Launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / View My Account
Click: Edit Payment Information
Make sure you have the correct Security Code.
Then click: Done

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. With each new version of Firefox, I run into the same issue with Amazon.ca (amazon.com works fine). For instance, on Amazon.COM the links for my account and help are stated as "Your Account | Help". On amazon.CA the links for my account and help are stated as "your-account_279 | topnav-help_1057".
When I log into my account on Amazon.COM I have a web page with text and buttons and links. all functioning. When I log into my account on Amazon.CA I get nothing except two orange buttons - "Your Orders" and "sell my stuff". everything else is blank.
This has happened with each upgrade of Firefox. It seems that Amazon.CA finally gets their coding right and FF comes out with a new version which then screws the website up. are you making your upgrades available to Amazon.CA?

I have a iPhone 5s all of a sudden my music on my iPhone would only ply oit of one speaker in the car. I thought it was the Audio Cable went and brought another Audio Cable and the same thing again. I than plugged my son phone which is a NOTE 3 into the Audio Cable and it started playing fine. I purchase all of my music from the Apple Store and one of the reasons is because I enjoy listening to my phone with my playlist inside my car. Has anyone else experienced this? Apple needs to fix this ASAP or refund me my money back for all the songs I purchased.
If you connect headphones to your 5s do you also hear music on from one side?
If yes get a light and inspect the headphone jack and clean out any dirt/debris/ etc. you find in there.
If that does not fix it you will need to get your iPhone replaceed under your warranty. -
Why I can not go to webpage even wifi is on?it happens every 6 minutes.......
Is it the same webpage everytime? And is it exactly 6 minutes?
If you have control over the modem and wifi router, i.e. your personal router in your home, I would powercycle your modem and router and see what happens.
1. unplug the wifi router's power cord
2. unplug the modem's power cord
3. wait 10 - 15 seconds (I usually wait about a minute)
4. plug the modem back in and wait for it to stabilize
5. plug the router back in and wait for it to stabilize
6. try to to to the web page again.
And while I am waiting for my modem to start back up and get itself connected to the internet I usually restart my iPad/iPhone. Hold the Home button and the Power button down at the same time, wait for the apple logo to appear and then wait for the device to to a restart. Very much like rebooting your PC. -
When I restart the computer as before it works normally for a few minutes then all of a sudden it's in safe mode again. It just started doing this a few days ago, I never had a problem before and it's really annoying as I end up having to restart my computer every few minutes.

Before this it randomly said "your Phone can no longer send or recieve messages. Please restore to reactivate." Then, instead of restoring it, I restarted it. When I turned it back on it said "activation required." So then I tried to restore it and at the last step "restoring firmware" it freezes and gives me the error code (-1)! After this, it started randomly turning off and plus I couldn't use it at all! I put it in restore mode to try and restore it again and I got the same error message. I tried this on a windows 7 and a macbook with an updated iTunes and got the same error code. I tried it with 2 different sync cords too! What do I do!
Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

I recently updated my iphone 4S with IOS 7 and suddenly last weekend all my contacts was just suddenly wiped out! I have been using this phone for almost 2 years and never had this problem! I reset my phone and restore the back up and it worked for a week and last night the same thing happen again! Are these glitches and a problem with IOS 7? What should I do?
