Dear all,
Im creating the output format for Billing Document(INVOICE) through VFO3,
i need to put the unit price and different Taxes(Condition values) miantained in VF03,
CAN ANY ONE TELL ME FROM WHERE i need to fetch all condition values based on billing document No.
i.e from which tables and whts the conditions
IM AN ABAPER SO KINDLY GIVE THE TABLES FLOW AS POSSIBLE.

I need to know which SAP transparent table stores condition value of Shipment cost document (specific for Freight condition which derived from Bulkiness group).
Background:
Minimum load calculation logic
In the pricing procedure for shipment cost we have two conditions: One is ZMIN (similar with SP00) which is having condition class u201CHu201D, Calculation type u201CGu201D which determine Bulkiness group according to access sequence. Bulkiness group is where we define different group with different minimum load. e.g. ZCEM16 u2013 25.TON (22.68) Second condition is ZAFR (Similar with FB00), ZAFR calculates the base value from ZMIN (Compare actual weight with Min weight value of Bulkiness group), if the net weight is 23 ton, it will calculate at 25 ton because of the bulkiness group.
Now I need to know in which table system stores dynamic value of ZMIN? Just like we have PR00 in KONV which we can find from KNUMV of billing / sales order. If I use the same logic then I donu2019t find ZMIN Condition type and value in KONV table for the specific shipment cost document. Please advice how to and from which Table I can find Bulkiness group value of Shipment cost document.

Hi,
Get the shipment cost number from shimpment document (document flow or shipment document header).
Goto VFKP table,enter shipment cost number and choose detials. get the document condition number from KNUMV field.
Now goto KONV and enter document condition number and choose details. you can see condition type and value.

Hi,
Use t.code se16n, and then provide the sales order number for vbak,
or vbap take value of field KNUMV (The internal number under which
the system saves conditions that apply to a sales order header),
KNUMH (The internal number under which the system saves conditions
that apply to a sales orde itemr), and go to KONV (for vbak) and KONP
(for vbap) enter this KNUMV or KNUMH number and execute , you will get
all item pricing conditions for that sales order.
For pricing record :- table KONH - Condition (Header)
table KONP - Condition (Item)
with field KNUMH - Condition record number.

Modify MVGR4 in formula for condition value

I want to modify komp-mvgr4 in a formula for condition value. Changes in komp structure are not saved, any idea which field I have to modify?

Sure. I have a new formula for a condition value which checks a lot of things to calculate the condition value. The result can also be zero. In all other cases than zero, I want to set an additional flag on the position to show that the condition is used. For this I choosed the material group 4. Now I have to modify the materialgroup 4 MVGR4 in the formula, if I change komp-mvgr4 is does not save the changes...

you may use VELO01_GET_CONFIGURATION function module to pass VBAP-CUOBJ value

Wrong condition table for condition type

Hi,
I have a big problem during pricing. while creating the sales order the system takes the wrong condition table for the specified condition type (I have created a new condition table and changed the access seq, did the initial load and in customizing everything looks fine). To picture the customing i have created ZXXX access seq with a 901 cindition table (sales org, dist ch. and product hierarchy 2 with a standard field PRODH2) unfortunately I had to change the field to ZPRODH2 I decided to create a new table 902 with the Z field. The new access seq has now 902 table in customizing. In CRM the two condition tables and view exists for 901 and 902. Acording to customizing the system should take the 902 condition table but insteed he takes the old 901 which shouldn't be used.
Do anybody has some ideas why the system responds like that ? I have tried to delete the old table with the standard report and it didn't worked.
What can I do ?

That table might hv used somewhere in another acc.seq so unable to delelte

I'm encountering a problem with Conditions in SAP CRM 7.0 - TPM scenario.
Here you can find the error:
"A condition type was selected that cannot be maintained in this system or for which there are no maintanable tables in this system."
Procedure:
"If maintenance for condition records of a specific condition type/ table is required in this system, this must be set up in Customizing Notes for data transfer from the R/3 System"
Can anybdy better clarify what do I have to do?

and I've run the report /SAPCND/RV12N001 for the generation of condition tecnique (Application: CRM; Usage: CD,PR,BO; Table number : *) but the condition tables are not assignable to the Condition Generation Types and I'm not able to create Trade Promotions with Trade Spends.
What should I do in order to solve the problem?

Hi All,
Can you please let me know the table name from where I can get the value of the pricing condition EK02 in CRM.
I have a document number from which i can manage to get the item guid. From this I need to get the value of the EK02 condition type that we can see from the Item Condition screen.
Hence i need a table which maintains a relation between Item Guid + EK02 + value.

Hi,
My requirement is that I want to dynamically update the EK02 value when a quotation is sent for costing. In CRM, costing is not in standard for quotations. Hence I want to call the costing module of CO from CRM when a quotation is saved, this module will return me the EK02 value. So with the quotation screen open, will the data be available in some buffer so that I can pump in this value to the pricing structure?
I also came accross the function modules which aid in updating pricing elements of an order. Some of them are as below:

Hi Jehade,
ITOB table records the changes made in the equipment master records.
But I think it is better for you to use the view V_EQUI instead of ITOB table. If you use the table ITOB in any report it may hamper the performance of the report.
Please refer the SAP NOTE # 335537 - ITOB Should not be used

Tables for threshold value in GTS 11

Good morning,
to get away from our old ERP preference calculation we bought a license for GTS. At the moment we are discussing implementing version 10.1 or even 11.
I am worrying as I am not sure, how to put data out of GTS to BI (BW) with version 11. We need the price and the threshold value (former table MMPREF_PRO_....) and those for the vendor declaration from supplier and the compression. (LFEI/MAPE).
Does anybody has experience with getting this into BI? And the "new" tablenames in GTS?
Hope, my questions are not too dumb, but we are just starting.
