in MMR, MM02, Tab Sales: Sales Org 2, field "Material pricing group" in Materials A, B
    Then create the cond record in VK11 for your cond type (e.g. K029) with scales.
    If all settings are correct, then for sales order
    Mat A shall get discount
    Mat B shall get discount
    Mat C shall NOT get discount

  • Error Launching Web Analysis Report from the Hyperion Workspace

    Hi Everyone
    When launching the report as a HTML from the Workspace, the output flashes briefly on screen
    The view in the content pane disappears to leave a blank screen.
    When I Select View | Refresh. The following result is returned "Web Analysis Information" -1
    I have set the report in start up preferences. And Web Analysis preferences set to open as HTML
    After logging on again the following error is shown " An attempt to open "Actual vs Budget" Failed
    Show Details displays: this.getFocusRoot() is nullor not an object
    The reports all display correctly when launched from the Web Analysis studio
    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks for the advise but I have looked into your possible solution and referred to the Web Analysis user guide. I have a number of reports and when selecting the Design for HTML option - a number of objects are valid and should be displayed in the workspace.
    After creating reports from scratch - with valid objects - the problem still persists.
    Unfortunately, I don't think this provides a solution to the problem.

    It is basically 3 queries that merges the results into one result set. The first query retrieves orders, goods receipts and invoices, the second query retrieves orders and invoices, the third just orders that's still open.

  • Planner group authorization in order

    Hi,
    i am planning to give the chnage authorization of maintenance orders and notifications on the basis of planner group. The planner group is maintained in equipment master data and copied to order and notification upon creation. Now the problem i am facing is that i created one role for change order and in that i used the authorization object I_INGRP and maintain planner group values and t code: IW32. now when user is changing the order the authorization is coming in to picture but during order creation also the authorization check is there. I dont want the authorization check at order creation level but only at order change level. That why i only put t code IW32 in role. Can anyone tell me why the system is checking authorization at creation level and how to avoid this.

    As i understood, the planner group XXX need to change the workorder created by YYY for the equipment planner group XXX.

    1. Not possible to put validation for selection criteria windows.
    2. In standard, I don't think it is possible to hide only one item group.
    3. Alternatively don't give authorization to user for running sales reports. If still need create customized query and ask user run every month.

  • Sales Analysis report does not match Cost of Sales Account

    My client is running SAP B1 8.81 PL 6.  He has set all items to standard costing method.  He has discovered that the difference between the Sales Amount and the Gross Profit amount on the Sales Analysis report, which should equal the Cost of Sales for the Items, does not match the Cost of Sales G/L account on the P&L report.  If you look at a sample of rows, the above difference divided by the quantity equals the standard cost of the item.  There are no manual journal entries that affect the COS account for the posting period that is being analyzed.  I cannot see any mathmatical difference or problem with the above analysis, nor can I find the problem.  There is about an $85K difference between the reports.  The Sales Amount on the Sales Analysis report matches the revenue account on the P&L to the penny.  Has anyone ever compared these 2 reports?  Thank you for your help.

    If you right click on an Invoice and choose "Gross Profit" it will give you a setting on how you want to calculate the Gross Profit for that invoice.
    In the accounting point of view the "Base Price" should be "Item Cost" so that the Gross Profit will be (Net Selling Price - Item Cost = Gross Profit). This will give you the same Gross Profit amount between P and L and Sales Analysis Report.
    However, SAP B1 gives the user the ability to select a different base price other than the Item Cost.
    This gives the user the flexibility for the Sales Report. Example (Net Sales Price - Vendor Sales Price = Gross Profit). People do this sometimes because  the item's cost fluctuates if you use FIFO or average cost and they want a uniform cost to calculate their Gross Profit.
    In summary if the Base Price is not set to "Item Cost" then there will be difference in the Gross Profit between the P and L and Sales Analysis Report.

    Dear SAP Gurus,
    I have to desin a customized report in SAP
    Giving the Ageing analysis report for the total sales happening in a period per customer Account Group with the sales person responsible.
    For this Ageing analysis report has been working finw .I have now to assign the Sales personnel to the report.
    The Sales person is already assigned as a partner function in the Customer Account Group.
    Please tell me is there any procedure that I can assign a particular sales person in the Customer Master record.

    The ageing analysis report is available in the standard. Please check for that report using the Tcode SARP and select FIAR and browse for the report. You have to make the required changes to that standard to suit your requirement, with the help of your abaper.
