Strike through line is not coming up in PDF output

I have to strike through some data in my report. I tried in design time as well as in run time. In run time I used SRW.SET_FONT_STYLE(SRW.OVERSTRIKE_STYLE) method to strike through the data. It is displaying overstrike line in screen, printer, RTF and HTML outputs, but not in PDF output. Plain data is coming up in PDF format without strikethrough line.

but somehow the " ((bytesRead = in.read(buffer, 0, 8192))" is red underlined. i have no idea whether it is correct or wrong. i am using Jdev 11g r2.

Schedule lines are not coming for HALB after MRP run

Dear All,
I am not getting schedule line after mrp run, inspite of all required setting only purchase requisitions are coming.
Material type is HALB and involve a subcontracting process (30). For raw material I am getting the schedule line but in the case of HALB, it is not coming.
Pls let me know if I am missing something and guide me further on this.

Hi,
In transaction OMDT you have to enable the indicator create schedule lines
In MD02 MRP control Prameter here select the Delivery schedules -3- Schedule line. Processing Key as NETCH and Planning Mode - 3 delted and recreated.
Maintain source list ME01, in that put MRP indicator as '2' i.e. schedule lines via MRP.Put your agreement no in that.
If u run MRP properly u will get schedule lines automatically in ME38.
Make the schedule agreement, make it source relevent in the source list make is FIX and MRP indicator as 3.

I am closing this thread. As the vendor mentioned in scheduling agreement is not a subcontracting vendor. Its a individual vendor.

Cross check PDF/Smartform assigned to your PO message type and find logic on available in PDF/Smartform for showing line items in PO( discuss with ABAPer).
Also cross check other line items where material involved(which are not apperaing) and find the available of
Purchasing value key
1st Reminder/Exped.
2nd Reminder/Exped.
3rd Reminder/Exped.

Extra Page coming in the PDF output -- Urgent

Hi All,
I have created an AR Invoice Print report (pre-printed).
size of the stationary is half of A4.
In a single A4 page two invocies will be accommodated.
Here i have not used page break concept. I have adjusted the template with spaces.
But when are invoices are given in a range lets say 1 to 10.
The PDF output should have 5 pages accommodating 2 invoice in each page (this is working perfectly), but with this an extra black page is also getting generated. (The PDF is having 6 pages).
If the range is given between 1 to 9 the extra blank page will not get generated.
Is there any way to solve this issue???

Check on the "Anatomy of a Template I & II"... should work on your case. Also, make sure extra carriage returns and unnecessary spaces between tables are removed. If you use fillers, be sure to have the same height attribute as the field being filled.

Graph Chart not displated in XML PDF output

Hi,
Created an XML report with Pie chart and working fine in one instance (DEV). Migrated the same report to another instance(UAT instance) and when I run the report, it generates the XML report in PDF format but not displying the Pie Chart.
DBA Team has set up the Xserver but still not able to see the pie chart in PDF output.
Any ideas what is wrong with the report please. It's working fine in DEV instance and generating Pie Chart as expected.

Charts not displaying in the PDF output

We have developed a rdf using the Oracle reports Developer (version 10.1.2.0.2) and developed a RTF Template using the Template Builder ( Version 10.1.3.3.2). We are able to view the data in the chart and table formats locally in the PDF format.
But when we run from the ERP Applications Release 12 Concurrent program , We are able to view the data only in the tabular format and we are unable to view the "Chart" view in the PDF output.

RTF output not consistent with the PDF output

i would like to know why the code start@last-page works in pdf format but do not works if i generate the report in rtf format.

RTF & PDF output can't be exact same, we can minimize the difference by eliminating all extra spaces(Ex: from table rows, in between form fields etc.) from RTF while generating RTF output.

Xbox 360 Vga Kit Sound through Line-in not working.

So I spend time in windows from time to time, but for conveinence I would like to use my xbox 360 in both my Mac and Windows partitions. I have the Mac side of things working beautifully with a little program called Line-in. Under windows though, through all my searching and fiddling, I cannot get any sound to go along with my picture.
Sound is the only issue here, and I know it's not hardware related since it works in Mac OS X.
So far what I have tried-
--Making sure connections are nice and snug.
--Under audio properties in windows, making sure line-in audio is up.
--For the heck of it, trying it using mic settings with audio and Mic Boost on
--Looked for a program similiar to Line-in for Mac OS X, but could find nothing for windows.
I'm pretty stumped here. Now I'm at the point where I'm doubting a boot camp compatibility issue. I have a Core Duo from when the macbook pros came onto the market, the ones with the regrettably gimped video cards (Still mad apple underclocked the card without ever telling me). My audio is a sigmatel card. My drivers are up to date as far as I know. Any ideas what I can do to get some audio?
--Detail that may matter, I have sound coming out through a set of usb speakers. All of my other windows audio is fine.
QUICK UPDATE: I checked the sigmatel user panel, and it not only said that my line-in was ok, but that a device was connected. This only makes me wonder more, what detail I am missing here.

The OP reported their line-in input "broke" after upgrading to Leopard, however my MBP stopped recognising input from the mic on my headset a few weeks ago when I was still running Tiger. This might possibly indicate that the change in OS X's handling of the line-in input was present in a Tiger update, but I can't remember the exact correlation between the dates of my last update and this problem. All the same, I'm pretty annoyed that a headset that worked perfectly for several months is now suddenly unusable without a USB adapter.
Prior to stumbling across this thread, I visited two Apple stores, who both tested with an output from an iPod and told me that the input was working fine, leading me to buy a brand-new headset (even though I'd tested other working headsets without success) which, naturally, produced the same results.
Seems to me that the hardware is fully capable of processing a mic input through the line-in port, as it's never had any problems with any unpowered source until recently, so Apple must surely be able to undo the change they made?

Zero Values SO Line are not coming to Receivables

In a Sales Order, we have 2 lines for a same a item where in one line has a cost of 15 and other will be 0. After processing the sales order and interfacing to Receivables, we got only the line of 15 but not the 0. Customer wants to print both the lines on the invoice. Can anyone help me on this. 0 line didnt cme to interface lines also.

Is the workflow used for the both lines same (line type)? Did you check whether the rows are stuck in the interface table of AR? Check the workflow status monitor for the second line and see if the line actually processed through the Invoice interface node?

X-refs are not working in the PDF output

I correctly generated a PDF from a ditamap using DITA-FMx and cross-references are not working.

Thanks Scott, although I don't think this is the best solution in our case.
The target PDF is a file that is delivered to a customer. This means that it won't keep the same location on the file system, and therefore links will no longer work I guess. In addition to that, we are still not ready for publishing our doc on the web. So the delivered PDF is a file that lives on its own.
If the problem occurs only across different nested ditamaps, I thought I could get rid of these nested diatamaps and just have a global ditamap containing only topics. But then how would I obtain the different section levels in the TOC?
Today, I use nested diatamaps in order to get the following structure:
|_ Section 1
|
|_ Section 2
|_ Section 2.a
|_ Section 2.b
|_ Section 2.c
|
|_ Section 3
where Section 2 is a ditamap with three topics.
Are there other alternatives to nested ditamaps in order to keep the same level of indentation?

Some of Chinese character is not displaying correctly in PDF output

Hi all
I'm involved in the 1st Peoplesoft project in Korea and having a difficulty with displaying Chinese character in PDF output.
Usually Koreans can translate their name in Chinese and that Chinese name is displayed in personal information in their company as well as Korean name.
With Oracle BI Publisher I made rtf template that includes employees' Chinese name and tried to export to PDF output.
Most of Chinese character was fine but '李' character that was ok in HTM output was crashed in PDF output.
So I researched and tested some solutions.
Here's what I did.
I downloaded and installed five fonts(ALBANWTS.ttf, ALBANWTT.ttf, ALBANWT.ttf, ALBANWTK.ttf, ALBANWTJ.ttf) in client machine(c:\windows\fonts\) and did mapping job with xdo.cfg configuration file.
After that I previewed PDF output in the rtf template and checked embeded fonts in the PDF file.
I can see the newly installed font was embeded but still '李' character is crashed.
My problem is little bit different from others becuase only one Chinese character is crashed by for now.
The Chinese character '李' is very common last name in Korea and I believe Simplified Chinese character font have in it.
Please let me know if you have any solutions or experiance.
