Table for Workbook history

Hi Friends,
can anybody let me know the table which stores the workbook history.
I need to find the history about a workbook..ie when it ran last and how many times it ran ?

Hi,
Table RSRWORKBOOK gives you the details of a Workbook. If you need the statistics information check for the statistic Cubes like 0BWTCT_C02, 0BWTCT_C10.

You need to use two tables for this.
1. RSRREPDIR - Identify COMPUID for your query name.
2 E071 - In SE16 of this table pass these values :
PGMID = R3TR, OBJECT = ELEM, OBJ_NAME = COMPID from above table.
Output from E071 will give you the transport request/task number(s) for this query.

I am new for SAP.I have a problem i need that standard table which store user working history. Actually i was using a table in my one application but someone by mistake has been deleted that table and i don't know who do that. Now i want to know that when and who deleted that table.Or tell me the procedure how i can know that.

What is the table for change history

I changed a material's characteristic value in MM02 (Classification tab),
but the CDPOS record numbers are still the same after I made the change.
I want to select the material number of the material I changed,
which table should I read data from?

Dear Experts.
I am looking to get SAP SD related tables for the following,
1) SAP tables for Open Customer Orders
From SAP, I need to get all tables that Contain all open customer orders for products.
2) Sales History

Querying CMS tables for users' security, history & favorites

Hello,
We are running BOBJ over a BW environment, and we've been asked to help design a Webdynpro interface that reads a user's security credentials in both BW and BOBJ servers and pulls in all reports, Bex or BOBJ, that they have access to.
To do this, we would need to query the CMS tables for:
All reports a user is authorized to view
Groups a user is associated with
User's History
User's Favorites
Does anyone have suggestions? I've researched Query Builder, but I'm not sure if it can help us, as it accesses three virtual tables instead of the physical tables in the CMS. The option I am guessing we will need to use is SDK.
I'm fairly new to both BW and BOBJ, so any advice is appreciated.

SQL table for Package Status history

Anyone know which SQL table stores the history for non-scheduled packages? I know tblScheduleHistory stores scheduled jobs but can't locate the history seen using "Package Status". This is for 5.0 SP2

Table for Delivery Note History of PO

Dear all,
I would like to know is there any table storing the change log of Delivery Note. I have to take log on each changed about the delivery date of the Delivery Note and use that in a customized program. Is there any table storing the history of the changes?
P.S. The Delivery Note is for PO. Therefore cannot get from the SO History. and I cannot find that in the PO history. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I am having a requirement where I want both the Purchase Order Date and Stock Transfer Order Date of a perticular material no.
On the basis of difference of these two dates I want to find out the period for which the material was present in supplying plant.
I am not getting the table through which I can get these two dates for a material.
Please help me out.

Are there any standard tables available to find the list of web templates, bex reports and views using a particular query?
i.e if i have the query name i should be able to find out where all it is being used.

You have to join multiple tables to achieve this, here we go
FOR QUERY Related Information
RSRREPDIR - Directory of all reports (Query GENUNIID)
Choose Type of a reporting component -> REP
Tips :
Choose Type of a reporting component -> QVW for query view
SE11 -> RSZ* -> F4 gives you all tables related to queries
For WORKBOOK Related Information
Use the FM RRMX_WORKBOOK_QUERIES_GET to get the queries in a workbook by selecting the workbook ID from table RSRWORKBOOK
Tips :
SE11 -> RSRWB* -> F4 gives you all tables related to workbooks
SE37 ->RRMX_WORKBOOKS* -> F4 gives you all the FM related to workbooks
For Webtemplate Related Information
Choose the dataprovider for query / view ID.
SE11 -> RSZWOBJXREF - Structure of the BW Objects in a Template

PO history could be seen from table EKBe.
Rest of the details can be seen in EKKO (header table for purchasing document) and EKKO (line item for purchasing doc).

i am writing a report to download all the delivery data after the delivery is created.i have to download the sales order data & purchase order data relating to this delivery also.
i am using likp & lips table for delivery.which tables i
should use to get the sales order data & PO data for the same delivery (likp-vbeln). i.e i need the sales & purchase order related tables which has link with delivery tables like likp & lips etc.
plz advice me. it is very urgent.

in case of STO there is no Sales Order , Process will be like this

Error when running report: "Error in aggregate table for InfoCube"

Hi Experts
We had a temporary error, which I would like to find the root cause for.
We where running a Workbook which is based on a multiprovider. For a short period of time (around 10 minuts) we got the following error when we executed the workbook based on this multiprovider:
"Error in aggregate table for InfoCube"
There where no loads or aggregates rolling up on the cubes in the multiprovider.
I see no short dumps as well in ST22.
Have anybody seen this error before, and how can I trace how this error occured?

Hi Sneha,
I will Suggest u to do some RSRV tests.
Go to transaction RSRV. There you will find test for aggregates. Just Perform them and see whether you get any discrepencies.
