Support by eMail does not work

Tried to get support via eMail, but the online-form rejected my SerialNr (that was copy-pasted from the webserver of my printer) and so I was not able to submit the form

If you want help from this forum please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

    I'm so sorry your having issues. Unfortunately there isn't an email for global support. The only way way to reach them while traveling is to call them at 908-559-4899.

    icloud Email does not work. When running Connection doctor it indicates I must check or uncheck SSL. This has not fixed the problem

    iCloud email addresses (@mac.com, @me.com and @icloud.com) require SSL. Is your address an iCloud address or someone else?

  • Share option for email does not work after Yosemite upgrade.

    Hi,
    Does anybody know why the share option, "Share via email" does not work anymore after Yosemite upgrade?  I love this feature.  It's just quick and easy.

    On Yosemite, Pages '09 v4.3 no longer recognizes the Share > Send Via Email categories. You will have to export and manually drag/drop/attach documents to Mail. There is no fix.

  • Scan to email does not work

    Hello.
    I am having some issues with my HP LaserJet pro 200 Colour MFP m276n
    It is very odd, Basically I can scan to email with a @outlook or @gmail address
    But when I use a company email like [email protected] It will not work. It works on every other email provider except ours.
    I have contacted the hoster and they cannot find any issues. I have used all setup wizards and followed all instructions to the letter.
    It is not a problem with our emails because we have another printer on the same email address and settings in another room and it works completly fine.
    When I test the email on the Admin Page it tests successfully. But When I  scan to email on the printer it does not work.
    any help with this would be great, I have ran out of ideas.

    I understand the scan to email won't scan to a email with the .co.uk extension.
    I will be happy to help you.
    I would set the scan to email again by running the wizard to see if that will resolve the issue.
    How to Scan: From the Control Panel.
    If following the guidelines from this document doesn't work then I would recommend to call HP phone support in your country.

  • Outgoing email does not work

    i recently changed my mail setting per my Verizon Email Provide. I can receive mail in but can not send out mail from AppleMail.
    my icon just keep spinning on the outgoing mail
    what can i do?

    You may have a corrupt email preference. Open Mail - Preferences - Accounts (choose your Verizon account) and re-input all the settings and retest. If this does not work refer to:

    I upgraded to the most current version to see if the spell checker would not cause a freeze up and now no longer able to send emails , no change to the setup for the account and tried making new account and will not configure the mail server or find it . still possible to receive emails
    version 31.1.1 was working for emails both ways , after up grading 31.1.2 does not work , spell checker still cause it to freeze ,
    everything would fine with a version 15 , emails and spell checker , version 31.1.1 first had the problem with the spell checker thought upgrading to 31.1.2 might fix it , now even worst off

    I can send and receive email using gmail and zimbra mail using Thunderbird 31.1.2 on both Mac and Windows.
    In order to provide the best possible comments or advice and to save time, the community will need more troubleshooting details (<b>in particular exact error messages if any, your exact Thunderbird settings for sending and receiving email - screenshots preferred; your OS, Thunderbird version and the other details mentioned below</b>). But, I also wanted to suggest these links as we frequently find that problems relate to these issues:

  • Email Does not work

    Since a couple of days, I could not access to my email.
    At begining after a minute it wad possible but now only white screen
    I tried with turn off and reset but does not work.
    Any ideas?

    Similiar problem. Pop mail on ns.sympatico.ca .All is setup correctly. Username and password for pop server and blank for the smtp server. Once I set it up it all works good for awhile. But once it suspends and I go back in I get an unable to connext to server message. I believe the PB mail client is searching for an smtp password and putting the pop one in by default, just a guess. I am getting ready to return my PB first of next week I am so frustrated.

    Recently upgraded to SharePoint 2013, but the share website / invitation feature does not work.  From the server I can telnet over port 25.  The AV is not blocking, nor the Firewall.  The IP is allowed over HubRelay for Exchange.

  • Lion email does not work with Verizon FIOS - Eudora does

    Recently I have not been able to send email using my Verizon outgoing server on the Lion email client. I can receive OK, but the server keeps rejecting something and a window pops up asking me to select a different SMTP server.
    Before I called Verizon, I decided to see if there were any free eMail clients I could use as a test and the new Eudora showed up when I did a "Bing" search.
    I just installed Eudora and after a very quick setup, I sent a message using the Verizon server without any problem, the mail coming into both the Eudora and Lion mailboxes.
    So the problem is not with Lion, but with the Lion eMail client. I know Verizon does not officially support Macs, but since Eudora works, I have localized the issue to the standard Lion email client.
    Anyone else have a similar experience with Verizon or some other ISP in not being able to send eMail?
    First, Eudora is an answer. Second - I would like to resolve the problem with the Lion eMail client - it must be some obscure server setting. I know that it used to work, but I am not sure whether it was with Lion or Snow Leopard. Usually when I send an eMail, I use Cloud and was using MobileMe so I did not notice whether or not Verizon's SMTP server was working.
    I noticed it today when I could not reply to an eMail that came in on one of my Verizon accounts.

    Thunderbird might work, but as long as Eudora is working I am happy.
    The built in client used to work with Verizon which is what puzzles me.
    I think you are right, the MacMail app is primarily for cloud these days.

  • Corporate Email does not work with iPhone

    I'm not a tech wiz so my apologies if this is very elementary. My IT guy said the iPhones will not work with MS Exchange on our server. We currently support Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices such as the Q, Treos, Blackjack. He did mention that my email could work through the POP server, but it wasn't secure. I've tried setting up the POP email to pull my corporate email, but keep getting the Authentication Failure message. Any suggestions on what to try?

    If Windows mobile devices can connect using ActiveSync, then your iPhone should be able to connect the same way.
    I used a HTC TytnII to sync my mail, calendar et contacts. I got the iphone and entered the exact same informations (server IP adress, user name and login) and it just worked.
    You need however to know the exact capitalization of your email adress, as described in your MS Exchange server. To know that, create a message in outlook, enter your name in the "to" field and double-click on your name. In the information box, you should have numerous tabs, and the last one gives you the capitalization (in the "SMTP" field).

  • Adding Work Exchange Profile, now Yahoo email does not work

    Hi, my phone was setup to recieve my home rogers (now yahoo) email via the cell network (I usually have wifi turned off). A couple of days ago my work installed a profile so that I can connect to the corp exchange server. Once setup was was able to send and receive email from my corp exchange server, and I could see both accounts inboxes...however, now my home rogers account does not update. I have checked and both are sent to "push". Funny thing is, if I turn on wifi, my rogers account does work.
    Can I not have them both get their email from the cell network?

    Cannot load in box.  Other folders (trash, sent etc.) load fine and are updated.  Comcast email works fine.  Have deleted, re-added yahoo, reset computer without help.  Worked fine for months
