I have created webservice using a service interface, when I try to test this interface using WS Navigator then I am getting below error in trace. The message is showing status "Application Error- Restart Not Possible"

check if the maxlength of field BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST(1)ACCOUNTGL(2)item(1)GL_ACCOUNT(2) matches what is send to the R/3 system: Data loss occurred when converting 0000000497
Length should not be more than what is defined in the DT or standard length of BAPI.

Reproducible fatal error when heading 2/3 are mapped

Hello, I am totally unable to map my Headings 2 & 3, for
some unknown reason. Whenever I map one, both, or either of these
two styles (about which I can see nothing unusual), I get a fatal
error from the Microsoft help engine when I try to compile. This
error is extremely time consuming to resolve, considering how I
have to go through majorly memory-intensive operations (Edit Style
settings and Force Update), not to mention the periodic and
miscellaneous crashes of the program, and sometimes I have to
reboot to recover from the fatal error and/or crashes. Nonetheless,
I have isolated this problem down to mapping these two styles and
it is fully reproducible. Does anyone know what would cause my
headings 2 and 3 to cause this problem? Heading 1 maps fine.

I have had a similar problem that I have pinned down to
something bad happening while the final TOC is being compiled,
after all the conversions of the FM files have been done.
I blew nearly a day troubleshooting, and I can find nothing
wrong or unusual with my FM files, including the TOC. In fact,
earlier, I successfully performed force updates several times.
Fix:
I finally gave up troubleshooting, and started a new RoboHelp
project from scratch, using the same setup, and the same edited
fmstyles.css. The new project worked fine, and I was able to
produce a .chm file, no problem.
Here are my notes:
Symptom: final .chm file won't open
Background: made edits to FM files of project that updated
successfully many times,
Forced update again, that seems to work fine, generated
layout, that seemed to work fine,
But when I clicked View files, nothing happened, the dialog
box silently closed.
When I clicked on the .chm file directly, MS messages says:
Cannot open the file: path/file name
and nothing more. the .chm file looks to be of the correct
file size.
Trys:
Updated FM files, re-imported formats for TOC, re applied
conditions, turned off computer, turned it on
Fix: Threw out RoboHelp project and started a new one
New project works fine.

Dynamically change Receiver Business system in message mapping

Dear all,
I would like to change the receiver business system in the message mapping that is used in the interface determination. I do understand there is an enhanced receiver determination where I can use a mapping but that is not what I am looking for.
I think this should be possible if we can change the appropriate value in the SOAP(message) header.
Possible candidates I can think of by looking at the SOAP header in SXMB_MONI are
1. SOAP:Header- SAP:Main- SAP:Receiver- SAP:Service
2. SOAP:Header- SAP:OutboundBinding - SAP:OutboundBindingEntry - SAP:ToServiceName
Q1. Which one of the above is relevant while identifying the receiver agreement ?
Q2. What is the best way to access them from the mapping(preferably from a UDF) ?

PS: I have tried to set "http://sap.com/xi/XI/System","ReceiverService" in Dynamic config & ReceiverService, BusinessSystemReceiver and ReceiverSystem in the Containers Transformation Parameters, but didn't get the expected result.

You use an enhanced receiver determination to have a mapping program determine the receivers of the message dynamically at runtime. Instead of creating the receivers in the receiver determination manually, you assign a mapping to the receiver determination and this returns a list of receivers at runtime.
A typical usage case is if you do not yet know the names of the receivers at configuration time. In this case, you can define a mapping program, for example, which reads a list of receivers from a table or from the payload of the message at runtime.

I am trying to post a loans document through EK25 and while saving the document following erros is coming
Formal error: Document header does not have a reconciliation key
Message no. >0037
Diagnosis
You tried to post a document but a reconciliation key is missing from the document header. Since mass processing does not apply here (where the reconciliation key is automatically created) you must enter a reconciliation key.
System Response
Error message. Processing is terminated.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
If the program error occurred in an
SAP standard program, enter a problem message
Own program, correct the program

You need to assign the reconcilation group to the SAP user ID you are using to post the loan document.
The reconciliation group is required if user-specific reconciliation keys are to be proposed automatically.
The reconciliation group is freely selectable.
Go to the following path in IMG-
IMG->Financial Accounting->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Basic Functions->Postings and Documents->Document-.Define Default Values->Maintain Rules for Reconciliation Key Default Values->Maintain Reconciliation Groups for Default Values
Maintain the SAP User ID that you are using along with a reconciliation group.
After, you maintained the user ID and saved it, try to post the loan document again.

i was told that this prg will install in my 64 bit OS (Windows 7).Who told you that, and why don't you ask him/her why it didn't work? (just kidding...)
In fact, XE 11.2 is currently not supported on 64 bit Windows machines. See the [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18803/toc.htm#BABHICJH]System Requirements documented in the Installation Guide for XE 11.2.
The error you receive has been reported often when people tried to install on 64 bit anyway. There are workarounds for that issue, e. g. described in this thread: {thread:id=2289186}

"iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid 32bit application" error received. I'm on dial up (no flames or stupid comments in reference to this please) with Toast using IE9. I've uninstalled, deleted, and restarted my computer after each attempt. I've tried with 32bit and 64bit. I've tried at the local library using their WiFi connection and at home with the dial up. I've tried running program and saving before running both download types. This has been 3 days of work since the 24th all so my son can try and use his iPod Touch. Is there no way of accessing iTunes with the iPod Touch without having it installed on the computer? I'm sick of this and so disgusted with Apple right now. I'm sorry that I'm on dial up, but out where I live, everyone is because there is no reception for phones or satelite. And even coming to town to use the quicker internet here, it still was a 6hour plus download time. And right when I click 'Run', it gives me this error message each time.
My son and my whole family and neighborhood after I've asked everyone's help with this problem has become fed up with Apple cause there is no disc they can mail me to get iTunes onto my computer and no one else we've asked can download it either. One person has the program but its iTunes 7 and they can't upgrade because of dial up. His iPod Touch will not even go to any other screen but the one that shows the plug and iTunes icon on it. I would really appreciate some kind of help from someone cause we are all sick of this, my son is not happy, and this was supposed to be a Christmas present that he could use. Karen, this is far off-topic in a sense. But I have a sister in the wilds of central MI. No access to cable no way. And limited 3G minutes.
She finally opted for MiFi and can get much faster online access. She is able to download to her iTouch, iPad and Mac laptop (3 y.o.) much faster than her old dialup.
It's worth checking if it might help. Hers is Verizon (http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/mobilebroadband/?page=products_mifi)
AT&T also has MiFi (http://www.wireless.att.com/businesscenter/devices/att-mobile-hotspot-mifi-2372. jsp).
There may be others as well.
I am spoiled w/ cable but it's been great for her. If this is out of line or you've explored it to no avail please ignore.

CLI0615E Error receiving from socket, server is not responding.

We recently changed a web application using DB2 5.2 tables from ODBC to JDBC. We are using the COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.net.driver. We are using a
connection pool and running on iPlanet.
We are getting intermittant "CLI0615E Error receiving from socket, server is not responding errors". We have looked in the JDBC forum and DB2 support and cannot find a reasonable answer to this problem. It is NOT always on sql statements that take a long time to execute, so I don't think it is a timeout issue.
I read something about "stale connections". Does anyone know how to check to see if this is a problem?
When we first converted the app, we had a lot of problems also with "invalid handle or statement is closed" which we have determined was being caused by the user submitting the page again before it had time to finish the first time. We have put in javascript code to prevent multiple submits. Could this server not responding problem be caused by double submits that we have not located yet?
The error is NOT occuring on any one page, and the same page will run correctly once and the next time throw this error.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Usually this error code means that there was some problem while the driver tried establishsing a socket connection to the remote server. You could very well avoid this by tracking out what is preventing the socket connection.. it may be network congestion or some other onfiguration problems with the network, or with the DB2 server...
But if the same application could work perfectly with jdbc-odbc driver in same environment,then it needs some attention.either the ibm driver isn't throwing the error as expected by the iplanet or iplanet isn't acting as needed when such an error is thrown.

Throwing Custom Exception in SXMB_MONI( Error Node)

The requirement is to Throw an Custom Error Exception in the SXMB_MONI, which we are able to do and generate the custom error message to stop the message in moni . I have created the UDF to call API's Classes such as BaseRuntimeException or RuntimeException.
Above API's -Able to populate the Custom Message in the TRACE Node of the Request Message mapping Step.
Not Able to Populate the error Message in the ERROR Node of the Request Message mapping Step,so I want to know is that any API's can be used to populate the custom message in error Node or Can i raise the OSS notes ? .
Any OSS notes helps me to do that?

Hi,
There is no API to provide this functionality. The reason is the XI message processing is through pipeline as you know. And this is nothing but SAP specific services. So you can not alter them as they are. For the request that you are asking, you will have to edit the pipeline step that populates the SAP:ERROR node. For this, we need to identify which service does this and then if it is possible to write a user exit, etc...So in this case, I would suggest you go with raising an OSS note.
However, can you please tell us why is this required? I can understand to send a message/mail if you get an error or something like that. But I am not able to figure out in what scenarios would you require this kind of error display.

IPSEC error: Received a non-IPSEC packet

Below is my network setup. Using a Wireless Lan Controller and a Lightweight AP as its end point. Between the Router and ASA is an IPSEC tunnel
WLC---Router(==VPN==)ASA---AP
From my AP segment, i am able to ping to my WLC. Apparently the AP need to pass udp traffic to register itself to the WLC. Unfortunately i got this error msg
IPSEC: Received a non-IPSec (protocol=udp) packet from 172.16.8.4(AP) to 172.16.52.2 (WLC).
I have already allowed ACL of any any udp connection & also enabled split tunneling to include AP's traffic.
What did i miss out?

This message is displayed when the received packet matched the crypto map ACL, but it is not IPSec-encapsulated. The IPSec Peer is sending unencapsulated packets. This error can occur because of a policy setup error on the peer. This error is the reason why the reverse-path authentication is getting failed.

Error 0x800A01A8 thrown after Undo in PowerPoint

My code has to merge selected shapes into one by 1. finding the topmost shape 2. making combined string 3. putting string to the topmost shape 4. deleting other shapes. It works fine, but if user does UNDO (Ctrl+Z), and error 0x800A01A8 is thrown. Any
ideas?

The code merges strings and then deletes empty shapes (keeps the upmost only). I get error when I try to access TextFrame.HasText for the shape that were previously deleted. .HasTextFrame and .Top works fine.

Remove AP before removing from MAP...

I made an error.
I removed a dismissed AP from database, before removing from map.
This means I have a red triangle on map, and no active AP.
Recreating the whole map should be really a mess, since the red flag scales up to a fairly complex campus.
Any idea?

I have done that long time ago as I shoot RAW for a while now. SSDs and RAW filies just don't like each other. Ore you are a millionaire ....
Anyway, here is my expereience.
I started with a 2.5" USB2 drive. Far to slow. Keep in mind, when you edit the files you need to load them.
I bought a LACIE Firewire-800 which worked much better.
Then I needed more space, my new Macbook no longer supports Firewire so I swithced to USB-3 dives in RAID-0. That was a bad move. I nearly never managed to get USB-3 speed, no clue if it was the cables or der cases or whatever.
Now that I have 24M Pixel Raws I have migrated all files to an LACIE Thunderbolt drive and ar so happy. There ar more options than the LACIE I choose, but I am so happy with it. Only disatvantage: I have over 3TB now and now need disks with external power supply. Pretty bad thing for a Laptop. Constantly thinking of migrating to Lighroom as they support proxy files in their library so that you can edit on them and have the real RAWs on the external drive at home.
Conclusion:
With RAW files on external drive speed is really an issue and USB-3 is not really reliable. So it is worth considering the extra bucks for Thunderbolt drives.
One more thing: When moving the RAWs from one drive to another, Aperture will not find them, but it is pretty simple to tell Aperture in one step ( ! ) where to find the directories and subdirectories on the new drive. This works way better than with Lightroom.

If i use one cube from the same location i get the error number two. But if i use a dimension from this location or any object from other location it works fine.
Does anyone know what's happening?

Hi!
I found the solution to this problem. It was one dimension. This dimension had lost the relationship between the fields in the dimension and the fields in the relational table... I don't know why nor how!!

How can I delete addresses in a received email before forwarding?

I want to clean up a message before forwarding it to someone on my iPad. Cannot find out hoe to delete sections of received email before sending on. Read a double tap would give me a delete option but it does not. So much for buying books. Also have never figured out how to delete a saved photo from iPad either. Anybody out there know how?

You have 2 options, 1: tap and hold on the first word of the message and select-drag or select all the text you want and copy it, then start a new mail message and tap into the body of the mail and paste, or 2: tap forward, and in the new mail message tap on any of the recipients you want to delete and back space/ delete, and the same goes for the text; tap and hold on the first word and select-drag-backspace/delete the text.
